        자동차 흡기소음평가 시뮬레이터 개발 및 이를 이용한 소음저감 성능개선

        The intake noise, a major source of vehicle noises, has rapidly become a noticeable, and has been studied to reduce the level. Traditionally, the intake system has been developed through the road test and the experiment using a engine dynamo, namely, the trial and error process. This approach require very high cost and long time consuming to develop the system. In this study, the simulator which had a speaker in the cylinder head was presented. It was easy to analyze the acoustic characteristic of the intake system in laboratory environment. This study presented a improvement to reduce the level of the intake noise using the Transfer Matrix Method and NIT/SYSNOISE, FE analysis commercial software. It was to select optimum position of a resonator and verified by the simulator. This simulator can be used early in the design stage of development of the intake system.

        차량군의 분산에 따른 교통소음 변화에 관한 연구

        출발정지선에서 대열을 이룬 차량군이 녹생신호에 의해 출발하면서부터 발생되는 소음을 차량군의 동적특성과 관련지어 차량군의 분산과 소음과의 관련성을 밝히고저 하였다. 차량군의 분산은 분산펙터(P.D.F.) 개념을 이용하였으며 분산펙터는 교통량, 주행시간, 대얼통과시간으로부터 산출되었다. This study was examined for traffic noise by platoon dispersion in relation to traffic flow till platoon reach steady driving condition after starting from stopline. Platoon dispersion factor was calculated and evaluated by the following input data : traffic volume, travel time, pass time.

        축류형 팬의 저소음화에 관한 연구

        Axial fans are very useful cooling devices being widely used in many electric and industrial machinery. However those are often accompanying annoying noise. Many efforts have been devoted in order to reduce the fan noise. In this study, the procedure was devided into two major parts in considering effects of design parameters of axial fan concerned with noise ; the fan theory and the Fukano's fan noise study. By using the fan theory we defined stagger angle, camber angle, blade inlet and outlet angle for studying low noise fan. Then the effects of such angles on the flow rate and static pressure were investigated. By using the Fukano's fan noise theory, the relations of the chord length, the rotational speed and the number of blades vs. fan noise are investigated.

      • 조화가진된 밀폐계 음장에서의 능동소음제어 (I) 컴퓨터 시물레이션

        A computer simulation is performed on the effectiveness of the active minimization of harmonically excited enclosed sound fields for producing global reduction in the amplitude of the pressure fluctuations. In this study for the appreciable reductions in total time averaged acoustic potential energy, $E_{pp}$, the transducer location strategies for three dimensional active noise control is presented based on a state space modal which approximates the closed acoustic field.In this study, the above theoretical basis is used to investigate the application of active control to sound fields of low modal density. By the used of room-like 3-dimensional rectangular enclosure it is demonstrated that the reductions in $E_{pp}$ can be achieved by using a single secondary source, provided that the source is placed within the half a wavelength from the primary source and placed away from nodal line of the sound field. Concerning the reductions in $E_{pp}$ by minimzing the pressure in sound fields by the use of 3-dimensional rectangular enclosure, the effects of the number of sensors and the locations of these sensors are investigated. When a few modes dominate the response it is found that if only a limited number of sensors are located away from nodal line and located at the pressure maxima of the sound field such as at each corner of a rectangular enclosure. 본 연구에서는 정상상태의 단일 주파수에서의 임의의 음압분포로 조화가진되 는 3차원 정방형 밀폐계 음장의 경우에 대한 능동제어를 시도함으로써 사무실과 같은 실내 공간에 대한 능동적 소음저감의 응용 가능성을 검토하고자 하였다. 또한 변환기 의 위치선정을 위하여 상태공간 모드 모델의 모드 근사화에 따른 계수행렬의 요소를 평가함으로써 가제어성과 가광측성을 만족하는 최적한 변환기 (부가음원, 마이크로폰) 의 위치를 선정하였다. 밀폐계 내부의 음압을 저감시키는 목적함수로는 전체 시간평 균 음향 포텐셜에너지를 사용하였으며 폐공간의 음압변동을 이론적으로 규명함으로써 부가적인 음원의 복소세기를 적절히 선정하여 이 음향 포텐셜 에너지의 양을 최소화 시킬 수 있음을 보였다.

        지표면상을 전파하는 소음의 초과감쇠 산정방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 소음전파에 대한 옥외실험과 축적 음향모형실험에 의해서 지표면에 의한 초과감쇠 특징을 밝힌 것으로써, 옥외실험에 의한 소음전파감쇠는 음향출력이 큰 소형엔진을 사용하여, 거리감쇠로부터 산출한 실측의 초과감쇠와 Log(D/(Hs+Hr))의 관계를 확인했다. 그 결과 소음전파감쇠는 풍향, 주파수에 따라 다르며 직선회귀 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 지표면상의 초과감쇠치는 통기저항을 이용해서 Log(D/Hs+Hr))을 파라미터로써 구할 수 있었고, 가장 적당한 통기저항$\sigma$는 실측의 초과감쇠치와 임의의 $\sigma$에 대한 $L=-20Log\mid1+(r_1/r_2)Qexp(ik, \bigtriangleup r)\mid$ 식의 평균자승 오차가 가장 적어질 때 결정된다. 모형의 지표로써 축척 1/40의 모형실험으로, 큰 무향실내에서 거리감쇠의 측정을 한 결과, 실측치와의 대응이 충분하다는 것을 확인했다. This study is to explain the characteristic of excess attenuation on the ground through the outdoors experiment about noise propagation and the reduced model experiment of acoustic. The outdoors experiment on the attenuation of noise propagation was tried with the small engine that had large acoustic output, and then it was conformed that there was relationship between the excess attenuation calculated by measurement from distance attenuation and Log(D/(Hs+Hr)). As a result, it was found that the attenuation of noise propogation depended upon the direction of the wind and frequency and was regressed in a straight line. And the numerical values of excess attenuation on the ground could be calculated by regarding Log(D/(Hs+Hr)) as a parameter with an airing resistance $\sigma$. It was found that when the mean square error between the excess attenuation calculated by measurement and the value calculated by a fomula $L=-20Log\mid1+(r_1/r_2)Qexp(ik, \bigtriangleup r)\mid$ about optional $\sigma$ was least, the optimal decision of u was made. As the characteristic of model is the model experiment on a reduced scale of 1 to 40, It was conformed that it corresponds enough with the measurement value with measuring the distance attenuation in the large anecoic chamber.

