By the treatment of herb-med, acupunture and Korean(韓方)- medicine, symptoms of nasal polyp has taken a turn for the better, but nasal polyp itself was removed in completely was imppssible. Althogh a surgical operation of western -medicine, the nasal polyp tend to recur. In China, the new treatment that Chinese(漢方)-medicine and western-medicine combined was tried. The trial was effective in decreasing recurrance rate and treatment period. But it's a case of completely removed Nasal polyp through the more vanous Korean(韓方)-medicine, The patient answered in the affinnative of electric acupunture, nasal bloodletting, vaporization, external application against the existing treatment(herb-med, acupunture, moxa). If electric acupunture, nasal bloodletting, vaporization, external application are receiving careful study, they are a help to nasal polyp and opthalmologic, otolaryngologic disease.

간호대학생의 포커싱적 태도와 임상수행능력과의 상관성 연구

본 연구의 목적은 포커싱적 태도와 임상수행능력간의 관계를 파악하고 포커싱적 태도가 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 간호학과 재학생 189명을 대상으로 하여 2018년 12월에 자료를 수집하였고 다중회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 포커싱적 태도는 임상수행능력에 유의한 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 특히, 포커싱적 태도의 하위요인인 '표현하기'는 임상수행능력의 하위요인인 '간호과정, 간호기술, 교육 및 협력관계, 대인관계 및 의사소통, 전문직 발전'에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 설명력은 15.7%~19.9%이었다. 따라서 학부과정동안 간호학과 대학생들이 '상황에 알맞은 표현하기 능력'을 기를 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 함께 교수-학습방법의 적극적 반영을 제안한다. The purpose of this study is to the relation between the focusing manner and clinical competence and to determine the effect of the focusing manner on clinical competence. In December 2018, data were collected from 189 university students in the nursing department and analyzed using a multiple regression. As a result, major satisfaction and focusing manner of nursing university students were identified as major factors influencing clinical competence. In particular, 'expressing', a sub-factor of the focusing manner, had a significant effect on the sub-factors of clinical competence ability, 'nursing process, nursing skill, teaching and cooperation, interpersonal relationships and communication, and professional development', and explanatory power was 15.7%~19.9%. Therefore, during the undergraduate course, it is suggested that university students in the nursing department actively develop teaching-learning methods along with the development of a program to improve 'the ability to express appropriately for the situation'.

D. H. 로렌스의 『새들, 짐승들, 그리고 꽃들』(Birds, Beasts, and Flowers)에 나타난 장소의식과 장소상실

This paper examines Lawrence`s sense of place, represented by his idea of "spirit of place," and the meaning of placelessness presented in Birds, Beasts, and Flowers. Although most Lawrence critics have mentioned that these poems were written from 1920 to 1923 when he left England for long, few critics have paid attention to how his geographical migration influenced his poems written during this period. Most analyses of these poems are focused on Lawrence`s sensitivity and insight on inhuman otherness distinguished in this poetry. Instead of highlighting inhuman otherness revealed in Birds, Beasts, and Flowers, this paper tries to explore how our awareness of Lawrence`s sense of place affects our understanding of his poems. In the second section, I will examine how Lawrence`s sense of place is different from other modernist writers like T. S. Eliot, James Joyce, and Virginia Woolf, and why place was the most urgent matter for Lawrence after the World War I. Third section focuses on how Lawrence`s sensitivity to place can be understood in the philosophical and ecological senses, and what is the meaning of home and homelessness presented in "Spirits Summoned West" and "The Red Woolf."

