본 연구의 목적은 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 지역사회연계 교육의 실시현황과 교사의 인식에 대해서 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경인 지역에 근무하는 유치원과 어린이집 교사 중에서 만 3, 4 ,5세 담임 교사 401명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육기관에 따른 지역사회 연계 교육의 실시 현황을 살펴보면, 운영방법에 있어서 유치원은 단원이나 주제 연계로 운영하였으며, 어린이집은 인접한 지역사회 기관과의 연계로 실시되었다. 어린이집에서의 지역사회 연계 교육의 실시 횟수가 더 많았으며 교육내용에 있어서 유치원은 지역사회에 대해 알기, 어린이집은 지역사회와 관계 형성하기의 내용을 더 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 수업운영 방식에 있어서 전문가ㆍ지역사회 인사활용 가정통신문과 기타에서 차이를 나타내었다. 가정과의 연계에 있어서 어린이집은 기관 홈페이지나 가정통신문에 지역사회와 관련된 정보를 제공하는 경우가 많았으며, 유치원은 부모와 방문할 수 있는 장소와 정보를 제공하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역사회 연계 교육에 관한 교사의 인식을 살펴보면, 유치원에서 교육활동시간의 부족 지역사회에 대한 교사의 정보 부족, 지역사회를 소개하는 교육자료 또는 교구 부족, 유아에게 소개할 만한 지역사회 장소 부족, 지역사회와의 긴밀한 협조체제 부족에 더 어려움을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of linking education with community, and teacher recognition, and to examine how educational status today and teacher recognition differ depending on the type of the educational center 401 teachers of three-four-and five-years-old children, who work at kindergartens and childcare centers in the Seoul and Gyeongin regions were set as study targets. The findings of the study are as follows. First, when the current status of Community Connection Education is examined, there are significant differences in operation method, frequency, contents of education, class operation method, and connection with homes depending on the type of educational centers. Second, when the teacher recognition of Community Connection Education is examined by dividing into difficulties and issues for resolution, lack of cooperation with the community depending on the type of educational center, lack of locations in the community that can be introduced to the children, lack of the educational data or district, lack of time for educational activities and lack of information on the community for the teachers manifested significant difference while issues for resolution did not manifest significant difference.

본 연구는 1996년부터 2008년까지 발행된 보육교사 관련 연구 203편을 대상으로 연구주제, 연구유형, 자료수집, 자료분석방법에 대한 경향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 연구주제는 교사사고에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 교사발달에 관한 연구는 부족하였다. 둘째, 연구유형은 조사연구가 가장 많았으며, 관찰연구는 미비하게 연구되었다. 셋째, 자료수집은 검사법이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였으며, 반면에 척도법은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자료분석은 다중분석이 가장 많았으며, 회기분석은 미비하였다. 이상을 종합해 볼 때, 보육교사 연구주제와 관련하여 교사지식, 정책, 교사발달에 관한 연구의 활성화가 요구된다. 또한 기존의 조사연구와 상관연구와 같은 양적연구에 의존하기보다는 그 상황을 심층적으로 파악할 수 있도록 질적연구 방법이나 복합적인 방법이 적절하게 이루어질 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was investigate the research trends in Child care Center Teachers from 1996 to 2008, a total of 203 articles were selected from eight korean academic journals published in the field of early childhood education and teacher education during the period. The 203 articles were analyzed according to research themes, types, data collection and data analysis method. The results of this study are as follows: The greatest number of research themes was teacher thinking, the greatest number of research types was inquiry research, the most frequently used data collection was test method, the most frequently used data analyzing method was a multi analyses.

목표관리과정이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한연구 : 조직공정성 조절효과 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of MBO (Management by Objectives) on the organizational effectiveness. A survey was conducted concerning appropriateness of the objectives, objective management processes, and organizational fairness. Eleven organizations (Enterprise and Government) adopting MBO were chosen and 375 questionnaires were distributed between November 20th, 2006 and December 1st. 2006. 321 (85.60%) were collected and among them 309 copies (82.40%) were used. An analysis was carried out using SPSS win 12.0. First, we found that appropriateness of objectives positively affects job commitment. Second, in the objective management process, procedural fairness has more effects on job commitment than distribution fairness. Third, MBO is affected by the interactions between supervisors and employees in the case of the assessment and feedback. This study reveals again that in the operation of MBO, procedural fairness and interactions between supervisors and employees are critical factors leading to the success of MBO. 최근 성과주의 인사제도에 따라 많은 기업들이 연봉제를 도입하여 사용하고 있다. 연봉제 시행에 있어서 기본적으로 전제되어야 하는 것은 효율적인 평가 도구이다. 목표에 의한 관리(Management by Objectives:MBO)는 조직 구성원들의 성과를 정확하고 공정하게 평가하는 관리 기법의 하나로써 사용되고 있으며 본 연구는 효율적인 MBO를 위하여 전제되어야 하는 요소를 검증하고 목표관리 과정에서 조직원의 조직공정성 인식이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 효과적인 MBO가 정착될 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 시도 되었다. 검증결과를 요약하면 첫째, 분배공정성인식은 직무몰입에 조절효과가 나타 나지 않았다. 둘째 절차공정성은 중간평가 및 피드백을 조절하여 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 상호작용공정성은 목표조정가능성과 중간평가 및 피드백에 대한 인식을 조절하여 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 조직 구성원의 절차공정성 인식과 상호작용공정성 인식은 목표관리과정을 조절하여 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.

