In this study, correlations for accurately estimating pressure drop and thermal resistance in plate-fin and pin-fin heat sinks are suggested through theoretical and experimental investigations. These correlations are verified based on existing and present experimental data. Under the fixed pumping power condition, the thermal resistances of two types of optimized heat sinks are compared. As a result, it is found that this is not always true that plate-fin heat sinks have better thermal performance than pin-fin heat sinks, or vice versa. The present study shows this trend with a region map for the ratio of the thermal resistances of plate-fin heat sinks to pin-fin heat sinks.

본 논문에서는 그라운드 앵커의 긴장력 손실에 대응하고자 긴장력 상시확인을 위한 앵커 긴장력 상시 육안확인장치에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 그라운드 앵커는 사회적 인프라 시설의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 시공되었지만 지속적인 긴장력 손실로 인해 시설물에 대한 안전이 심각하게 우려되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 앵커의 유지관리가 요구되지만 현재 잔존긴장력의 계측은 경제적인 측면을 고려하여 표본조사로 이루어지고 있어 정밀도에 대한 한계점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 앵커의 긴장력을 육안으로 확인할 수 있는 앵커 긴장력 상시 육안확인장치의 개발을 목적으로 개념설계, 실내 인장실험을 통한 규격화를 수행하였으며, 현장시험을 통해 성능을 확인하였다. This paper deals with visual confirmation device for tensile force verification in order to cope with tensile force loss of ground anchor. Ground anchors are constructed to ensure the stability of social infrastructure facilities, but continuous loss of tensile force is seriously concerned about safety of the facilities. This requires the maintenance of the anchors, but the current measuring of residual tensile force is done by sampling, taking into account economic aspects, which limits precision. In this paper, conducted a conceptual design, tensile experiment, and field test for the purpose of developing an anchor tensile force visual device to check the tensile force of the anchors.
치료적 마사지와 맥켄지 운동이 만성 경부통 환자의 통증과 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향: 단일사례연구

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of therapeutic massage and Mckenzie exercise on pain and range of motion in chronic neck pain patient: a case study. Method : A Twenty-year old female subject with chronic neck pain was selected, she received therapeutic massage and Mckenzie exercise for 30 minutes a day, three days a week for five weeks. Pain was measured visual analog scale(VAS), neck disability index(NDI) and the Copenhagen neck functional disability scale (CNFDS). Range of motion was measured using a goniometer(shoulder joint) and the CROM Deluxe(cervical range of motion instrument). Result : VAS, NDI and CNFDS were decreased 3 score, 4 score and 6 score(respectively) than before the training. The range of motion was increased in shoulder joint and neck movement than before the training. Conclusion : The massage and Mckenzie exercise increased range of motion in shoulder joint and neck movement, and decreased neck pain in chronic neck pain patient. Additional research on therapeutic massage and Mckenzie exercise for improving pain and range of motion is need.
수치해석을 통한 지진하중의 주기특성에 따른 그라운드 앵커의 거동

최근 국내에 발생된 지진으로 인해 더 이상 한반도가 지진으로부터 안전지대가 아니라는 것이 많은 사람들에게 각인되었다. 경주와 포항에서 발생된 지진은 그 동안 국내에서 내진설계에 기준으로 고려한 지진의 특성과 상이하게 나타났고, 그에 따른 내진설계 방법에 대한 연구 또한 많은 연구자들에 의해 수행되어 지고 있다. 이러한 지진하중에 대한 고려는 주로 기존 상부 구조물에 초점이 맞춰져 있으며, 그에 따른 연구 또한 활발히 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 하지만, 지반의 구조적 안정성을 확보하기 위해 시공된 네일, 록볼트, 그라운드 앵커 등과 같은 지중구조물에 대한 지진하중으로부터의 구조적 안정성에 대한 고려는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 풍화암에 정착된 그라운드 앵커에 대해 정하중이 작용할 때와 지진하중이 앵커에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 정하중에 의한 영향은 현장 인장시험 결과로, 지진하중 영향은 수치해석을 통해 파악하였다. 그 결과, 앵커에 긴장력 도입으로 인한 반력판의 침하가 발생하는 것으로 나타났으며, 그로 인한 앵커의 축력 감소가 발생하였다. 또한 지진하중에 의해 앵커 정착부의 변위가 증가하였으며, 정착부 길이가 길수록 장주기 지진에 의한 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. Many people have been recognized that the Korean Peninsula is no longer safe area from the earthquake by the recent earthquakes occurred in the country. The earthquakes that occurred at Pohang and Gyeongju appeared differently from them considered in the seismic design and researches on the seismic design method have been also conducted by many researchers. Studies on seismic loads are mainly focused on existing superstructures, and research involving them has been actively carried out in reality. However, paper regarding structural stability of reinforcement from seismic load such as soil-nails, rock-bolts, ground anchors which were constructed to ensure stability of serviced structure have been published rarely. In this study, ground anchor been effected by static load and seismic load which is settled in the weathered rock is analyzed. Results for static load are obtained from field test and seismic load is from numerical analysis. In this study, the behavioral characteristics of the ground anchor were analyzed by numerical analysis in case of seismic loading based on the result of the in-situ tensile test of the ground anchor settled weathered rock. As a result, settlement of concrete block due to application of tension force for ground anchor occurred as well as following loss of axial force for ground anchor. Also, as bond length and period of seismic load are longer, increasement of displacement is greater.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors that affect the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service recognized by nursing college students. Methods: This is a descriptive study. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 288 nursing students of E university and data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The average scores for the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service were $4.07{\pm}0.58$ and $4.00{\pm}0.50$ respectively. The expected frequency of performance was found to have a significantly positive correlation with the importance in nursing practice. Additionally, the factors that influenced the degree of recognition in the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice of total care service among nursing students were comfortable care and respiratory care, respectively. Conclusion: The major finding of this study shows a significantly positive correlation between the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice. These results suggest that effective and systematic education is needed on factors affecting the expected frequency of performance and the importance in nursing practice for nursing college students.
흡수식 냉온수기의 흡수기에 사용되는 열전달 촉진관의 전열성능 특성

The objectives of this paper are to present the heat transfer performances of the enhanced tube for the absorber in the absorption chiller. The absorption chiller is made up of four types of heat exchanger. Among these, the absorber is one of the most important heat exchanger for the heat transfer performance and price of the absorption chiller. The enhanced tubes are attached with serrated fins on the outer surface and ridges in the inner surface. The experimental results show that the overall heat transfer coefficients of the enhanced tubes are more improved than bare tubes. These enhanced tubes are good suggestion for the high performance of the absorption chiller.