이블린 워의 『다시 찾은 브라이즈헤드』와 버지니아 울프의 『막간』 비교 연구

이 논문은 2차 세계 대전의 와중에 출판된 이블린 워(Evelyn Waugh)의 『다시 찾은 브라이즈헤드』(Brideshead Revisited, 1945)와 버지니아 울프(Virginia Woolf)의 『막간』(Between the Acts, 1941)을 가부장제와 젠더의 문제를 중심으로 비교함으로써 워와 울프가 당대 영국사회를 얼마나 다르게 소설 속에 형상화시키고 있는지 살펴보려 한다. 각각의 소설은 브라이즈헤드와 포인츠 홀이라는 공간을 통해 영국 가부장제 사회가 해체되고 몰락하는 모습을 그리고 있는데, 이 해체와 몰락에 대한 워와 울프의 태도가 상당히 다르다. 워의 소설은 찰스 라이더(Charles Ryder)와 세바스찬 플라이트(Sebastian Flyte)의 사랑과 우정이 대표하듯이 남성들 사이의 연대를 그리워하는 1인칭 남성 화자의 이야기인데 반해, 울프의 소설은 현재까지의 영국역사를 비판적으로 고찰하면서 그 강고한 가부장제 사회가 내세우는 가치들을 전복하는 방식을 취한다. 1930년대 영국사회를 묘사하면서도 전혀 다른 해법을 제시한다는 점에서 두 소설은 함께 읽었을 때 각각의 소설가들이 추구하는 대안의 세계를 보다 분명하게 이해할 수 있다는 것이 필자의 생각이다. 구체적으로 2장에서는 워와 울프 모두 현대 문명을 억압적이고 폭력적이라고 비판하면서도 동시에 어떻게 다르게 접근하고 있는지 살필 것이다. 3장에서는 두 작가가 ‘과거’라는 시간을 어떻게 바라보고 있는지 비교하면서, 과거를 바라보는 작가의 상이한 시선이 각각의 소설에서 영국 가부장제 사회를 상징하는 브라이즈헤드와 포인츠 홀의 성격을 얼마나 다르게 규정하는지 살펴보려 한다. 4장에서는 두 작가의 과거와 현재에 대한 인식의 차이가 필연적으로 젠더의 문제와 얽혀 있음을 밝힐 것이다. This paper aims to compare Evelyn Waugh's Brideshead Revisited(1945) and Virginia Woolf's Between the Acts(1941) in terms of Waugh and Woolf's different presentation of the English patriarchal society on the brink of the World War II. Both novels portray disintegration of the English patriarchy each represented in Brideshead and Pointz Hall. What is at issue here is that Waugh and Woolf have very different attitudes to this disintegration of the English patriarchy, which are closely related to their different viewpoints of history and gender. Woolf's novel criticizes the whole history of England, characterized by its repeated wars and patriarchal authority, and undermines the basic principles of that patriarchal society. Waugh's novel is based on the first-person narrator's nostalgic memory of the old, glorious past of England captured in the romantic relationship between Charles Ryder and Sebastian Flyte. Through the comparative study of the two novels I think we can see more clearly how Waugh and Woolf diagnose the English society of the same period and what kind of alternative society they suggest for their future. I will in the second section examine how differently Waugh and Woolf see the modern civilization even though they both criticize it as repressive and violent. In the third section I will compare two writer's viewpoints of the past and the present, which lead to the different presentation of the English patriarchy. In the fourth section I will show how these different understandings of the English history are necessarily entangled with two writers's different attitudes to the gender issues.

In the paper exploring the interrelations between D. H. Lawrence and modernism, Michael Bell seems to agree with Percy Wyndham Lewis’s view that the emphasis on time went with a preoccupation with the inner processes of consciousness at the expense of a grasp on the external world. This binarism between individual’s inner consciousness and the outer world can be also found in Georg Lukacs’s severe criticism against the modernist narrative which, he thinks, negates the external world. Not only these critics but also does Lawrence criticize the modernist narrative of Marcel Proust and James Joyce as excess of self-consciousness in his essay “Surgery for the Novel or a Bomb.” This paper aims to examine the way in which Virginia Woolf and Lawrence narrativize individual’s inner world and the reality in Mrs. Dalloway and The Rainbow. Although Woolf and Lawrence use different narrative styles, quite surprisingly they both criticize the egotistical self. Unlike James Joyce’s narrative, the narrator of Woolf’s novel keeps appearing between character’s interior monologues, which makes possible balancing the personal voice of character and the public voice of the narrator. The paper closely examines the narratives related to Doris Kilman and Winifred Inger to argue that the modernist narrative is not necessarily led to the excess of self-consciousness and to the attenuation of reality. This examination includes how they deconstruct the binarism between the inner and outer world, and in doing so, how much they successfully get the reader’s empathy to the novel.

