붙박이장 설치에 따른 세대간 경계벽의 차음성능에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sound insulation of party wall between housing unit according to setting of built-in chest of drawers. Nowadays, residents who pursue a high quality and diversity of the life want to new plan for their apartment. By a survey, it was investigated that residents desire to establish built-in chest of drawers when they rebuild or re-model apartment. In this study, we manufactured built-in chest of drawers in front of party wall in Mock-up house to analyze the sound insulation effect when it set up. Also, we made an experiment on sound insulation effect according to amount of sound-absorbing materials. As a result, in case of setup built-in chest of drawer on both surface of party wall, the sound insulation capability becomes a higher about 9 ㏈ and in case of setup on one surface of party wall, it becomes a higher about 4 ㏈ than only concrete wall's. When rate of loading in built-in chest of drawer is 100%, single-number quantity for airborne sound is 58 ㏈. In case of 82%, 60% and 0%, it is 57 ㏈, 56 ㏈ and 54 ㏈ respectively.

Since the apartment was built by Korea National Housing Cooperation in 1961, the amount of its supply has been increased greatly, especially from the late 70's. Recently there are many ongoing studies regarding sustainable construction apartment in Korea, one of the research is developing sustainable apartment that has longer life cycle. Also according as life's quality of residents is upgrading, complain for floor impact noise and plumbing system noise from upstair or downstair are increasing more and more. To solve this complains, government established impact noise standard as floor lightweight impact noise of 58 ㏈, floor heavyweight impact noise of 50 ㏈ and presented standard floor system or recognition floor system to satisfy this impact noise standard. So in this study, the aim is to develop dry Ondol access floor system for sustainable apartment which have pleasant and quiet life environment. As a result, dry Ondol access floor which light impact noise is 38 ㏈ and heavy impact noise is 49 ㏈ developed.
바닥충격음 인정구조의 중량충격음과 동탄성계수와의 상관성 분석 및 임피던스 예측법에 관한 연구

Nowadays, life's quality of residents is upgrading. So complain for impact noise from upstais are increasing more and more. To solve this complains, government established impact noise standard as lightweight impact noise of 58㏈, heavyweight impact noise of 50㏈ and presented standard floor system or recognition floor system to satisfy this impact noise standard. The purpose of this study is to analyse correlation between dynamic stiffness and heavyweight impact noise and propose the method to predict heavyweight impact noise in test room of recognition organization. The result shows that correlation factor between dynamic stiffness and heavyweght impact noise is R²=0.0135, so there is no correlation directly and impedance method is too hard to predict heavyweight impact noise in mock-up house because it is different between floor system(Ondol) in Korea and floor system(Tatami) in Japan. So, it must be modified to predict heavy impact noise in ondol system.

Since the apartment was built by Korea National Housing Cooperation in 1961, the amount of its supply has been increased greatly, especially from the late 70's. In this apartment, It has specially space called balcony to place all sort of goods, exercise, dry cloths and etc. Nowadays, most resident expanded balcony space illegally to live roomier house so the government allowed resident to expand balcony space by revising law to cease argument and use variously for balcony in Dec. 5. 2005. Also the government has enacted the indoor noise regulation which apply since 2008 to increase indoor sound quality. The aim of this study is to propose the plan to improve room acoustics which is satisfied with indoor noise regulation when Balcony expanded. For the purpose, computer simulation and field experiments for several case which balcony expanded or not, was executed. As a result, it suggest that it must install double glass window which sound insulation is more than 32㏈, where outdoor noise is below 75㏈(A) and also plan which set up a sound absorbing materials in ceiling of balcony are proposed.

Nowadays, the construction sites are growing in city every year, so complaints for construction noise have increased more and more. To analyze this noise scientifically, construction noise prediction program was developed in 1998 and 2005 but it is too difficult to apply program in field because there is few soundproof facilities and it can't understand the coordinate system and so on. The aim of this study is to develop noise prediction program to apply in construction sites. For this, the problems of existing program was analyzed and survey was performed to get requestion of field overseer and upgraded program. To get reliability of program, it was compared with sound measurement value in field. As a result, construction sound prediction program have various soundproof facilities data than existing program. It can also analyze multi receiver point at the same time for several construction machinery. Most of all, it is more powerful to set receiver or source in the axis of X, Y, Z. so program user can make use of it easily. An average of difference is -0.9~1.8 dB.
