팽이버섯(Flammulina velutipes)의 Genome-wide SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)에 의한 계통 분석

Genome-wide reanalyzed data of 25 Flammulina strains were compared against the reference genome (KACC42780) to establish a genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). The rate of mapping differences between the strains reflected in the strain variation in its result. Genome-wide SNPs distribution divided into types of homozygous SNP and heterozygous SNP moreover all of the strains demonstrated a wide variation in all of the regions. In the further study of topological relationship between the collected strains, phylogenetic tree was separated into 3 major groups. Group I contained F. velutipes var. related strains of ASI 4062, 4148, 4195. Group 2 contained strains that are different species of ASI 4188 F. elastica, ASI 4190 F. fennae, and ASI 4194 F. rossica. The other 19 strains F. velutipes were classified as a single group. However, further experiment to discriminate its genetic relationship between the white group and brown group did not verify its validity. The inferred tree exhibited a phylogenetic relationship between Korea white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4210, 4166, 4178 and Japan white fruitbody forming strains of ASI 4209, 4167 confirmed to be genetically closely related.

P450 CYP2D6 enzyme(=debrisoquine hydroxylase) is known to metabolize many neuroleptics and some genetic polymorphisms in the CYP2D6 gene were reported to be associated with tardive dyskinesia(TD). We investigeted the association of two genetic polymorphisms in the CYP2D6 gene, $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$, with TD in Korean schizophrenic subjects. Subjects consisted of 71 Korean schizophrenics and TD was evaluated using the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS). There were no statistically significant differences in the demographic variables of age, male to female percentage and the current antipsychotic(CPZ equivalent) dose between the group with TD and the group without TD. But the duration of antipsychotic drug exposure was significantly higher in the group without TD(p=0.000, by independent t-test). The mean AIMS score in the group with TD was $11.2{\pm}6.6$(S.D.). Genotypings for the presence of $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$ were done using PCR amplifications and endonuclease digestions. There were no statistically significant genotypic and alleleic associations between TD and $CYP2D6^*4$(by chisquare tests), and between TD and $CYP2D6^*10$(by chi-square tests). These results indicate that the $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$ polymorphisms have no significant roles in the causation of TD.

실시설계시 카린시안 공법을 적용하였으나, 준공 및 인허가 등의 지연으로 인해 계획공기를 11개월 초과함에 따라, 기준공기 준수를 위하여 부지조성을 위한 깎기공법과 터널구간 NATM 공법의 동시시공 방안을 수립하였다. 동시시공에 따라 근접도 평가 및 예비해석을 통해 적정토피고를 산정하였으며, 안정성 검토를 통해 터널변위, 지보재 부재력의 허용값 등을 충족시켰으며, 계측계획을 수립하여 시공 중 안정성 향상을 도모하였다. Cut with the concurrent construction of NATM for site renovation plan was established to comply with the standard construction period. Depending on the concurrent construction was estimated through a reasonable depth proximity evaluation and preparation analysis. Stability analysis were met through the tolerance of such tunnel displacement member force, planning of measurement was established for improved stability during construction.