기존의 기업의 영리이익을 목적으로 브랜드 제품구매를 유도하며 고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 지속해 왔다. 하지만, 기업의 고용인들을 위한 인권윤리나 도덕적 책임 의식이 고조되기 시작했고 이것이 CSR (corporate social responsibility)이 출현하게 된 계기이다. 현재 기업은 사회공헌의 당위성이라는 새로운 과제를 직면하여 CSR의 경영 전략적 측면을 중시하면서 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치를 동시에 실현할 수 있는 공유가치창출(creating shared value)을 목표로 많은 비용과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 기업은 이러한 자선적 동기와 함께 CSR의 성격을 제품기획부터 제품의 적용하여 소비환경에서 소비자들과 소통을 의도하고, 소비자는 이러한 제품에 주의함으로 윤리성에 대한 감정적 몰입이 증가되고 구매를 통해 CSR활동참여의 자선목적성을 표현할 수 있게 된다. CSR메시지를 포함한 제품의 구매는 CSR활동에 참여를 의식할 수 있도록 돕는다는 것에 CSR 디자인 경영 활용의 필요성을 증명하고 나아가 이를 통해 CSR 프로그램의 순수한 목적을 가시화 할 수 있는 평가 자료를 도출할 수 있다는 잠재성에서 효과성을 발견할 수 있다. CSR 제품디자인경영을 신제품개발단계에서 개입시기와 정도를 기준으로 구분하여 제품이 매개체의 기능으로 활용되는 방안을 제안하며 가치소비를 유도하는 요소로써 재발견 할 수 있다. The existing companies have been running in the purpose of financial profit through ‘brand’ paradigm luring customers’ purchase. This paradigm has been greatly helpful to achieve the company’s goal as a communication tool between an organization and its customers. However small movement of companies considering ethics and moral responsibility for employment caused of start of CSR (corporate social responsibility) principle, in the current time when this has had a compulsory factor beyond voluntary, companies have been trying to fulfill Michael Porter"s "creating shared value (CSV)" in order to achieve an economic as well as social value for the society. For this, CSR message delivery is one of the most important tasks to do for achieving CSV. Therefore a market is found as an intimate place to dialogue between a business and a customer by products or services. Through three types of CSR design management categorized by time and rate of design involvement at NPD (new product development) process, a pure sense of philanthropic purpose can be acknowledged by purchasers, and its results intends to be used as data to evaluate its effectiveness with minimized errors. By this study a demand of CSR design management can be expected and promoted, furthermore an inducing function can play for generating new paradigm of "valuable purchase" throughout the society where market 3.01) referring to "value" has been already settled.

『로렌스의』날개 돋친 『뱀』에 드러난 남성지도자 사상 연구

If Quetzalcoatl, the early version of the Plumed Serpent, examines a possibility of the Mexican myth and civilization as an alternative to the European civilization, the Plumed Serpent explores some other possibility of fusing the Mexican and Europeancivilization through a Mestizo, Ramon Carrasco, and an Irish woman, Kate Leslie. Louis L. Martz, an editor of Quetzalcoatl published in 1995, argues that Quetzalcoatl shows the religion of Quetzalcoatl arising gradually from the landscape and native life while the Plumed Serpent creates abrupt shifts from native life and actual landscape into the mythical realm of the new religion. The point is that the Plumed Serpent reveals Lawrence`s desire of creating "a book of prophecy" which needs all the urgent rhetoric that prophecy commands to enforce its message. Martz`s reading of the Plumed Serpent helps to understand the unnatural narrative of the novel, which is quite clearly enforced by Lawrence`s male leadership idea. Many critics have pointed out that the novel is heavily ideological and even totalitarian. This paper, however, focuses on what Lawrence tries to do in this novel even while giving up the narrative plausibility, and examine the conflict between the narrative and the leadership idea. Although critics tend to have negative impressions on the novel in terms of the excess of the idea, this paper rather will explore what Lawrence attempts to do to keep the narrative tension. To do so, the section II examines how Lawrence builds up his leadership idea, the section III focuses on the conflict between the narrative and the leadership idea, and the section IV explores the meaning of the limit resulted from Lawrence`s search for a new way of being which is necessarily processed in Western terms.

장소의 재현과 서사전략: 키플링의 『킴』과 포스터의 『인도로 가는 길』

Although the colonial places represented by Western writers can be usually defined as "exotic landscape," they are in fact bound up with the themes and narrative structures of the text. By paying attention to the relationship between the narrative and the place presented in the novel, the paper aims to reveal the way in which the author`s sense of place and his/her presentation of it have some profound effects on conveying the theme. It seems impossible and undesirable to examine how much India presented in A Passage to India and Kim would be authentic, considering that both Forster`s India and Kipling`s are reconstructed by the perspective of the authors. These two writer`s presentation of the colonial place, India, cannot but go through their Western eyes which embody Western ideas and values. While pointing to the limit contained in their representations of India, this paper will also try to track down the spots where Forster and Kipling transcend their perspective as a European writer. In doing so, this paper will show how the representation of the colonial place can be a barometer for measuring up the author`s sense of the other.
