        한국어판 간호사의 대인관계 감정관리 전략 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도

        본 연구는 Little 등이 개발한 대인관계 감정관리 전략 척도를 한국어로 번역 및 수정하여 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 방법론적 연구이다. 서울시와 경기도 소재의 4개의 상급병원에서 근무하는 간호사 189명을 대상으로 하여 내용타당도, 구성 타당도, 동시 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 한국어판 대인관계 감정관리 전략 척도는 총 4개 요인으로 구성되었으며 상황조정 3문항, 주의배치 3문항, 인지변화 4문항, 감정적 반응 조정 5문항으로 최종 15문항이 확인되었다. 또한 동시 타탕도 검증 결과 한국어판 대인관계 감정관리 전략 척도는 감성지능 척도의 상관관계에서 r=.60(p<.001)로 나타나 타당도 있는 도구임이 확인되었다. 신뢰도검증 결과는 상황조정 Cronbach’s α .88, 주의배치 Cronbach’s α .84, 인지변화 Cronbach’s α .90, 감정적 반응 조정 Cronbach’s α .86으로 확인되어 본 연구의 한국어판 도구는 신뢰가 높은 도구임이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 조직차원에서 임상 간호사들의 부정적인 감정을 효과적으로 조절할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다. This study consisted of methodological research verifying the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the interpersonal emotion management (IEM) strategies scale after translating and modifying the scale developed by Little et al. The study verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability based on189 nurses working at fourhospitals in the Seoul and Gyeonggi region. In this study, the Korean version of the IEM strategies scale was comprised of fourfactors, with a total of 15 questions thatincluded three regarding situation modification, three regarding attention deployment, four regarding cognitive change, and five on modifying emotional response. Furthermore, verification of concurrent validity revealed that the Korean version of the IEM strategies scale was a valid tool as the correlation of the emotional intelligence scale appeared as r=0.60 (p<0.001). The reliability verification showed four factors at Cronbach"s α=0.84-90, confirming that the Korean version of the tool in this study was very reliable.It is important to note that this study provided basic data for the development of educational programs that can effectively control the negative emotions of clinical nurses at the organization level.

        지역사회 독거노인의 자가간호에 미치는 영향요인

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the self-care of older adults living alone in a community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 160 older adults living alone in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Chung-cheong province using self-care, health conservation, psychological well-being, and self-esteem scales. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, analysis of variance ANOVA, and Hierarchial stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/Windows version 25.0 program. Results: The greatest variables affecting the self-care for older adults living alone were compliance with COVID-19 quarantine rules (β=-.04, p=.054), interactions with the neighborhood (β=-.06, p=.029), economic status (β=.10, p=.008), health conservation (β=.29, p<.001), psychological well-being (β=.18, p=.008), and self-esteem (β=.35, p<.001). The explanatory power of these variables was 70.0% (F=18.45, p<.001). Conclusion: Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, these factors were highly mutually related to older adults living alone, so it is necessary for older adults living alone to actively participate in self-care programs using direct and indirect community resources.

        간호사의 사회적 자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between nurses’ social capital and turnover intention and to verify the goodness of fit between a hypothetical model and actual data in order to suggest the best model. Methods: This survey was conducted with 315 nurses working in general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected from December 1 to December 30, 2011, and analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Nurses’ social capital was found to have a direct effect on reducting organization cynicism and increasing organizational commitment. Nurses’ organizational cynicism and organizational commitment were found to have a direct effect on turnover intention, but social capital did not have a direct effect on turnover intention. However, social capital had a partial and indirect effect on turnover intention through mediating organizational cynicism and organizational commitment. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that nurse managers should put increased effort in reducing nurses’ organizational cynicism and improving their organizational commitment, two contrary parameters. At the same time managers need to develop plans to establish social capital more efficiently so that nurses have lower turnover intention.

        간호대학생의 가상시뮬레이션 실습 경험에 대한 인식 : 내용분석접근방법을 이용하여

        Purpose : This study is to understand the contents of nursing students’ perception of virtual simulation practice, to analyze the perception of virtual simulation practice experience, to highlight the importance of virtual simulation practice, and to provide basic data for the development of virtual simulation practice education programs for college students. Method : The subjects of this study were 190 nursing students in 3rd year at a nursing university located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from April 15, 2021 to May 30, 2021 and analyzed by the content analysis method. Results : Nursing students’ perception toward virtual simulation practice experiences were classified into a positive reinforcement area and a negative reinforcement area which were analyzed to draw a total of 80 significant statements and 26 categories. Conclusions : Enhancing the positive perception toward virtual simulation practice experiences, while transforming negative perception to positive, can help the students reduce their stress and enhance adaptability in regard to clinical practices.

        한국어판 비정신과 간호사의 행동건강간호역량 측정도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도

        본 연구는 Rutledge와 그의 동료들이 개발한 Behavior Health Care Competency (BHCC) 도구를 한국어로 번역 및 수정하여 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 방법론적 연구이다. 서울 소재의 4개의 상급병원에서 근무하는 간호사들을 230명을 대상으로 하여 내용 타당도, 구성 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 최종적으로 4요인과 총 16개 문항으로 분석 되었으며, 신뢰도와 타당도가 높은 도구임이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 한국의 비정신과 간호사들의 정신간호와 관련된 행동건 강간호역량을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 마련하여 비정신과 병동의 간호사들도 대상자들의 신체적인 문제뿐만 아니라 잠재적인 정신과적 문제를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다. This is a methodological study that verifies the validity and reliability by translating and modifying the Korean version of Behavior Health Care Competency (BHCC) tool. This study verified the content validity, construct validity, and reliability of 230 nurses working in general hospitals. The BHCC tool was analyzed using a total of 4 factors and 16 items. The tool had a high level of reliability and validity. The BHCC is a measurement tool considering the mental health care of non-psychiatric nurses, and it has meaning in that it establishes basic material so non-psychiatric nurses can manage the patient's physical and potential psychiatric problems effectively.

