      • 跆拳道 功擊技術의 反應速度에 關한 考察 : 功擊技術 要因을 中心으로 Focusing on the Factor by skill of attack

        To study the reaction speed of each attack technique, I chose random 72 grown-ups players (39 collage students, and 33 men) joining in the 61st National Sports Meeting, measured the light and sound of the reaction speed of each attack techniques and the frequancy of attack technique in play. This conclusion is as follows: 1. In the reaction speed of each attack technique, the attack of the back body in hands'attack is the most fast reaction speed (light; 0.4153/sec, and sound; 0.3657/sec), and the ahead Kick of feet's attack (light: 0.5826/sec, and sound: 0.5351), and Ban-Dal Kick (a Kick like the half-moon), (light: 0.5960/sec, and sound;0.5571/sec), too. 2. In play, three events of the important attack techniques are Ban-dal Kick (45.5%), body returning back Kick (17.3%), and body strike (16.9%). 3. The reaction speed by the light and sound stimula was not showed the differences according to the training career. 4. In the reaction speed of light and sound of each attack technique, the reaction of sound is faster than that of light. 5. In the correlations of each physique and attack technique, the correlation of each event was showed as strong one (r = 0.400∼0.615), and weak one (r = 0.200∼0.358).

        This thesis is an attempt to study to gain the basic maferials about the agility of a small muscle group or a large muscle group, and the continuance of agility in the coure of testing with maximum effoot, and the correlationslip moing the test items as a objeet of fifty boys of won kwang University so got the following conclusion; 1. There was a reat difference of 0.718 sec between the simple reaction time and the whole body reaction time. 2. These was a low difference of 0.390 sec between the side step and the one foot step. 3. As the result of movements small agility test, there is a low difference between the whole body moval ability and it. 4. I think that the test items of agility must hare a large width of movement. 5. The movement time that measures the general agility is valid within twenty seconds.

      • 運動後 回復過程과 營養指數의 相關에 關한 硏究

        The following is the conclusion from observing the recovering process of the usual pulse rate after exercise of the 68 highschool athletes in Chon Buk Provinces as the subjects for the measurements according to the Harvard Step Test, and examining what kind of correlation lies between such recovering phenomena and the form of the nutrition index. 1) Concerning for the physique, the group of volley-ball players was most distinguished, and the group of Tae-Kweon-Do experts, and tennis players were similar with respect to the distribution of constitution, and the group of the trackmen was most eminent. 2) Regarding the nutrition index, the group of tennis players showed the highest measurement values and with respect of Broca index, the group of volley-ball players showed the highest values of the measure, 82. 27 3) Regarding the physique, in the race of 100m, and the upper-body raising, and the Burpee Test, the group of the trachmen showed the highest measurement value and in the standng broad jump the gorup of the volley-ball players and the traskmen alro did. 4) Withe respect of the recuperation of the pulse rate after exercise, it took 7 minutes for the trachmen and volley-ball players, 8 minutes for that of tennis players, but the group of Tae-Kweon-Do experts did not recover the usual pulse rate in 10 minutes after exercise. 5) In the correlation between the recovering process of heart beating ratio after exercise to that when stable and the nutrition index, the group of tennis players showed most correct correlation, and the group of Tae-Kweon-Do experts showed a little loose correlation, and the group of the trackmen and volley-ball players showed 0.06 to 0.58 correlation distribation.

      • 餘暇活動群과 勞動者間의 運動能力 比較 檢討

        I was divided into two groups; farmers who line in the farm as a group of non-recreations and the members of the tennis club, morning soccer club, mountain climbing, morning badminton club, health club, and Aerobic dance club, etc among the citijens as the other group of recreations. I compared this two groups with age, shape, and motor ability. I came to the following conclusion after measurement to specify the physical fitness by sports and labors. 1) Compared with physigue, a group of recreation of both man and wo-man was a little superor to a group of non-recreations. 2) Compared with motor ability, a group of recreation has powerful ages in strenth, while a group of non-recreation is higher in the measured value of vital capacity and Harvard step test. And, in the agliity, Hexibility, and balance of women group, a group of recreation showed the high piints, and especially, in the repeating side steps, a group of recreation showed the better measurement. 3) The mutual relation of Rohrer's index and motor ability fitness showed the intentional-one, and the grip strenth in men and women groups of recreation showed as 0.249∼0.517 and distinct mutual relations.

