The purpose of this study was to see the effects of the combined exercise program on the elderly in both physical fitness and in their blood lipids. With a given time frame of 12 weeks, it was to see if these exercises can contribute to a healthy lifestyle that they seemed to want. The 26 subjects were randomly chosen and prior to this engagement, they were tested to see if they fit the subject model requirement. All of the subjects were in normal physical condition without any serious from diseases. The changes found in these subjects after 12 weeks combined exercise program on the elderly were as follows: 1) There were no significant differences in grip strength and lower limb muscular strength, but changes in one leg standing with eyes opened have been increased shown significant increases balance, and then significant decreases 6m timed up-and-go. 2) There were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, HDL-C and LDLC. 3) There have been shown significant decreases in TG, TC and VLDL-C.
소화기 성능 및 국제 경쟁력 향상을 위한 한국 소화기 기술기준과 국제 기준과의 비교연구

본 연구는 소화기의 제조기준이 되고 있는 UL, ISO의 기준과 한국의 기술기준을 비교 평가하여 개선해야할 사항을 제시함으로써 한국에서 생산된 소화기의 품질향상 및 수출경쟁력을 갖도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 한국에서는 『수동식 소화기의 형식승인 및 검정기술기준』만 충족하면 소화기를 생산 판매할 수 있기 때문에, 최근 5년 평균 220여만 대가 유통되고 있지만, 과도한 가격경쟁, 신기술 개발여력 상실, 해외수출 및 국제적 통용성 부족, 최소 성능기준 고착현상 등의 문제점이 있다. 또한 국내 기준 48개 항목과 UL 63개 항목, ISO 50개 항목의 기준을 비교분석한 결과, 5개 항목의 새로운 기준의 도입이 필요하며, 8개 항목을 개정할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 소화기의 품질을 향상하고 국제경쟁력을 갖기 위해서는 기술기준 국제화, 국제 기준에 맞는 소화기 연구개발, 고품질 소화기의 수요창출, 해외인증 취득 및 공동브랜드 소화기 개발 등의 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to improve the performance and international competitiveness of Korean fire extinguishers by comparing Korean standard with UL and ISO standards. Fire extinguishers can be sold in the conditions to meet「Korean standards for approval and inspection of portable fire extinguishers」. Annually, 2.2 million fire extinguishers are sold in Korea only if the quality meet minimum legal requirements. The problems of korea-made fire extinguishers are in excessive price competition, lack of new technology development, limitation of international common usage, and lock-in effect of newcomer products. The results of comparison UL, ISO standards with Korean fire extinguisher standards, 5 new items need to be introduced and 8 items need to be revised in Korean standards. To improve quality and international competitiveness, the standard of fire extinguisher should be revised to meet international standards. Futhermore, it is needed to get international certification and develop high quality fire extinguishers itself.
2×2 생물학적 동등성 시험 적정 피험자 수의 간단한 계산 방법

There are several approaches to calculate a sample size for bioequivalence test. Among these approaches, sample sizes determination based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests procedures has been used most popularly in case of 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence study. Here we proposed simple sample size table for conventional 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence test based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests in accordance with Korean Guidelines for Bioequivalence Test. This table will allow researchers with a little statistical background to calculate the sample size for bioequivalence with easy process.

본 연구에서는 단량체로 diphenylacetylene 유도체(DPAmC18)를, 가교제로 2관능성 1,4-bis[phenylethynyl]benzene(PEB)를 사용하여, 신축성을 가지는 형광 공액고분자를 합성하였고 물성을 평가하였다. FTIR 분석을 통해 생성고분자들의 구성비를 확인하였으며, XRD, DSC, 자외가시흡광 및 형광방출 스펙트럼 분석을 통해 열역학적/구조적/광학적 특성을 비교 평가하였다. 고분자 내 PEB 함유량의 증가에 따라 단일중합체인 PDPAmC18의 열역학적, 구조적 특성이 점차적으로 변한 반면, 형광특성의 변화는 거의 없었다. 상온에서 UTM을 이용한 기계적 물성을 측 정한 결과, PEB의 함유량이 10%인 중합체는 70%~100%의 인장변형 범위에서 가장 가역적인 신축성을 보임과 동시에 가역적인 형광 및 편광형광 변화를 나타내었다. 이 결과는 이들 고분자의 형광장력센서로서의 응용가능성을 시사한다. Stretchable fluorescent conjugated polymers were synthesized by copolymerization of diphenylacetylene derivative (DPAmC18) and di-functional 1,4-bis[phenylethynyl]benzene (PEB) using as a monomer and a cross-linker, respectively, in different feed ratios and their properties were investigated. The compositional ratios of the polymers were confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy and their thermodynamic/structural/optical properties were evaluated and compared by XRD, DSC, UV-vis absorption and fluorescence (FL) emission spectroscopic analyses. The thermodynamic/structural feature of the homopolymer, PDPAmC18, varied gradually according to the amount of PEB in the polymers while the FL emission was almost not changed. As a result of UTM measurement at room temperature, the polymer having a 10% feed ratio of PEB showed the most reversible stretchability in a tensile strain range from 70% to 100% and, simultaneously, the FL and polarized FL emission were changed reversibly. These results suggest a potential application of our polymers using as a FL tension sensor.