        부분적으로 열린 구조-음향 연성평판의 자유진동해석

        In order to investigate the characteristics of sound-structure interaction plate having a cut-out, we modeled a rectangular cavity and the flexible plate of the cavity. Because the particle velocity of air is the same as that of plate on the plate, we could easily redefine vibration equation using the velocity potential. We calculated the natural frequencies of plate using orthogonal polynomial functions which satisfy the boundary conditions in the Rayleigh-Ritz method. For the change of vibration characteristics, the effect of sound-structure interaction is more dominant than that of cut-out size.

        Adaptive Noise Cancelling 법에 의한 기계이상진단 소프트웨어 개발 (제 1 보 : Cepstrum 해석)

        各種의 Conditioning Monitoring 技術이 硏究되고 있는데 本 硏究에서는 Cepstrum 解析法에 Adaptive Noise Cancelling (ANC) 법을 利用하여 回轉機械要素의 하나인 베어링의 缺陷을 管理하는 手段으로써의 可能性을 檢討하였으며 ANC의 物理的 意味를 正確히 把握하고자 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 行하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 衣해 Adaptive filter 에서의 最適한 適應利得을 推定하였으며 信號對雜音比에 따른 ANC의 性能과 LMS알고리즘의 收劍性을 考察하였다. 또한 ANC法을 Cepstrum 解析法에 利用한 베어링의 異常診斷은 旣存의 Cepstrum解析法보다 有效함을 알았다. Many kinds of conditioning monitoring technique have been studied, so this study has inverstigated the possibility of checking the trend in the fault diagnosis of ball bearing, one of the elements of rotating machine, by applying the cepstral analyisis method using the adaptive noise cancelling (ANC) method. And computer simulation is conducted in order to verify the usefulness of ANC. The optimal adaptation gain in adaptive filter is estimated, the performance of ANC according to the change of the signal to noise ratio and convergence of least mean square algorithm is considered by simulation. It is verified that cepstral analysis using ANC method is more effective than the conventional cepstral analysis method in bearing fault diagnosis.

      • 테니스 라켓의 안정타점영역의 확장을 위한 CAD화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 실험적인 모우드해석법을 실제의 테니스 라켓에 적용하여 모우드파라미터를 구한 다음, 그 파라미터의 변화에 따르는 안정타점영역의 변화를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해서 에측하였다. 또한 안정타점영역을 확장시키고 라켓의 동특성을 개선시킬 수 있는 모우드파라미터를 찾아서 라켓의 설계제작단계에 정보를 제공하는 테니스 라켓의 CAD(Computer Aided Design) 화를 위한 자료 획득을 목적으로 한다. The dynamic characteristics of a tennis racket were identified by experimental modal analysis and the sweet spot due to these was calculated. A tennis racket was selected as a model reference and modal parameters of the racket were estimated from the transfer function measured by experiment. The transfer function was reconstructed by the modified modal parameters on the assumption that the racket was locally modified, for example, a change in the material of the frame and the attachment of a damping material to the grip. The change of the dynamic characteristics, especially natural frequency and magnitude of the second and the third vibrational modes, were evaluated from the reconstructed transfer function. The change of the sweet spot due to the modified modal parameters was estimated and visualized through computer graphic simulation by the criterion of the sweet spot measured before structural modification. The modal parameters for improvement of the dynamic characteristics.

        자동차 흡기소음저감을 위한 설계기법에 관한 연구

        The intake noise, a major source of vehicle noises, has rapidly become a noticeable, and has been studied to reduce the level. Traditionally, the intake system has been developed through a experiment, namely, the trial and error process. This approach requires very high cost and long time consuming to develop the systm. Recently, FEM and BEM are becoming useful in analysis of the intake system, and the results of analysis are very valid. But because this techniques also require high cost and long analysis time, this technique is generally not practical tool at the early stage of the development. In this study, the software was developed to predict and analyze the acoustic characteristics of the intake system. It was based on the Transfer Matrix Method and operated to analyze a simplified intake system in a personal computer. It can be used early in the design stage of development of the intake system. This study presented a improvement to reduce the level of the intake noise, which modified the specification of the intake system. And the improvement were verified by NIT/SYSNOISE, FE analysis commercial software, and testing a prototype.