      • 웨이트트레이닝 모델에 의한 운동부하가 흰쥐 가자미근의 핵소체 형성 부위 활성과 근섬유 형태에 미치는 효과

        klitgaard가 개발한 웨이트트레닝 모델을 이용한 운동부하가 골격근의 단백합성능과 근섬유의 형태에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 Sprague-Dawley계의 수컷 흰쥐 30마리를 대조군과 실험군으로 나누어 실험군은 3개월간의 운동을 부하하였다. 1개월마다 체중과 근의 무게를 측정하고 가자미근을 적출하여 표본을 제작, 은 콜로라이드염색과 SDH염색을 하여 유침하에서 광학현미경으로 근핵내의 Ag-NOR수와 근섬유를 계산하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 체중은 증가한 반면에 근의 무게는 감소하였다. 2. 운동부하후 가자미근을 2개월째에 Ag-NOR수가 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 3. 운동부하기간이 길수록 근핵내에 4개이상의 Ag-NOR을 함유한 핵의 비율은 증가하였다. 4. 근섬유의 형태는 운동부하 기간이 길수록 A형 섬유는 감소하고 C형 섬유는 증가하였다. This study was to investigated the nucleolar organizer region(NOR) associated protein by means of silver chloride staining and muscle fiber types in sections stained for SDH in the soleus muscle loaded with movement by klitgaard's weight training model. Ag-NOR technique is a indirect measure of the ongoing transcriptional activity of the rRNA gene or their activity. The number of Ag-NORs sites within nucleus may reflect protein synthetic activity and proliferation. Thirth spraque-Dawley adult female rat(190-200g) were divided into control and 3 experimental groups were trained for 1.2.3 months. Body weight and muscle weight measured at 1.2.3 month. The removed muscle fixed by immersion, and processed for light microscopy. The result were as follow: 1. Body weight were increased, but muscle weight were decreased with the lapse of time of training 2. after movement, The mean number of neclealar organizer regions per nucleus were significantly increased at 3 month in soleus muscle. 3. The percent of nucleus include 4 Ag-NOR or more was increased with the lapse of time of training. 4. In muscle fiber types, type A were decreased and type C were significantly increased with the lapse of time of training.

      • 운동부하후 뇨중 17-OHCS의 분비량과 뇨성분 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the secretory does of 17- OHCS in urine and change of urine elements during pre - exercise, post - exercise and recovery periods. The subjects of this study consisted of 9 YUDO player in N high school and The results were as follows : 1.Secretory dose of 17- OHCS in urine increased post - exercise in comparison with pre - exercise and decreased slightly in recovery periods, but it is not same as pre - exercise. 2.Specific gravity in post - exercise and recovery periods increased gradually. 3.Ph. of urine in post - exercise and recovery periods in comparison with pre - exercise decreased gradully. 4.Protain increased in post - exercise and incerased more in recovery periods.

      • 兒童들의 基礎運動 能力의 發達에 關한 硏究

        In order to carry out the study on the fundamental physical exercise capability of boys and girls, I measured their physical functions and fundamental physical exercise functions as a obfect of about 295 kindergarten children and lower grades. (first and second) of elementary schools. As the analyzed result of measeerement, I got the following conclusion; 1. In the case of the physique among this testgroups, as comparison with the nation I standard values, Heihtt of boys is 1.33cm taller and that of girls 0.02cm taller, the body weight of boys is 0.08kg heavier and that of girls 1.29kg heavier, and the cheet measecrements of boys is 0.72cm longer and that of girls is 1.18cm longer. 2. In the case of the body functions, the left hand grip strength of boys is 0.97kg seepericr to that of girls and the right hand grip strength of boys is 0.90kg superior that of girls. Back strength of boys is 6.87kg superior to that of girl, and the breathing capacity of the lungs of boys is 217 superior to that of girls. 3. In the fundamental physical exercise functions, boys are 0.17 sec, faster than girls in 25 meter dask, boys jecmped 11.2cm heigher than girls in the standing-board jump, and boys threu out 4.0cm farther than girls in tennis-ball throw. 4. According to increasing of the age, as the fundamental physical exercise capability develops straeght, boys are more capable than girls, and the differences between them is very remarkable since six years old.
