기존선 속도향상을 위한 궤도재료 개선에 관한 기초 연구

The original conventional railway was designed to be stand against 150㎞/h and it is still being operated at the present. However, if the speed of train is improved up to 200㎞/h in the near future in order to get competitiveness, we examined how the speed effect on the rail and we analyzed the effect of vibration, the stress and the displacement of the rail material by the change of the speed and the change of the property of matter through the hydrostatical and the dynamic analysis about the absence of the rail. As the result of the analysis by the above method, we got the prove that the best synthetic hardness of the rail is 75±10KN/㎜. Therefore, it is proved that rail pad has to be improved.

This research presents the method to decide proper locations for destressing of CWR using a non-destructive equipments to measure the longitudinal force(installation temperature) in CWR. The effect and necessity of destressing were analyzed by estimating changes of longitudinal force. The installation temperature was measured to find changes of longitudinal force in high speed and conventional lines before and after destressing or track maintenance at the locations where destressing was planed or where change of longitudinal force was expected during track maintenance. Past destressing was carried out within qualitative decision criteria. This research proposes the quantitative criteria to decide the priority order of the destressing locations reasonably by considering the difference of air temperature and stress free temperature during the track maintenances, the grade of ballast resistance force recovering and the length of destressing, etc.
궤도선형검측기를 활용한 분기기의 효율적 관리 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 충북본부 관내 궤도선형검측기 운용에 따른 분기기 630틀에 대한 검측결과를 미니탭으로 검정하여 분기기 관리 수준과 품질향상방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 분기기 지적개소는 검측장비의 정밀성과 외부환경조건으로 인해“Zero”상태의 관리가 불가능한 증감을 반복하고 있었으며, 이상치와 평균값 이상의 지적개소 발생 분기기를 집중 유지보수 할 경우 평균과 표준편차 감소로 이어져 품질향상이 기대된다. 또한 지적개소 감소를 위해서는 반복적인 단순보수(궤간정정, 자갈보충 등) 보다는 재료교환, 분기기개량(중량화, 고번호화) 등 근본원인 해소를 위한 개량계획을 수립할 경우 평균값 감소와 이상치를 제거하는데 더욱더 효과적임을 수치적으로 증명 할 수 있었다. This study analysis on result of inspection track geometry using KRAB(track geometry inspector) where 630 points in Chung-buk local headquarters of KORAIL. Methods of analysis are cumulative average and standard deviation by characteristic. Using program is Minitab. Objectives of analysis are suggestion of improve track quality and identification of current level. Result of analysis was that keeping “Zero” condition is impossible because of precision inspection equipment and Environment condition. Therefore, we must do proper maintenance and predict what track quality improvement is possible if we have intensive maintenance where turnouts of problem point. For decreasing of problem points, replacing of rail and tie, reinforcement of subbase shall be preceded than gauge correction and ballast supplement. And we proved that improvement of turnout is very effective.

Enhancements of transport capacity in Gyeongbu line are continuous with the operating cost reduction and Korean economic development. Besides, requirements of a people about speed-up and customer service after the opening of high-speed railway(KTX) are being increased nowadays. Therefore, development and effort for speed increase of high-speed railway(KTX) have to be encouraged and supported by the government. In this study, market and technology trends for speed increase of high-speed train in Korea and abroad were investigated. As a result, we suggested to improve the railway infra for speed increase of high-speed train in Gyeongbu line.

In order to forecast the progress of the track irregularity, we should observe the long-term track quality and divide a track into some separated divisions which have homogeneous property. For this, we define the division of track which has homogeneous property as a ‘Segment’ and manage the ‘TQI(Track Quality Index)’ using track induction data based on each segment. In this study, we introduce some methods of estimating track quality and figure out the TQIs of sample section using new FRA TQI method. In addition, we conducted a basic study of the forecasting model for the progress of track irregularity by analyzing track maintenance data.
