Polyarteritis nodosa is one of the necrotizing vasculitis involving predominantly small and medium sized arteries. Polyarteritis nodosa may affect many organs such as kidney, heart, liver, gastrointestinal tract and muscle. In several autopsy studies, gall bladder involvement was found in 10 to 40% of patients with this disease. Rarely polyarteritis nodosa may be presented clinically as acute cholecystitis or chronic cholecystitis. We experienced a case of polyarteritis nodosa presenting as acute cholecystitis, diagnosed by pathological examination of a gall bladder specimen surgically removed.

The omental pedicle based on right gastroepiploic vessels is designed new experimental model for prefabrication(revasculirization) of skin flaps in rats. A $2.5{\times}4cm$ pack of omentum with right gastroepiploic vessels was transferred under a bipediceld panniculocutaneous flap which is $2.5{\times}8cm$ size. At day 7, all four margin was divided and the flap was rasied as an secondary island flap connected only by its vascular pedicle, then the composite flap sutured back in place. The flap perfusion was examined by dermofluorometry and flap survival area was measured at day 12. The Secondary island flap demonstrated a dye fluorescence index(DFI%) of $31.38{\pm}12.33$ and survival rate $80.47{\pm}9.61$ The survival rate was increased when DFI% and contact surface between vascular carrier and skin flap was increased. An india ink injection and histologic examination provided visual evidence of revasculization. The omental pedicle is a promising and safe model for revasculirization of other tissues.

Vector quantization has shown to be useful for compressing data related with a wide rnage of applications such as image processing, speech processing, and weather satellite. Neural networks of images this paper propses a efficient neural network learning algorithm, called learning count control algorithm based on the frquency sensitive learning algorithm. This algorithm can train a results more codewords can be assigned to the sensitive region of the human visual system and the quality of the reconstructed imate can be improved. We use a human visual systrem model that is a cascade of a nonlinear intensity mapping function and a modulation transfer function with a bandpass characteristic.

In this study, a current condition of human feces-collecting and transporting business of local government was investigated using statistical data to efficiently derive proper systematic management plan for human feces-collecting and transporting business. According to the data for human feces-collecting and transporting business from 2006 to 2010, it turned out that the number of people working in this field and the amount of human feces produced and processed were decreased. They were decreased by 292 places, 1,077 employees, 904 m3/day, and 121 m3/day, respectively. In addition, the number of human feces-collecting and transporting business has been decreased causing an extra amount of manpower and the number of employees working in the field decreased. In this study, the reasons for financial difficulties of human feces-collecting and transporting business were analyzed. Finally the alternative plans were suggested to replace currently closed business due to management deterioration.

The residents' odor complaint is steadily increasing by odor causing from sewage system. A current drainage facilities and septic tank are included in the individual sewerage according to Sewerage Act. However, definitions and legal standards of drainage tank are insufficient. In addition, specifications and maintenance standards related to structure and size are not established. In this research, effect of drainage tank in individual sewage facilities on the odor occurrence was studied and the concentrations of $H_2S$ and composite odor were measured. From the measurements, the concentration of $H_2S$ and composite odor were 1 ppm ~ 5 ppm and 1.04 OU ~ 4.05 OU, respectively, before pump operation. Also, the concentration of $H_2S$ and composite odor were 5 ppm ~ 33 ppm and 5.10 OU ~ 35.04 OU, respectively, after pump operation. The concentration of SS in the effluent from drainage tank was ranged from 840 mg/L to 1,980 mg/L. These high concentration of SS seemed to be the major source of foul smell when high concentrated suspended solids in the public sewerage system were decomposed and then emitted. In this research, correlation coefficient ($R^2$) between $H_2S$ and composite odor before and after pumping were 0.925 and 0.918, respectively.