공군 근무자의 고혈압, 당뇨, 고지혈증 유병률에 영향을 미치는 건강관련행위 분석

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the health related behavior of Airmen, analyze the influencing factors of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia and provide basic data to establish a health promotion policy for Airmen. Methods: 1888 Airmen participated in this study from July 21st to August 4th. Each participant completed a questionnaire through the Airforce intranet system. Questionnaires were comprised of health related behavior indicators from a community health survey and diagnostic criteria for hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, χ² test, Fisher``s exact test, and logistic regression. Results: The average age of the participants was 28.9 years old. Participants were mostly male (97.2%). The population consisted of officers and non-commissioned officers (46.1%), enlisted (54.4%), and civilian officers (2.4%) that work in the military. Analysis indicated that 33.2% were smokers, and 17.9% were considered high risk drinkers. The average appropriate weight ratio (BMI) was 23.4kg/m² (±2.90) and 5.3% showed a high risk depression rate. 13.6% had hypertension, 2.2% had hyperglycemia, and 12.2% had hyperlipidemia. Older age, greater BMI, and alcohol consumption were shown to have a significant correlation with hypertension (p<.001). Age was the only influencing factor related to hyperglycemia (p<.001). Finally, older age and the lack of anaerobic exercise (less than three times a week) were significantly related to hyperlipidemia (p<.001). Conclusion: This study should be used to propose methods of prevention and management of chronic diseases. Further studies should also focus on applying research data to health promotion policies for the Air force.

미생물 군집과 기능연구를 위한 최근의 새로운 분석기술의 발전은 다양한 유전 관련 정보를 제공해왔다. mRNA를 포함하는 핵산을 기초로 한 연구를 뛰어넘어서 메타프로테오믹스는 미생물 군집의 유전형 및 표현형의 특징적인 정보를 보다 정교하게 제공할 수 있다. 이미 서로 다른 미생물 생태계인 해수, 인간의 배설물, 활성 슬러지, 산성 광산 폐수 생물막, 토양 등에 메타프로테오믹스 기술이 유용하게 사용되었다. 이들 연구는 여러 측면에서 상당히 다르지만 미생물 군집의 구조, 기능, 생리, 상호관계, 생태, 진화적 측면을 결정적으로 상호 연결한다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 본 총설은 메타프로테오믹스에 대한 현재까지의 가장 최신의 정보를 요약하여 제공함으로써 메타프로테오믹스에 대한 정확한 이해와 활용을 통해 다방면의 메타프로테오믹스가 가능하도록 하고자 하였다. New technologies are providing unprecedented knowledge into microbial community structure and functions. Even though nucleic acid based approaches provide a lot of information, metaproteomics could provide a high-resolution representation of genotypic and phenotypic traits of distinct microbial communities. Analyzing the metagenome from different microbial ecosystems, metaproteomics has been applied to seawater, human guts, activated sludge, acid mine drainage biofilm, and soil. Although these studies employed different approaches, they elucidated that metaproteomics could provide a link among microbial community structure, function, physiology, interaction, ecology, and evolution. These approaches are reviewed here to help gain insights into the function of microbial community in ecosystems.

바이오 플라스틱을 적용한 종이 합지 커피 포장재의 제품 특성에 관한 연구

Recent studies on recyclable materials in the packaging have an increased attention due to the eco-friendly policies of reducing carbon dioxide emissions in worldwide. Roasted coffee beans mostly packed in multi-layered films and papers according to their expiration date. To satisfy both recyclability and barrier properties, researches have been continued on paper-based packaging materials to enhance their properties. In this study, packaging materials for coffee beans are developed by laminating bioplastic films on papers. The tests of packaging materials were performed with mechanical properties, gas and water vaper permeability, recyclability and storage quality for coffee beans. Compared to other samples, the paper/bioplastics-based coffee package composed of starch coated papers and two bioplastics showed the lowest barrier properties, comparable mechanical strength and ability to maintain the quality of roasted coffee beans. Thus, it could be a good alternative for multi-layered packages for roasted coffee beans.