        정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량에 관한 비교 연구

        본 연구는 한국형 행동건강간호역량 측정 도구를 활용하여 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사들의 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 확인하고 비교하는 횡단적 서술조사 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 서울시 및 경기도에 소재한 300병상 이상의 병원 6곳에서 근무하는 정신과병동 간호사 90명과 일반병동 간호사 100명, 총 190명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 비교한 결과, 대부분의 문항에서 정신과병동 간호사가 행동건강간호역량의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정신과병동 간호사는 일반병동 간호사에 비해 사정 5.29배, 중재 6.06배, 적절한 자원 활용 2.63배가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 치료권장에 대한 부분은 영향력을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 일반병동 간호사에 대한 교육과 훈련이 강화되어야 하며, 병원 관리자들은 일반병동 간호사의 행동건강간호역량 교육에 관심을 두고 이와 관련된 교육 전문가를 양성하여 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 정신과병동과 일반병동 간호사들을 대상으로 행동건강간호역량의 정도를 확인하고 비교한 연구로 일반병동 간호사의 정신간호에 대한 역량을 증가시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다. This study is a cross sectional, descriptive research that utilized the Korean version of the BHCC (Behavior Health Care Competency) measurement tools to compare and contrast the BHCC level between nurses stationed in psychiatric and general ward departments. The research subjects were selected from 6 hospitals that have at least 300 beds located in Seoul city and Gyeonggi Province. There were a total of 190 nurses, consisting of 90 nurses from the psychiatric ward department and 100 nurses from the general ward department. The comparison demonstrated that nurses from psychiatric ward department showed a higher BHCC compared to general department nurses in most items. In the case of psychiatric ward nurses, compared to general ward nurses, the assessment was 5.29 times higher, the intervention was 6.06 times higher and the proper use of resources was 2.63 times higher. On the other hand, the treatment recommendation had no influence. Accordingly, education and training for general ward nurses should be improved and hospital administrators should pay more attention in conducting the BHCC education for the general ward nurses and on fostering education experts to develop related programs.

        국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 감염관련 연구 동향분석

        Purpose : This study aims to provide basic data for future research direction on infection related to nursing students by analyzing and confirming the trends of infection-related research targeting domestic nursing students. Methods : Literature search was conducted through four databases (KERIS, Nanet, KoreaMed, KISS), and literatures published from 2011 to April 2021 were targeted. Key words were searched by combining ‘infection’, ‘nursing infection’, ‘infection education’, and ‘infection education for nursing college students’. 54 research papers that meet the selection criteria were selected for the final analysis. Results : As a result of the study, the most common studies related to the guidelines of standard attention were found to have significant effects on the knowledge, attitude and performance of infection, which are the main factors. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in developing infection-related research in nursing college students by closely analyzing and presenting the trends of infection-related research.

        간호사가 지각하는 변혁적 리더십이 일의 의미와 이직 의도에 미치는 영향

        본 논문은 의료 기관에 종사하는 간호사가 지각하는 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 심리적 자본을 매개로 구성원의 직무태 도인 일의 의미와 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서울 소재 300병상 이상 3개 종합병원 에서 근무하는 간호사 201명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS Windows 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하였다. 구조방정 식 모형을 구축하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 집중타당도와 모형의 적합도 검증하였다. 분석 결과 변혁적 리더 십은 심리적 자본(.68, p=.007)에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 이직 의도(-.34, p=.008)를 낮추고, 일의 의미(.11, p=.007)를 향상 시키는데 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 자본은 일의 의미(.26, p=.009)와 이직 의도(-.07, p=.041)에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 이직 의도(-.05, p=.087)와 일의 의미(.18, p=.004)에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로도 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호사들의 이직 의도를 낮추고 일의 의미를 높이기 위해 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 구성원이 가지고 있는 심리적 자본의 매개 효과를 고려한 인적자원 관리 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of transformational leadership as perceived by nurses working in medical institutions on their work attitudes using psychological capital as a mediating variable. Subjects were 201 nurses working in three general hospitals located in Seoul with more than 300 beds, and SPSS Windows 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used for data analysis. As the results of the analysis, transformational leadership had direct effects on psychological capital (.68, p=.007), turnover intention (-.34, p=.008), and meaning of work (.11, p=.007), whereas psychological capital had direct effects on meaning of work (.26, p=.009) and turnover intention (-.07, p=.041). In addition, transformational leadership had indirect effects on turnover intention (-.05, p=.087) and meaning of work (.18, p=.004). The results of this study can be used as a base material in the development of programs to exert positive effects on nurses' work attitudes.

        Underground Subway station’s air pollutants are introduced from the indoor or outdoor. And Radon is a major pollutant in the subway station. Radioactive substances Radon is occuring naturally in granite tunnel wall and underground water. Especially inert gas Radon that causes lung cancer in human is anywhere but 5678 S.M.R.T. tunnels deep and pass through the granite plaque have a lot of Radon. The Radon concentration is determined by the following reasons : radon content of soil and concrete, underground water, ventilation, pressure differnce, building structure, temperature, etc. So Radon concentration is hard to predict. And we can’t only ventilate owing to era of high oil prices. This study focuses on our efforts for the reduction of Radon concentration. And the purpose is to provide basically datas of specially managed 15 subway station’s Radon concentration.
