        루이스 칸의 후기주택작품에서 ‘방’에 드러나는 거주의미 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze on the meaning of dwelling in ‘Room’ of Louis I. Kahn’s Architecture. ‘Room’ is generated by a realization of the nature of space. Nature of all kinds of an institution is in human’s dwell. The characteristics of dwelling analyzed from the ‘Room’ sketch, printed 1971 and his words unfold the senses of dwelling, which is the authenticity of architecture. These features are also linked analyzed with Louis I. Kahn’s three house projects, Esherick House, Fisher House, and Korman House. The phenomenal way acts this study. ‘Room’s is generated showing three characteristics, which are relational relativeness by territory between room and society of rooms, twin phenomena of inside and outside, and availability expressing of one’s self.

        석회-시멘트 혼합토의 압축강도 및 내구 특성

        In this study, the compressive strength characteristics of lime-cement-soil mixtures, composed of lime, soil, and a small amount of cement, were investigated by performing the unconfined compression tests, the freezing and thawing tests, the wetting and drying tests and the permeability tests. The specimens were made by mixing soils with cement and lime. The cement contents were 0, 6, 8 and 10 %, and the lime contents were 2, 4, 5, 10, 15 and 20 % in weight. Each specimen was cured at constant temperature in a humidity room for 3, 7 and 28 days. The compressive strength characteristics of the lime-cement-soil mixtures were then investigated using the unconfined compression tests, freezing and thawing tests and the wetting and drying tests. Based on the test results, a discussion was made on the applicability of the lime-cement-soil mixtures as a construction material.

        파괴점 염소주입에 의한 NH3 - N 제거 및 THM 생성의 최소화를 위한 PAC dechlorination

        Influent NH₃-N concentration in downstream Keum River during winter period was as high as 3.5㎎/l. Although NH₃-N itself is not reported harmful at this level, it must be removed to meet drinking water quality standard of 0.5㎎/l. When high concentration of NH₃-N is not sufficiently removed during prechlorination, it is expected that too much chloramines are formed during post chlorination, and consumers` complaints are expected due to heavy smell of chloramine. Not sufficient disinfection efficiency by chloramine is also expected. Prechlorination and PAC dechlorination was adopted in the pilot plant study to prevent DBP formation by possible small amount of residual free chlorine after breakpoint. When chlorine dose is well controlled, NH₃-N removal is over 98% and THM formation is very low because of low free residual chlorine due to PAC dechlorination. In bench scale test, breakpoint appeared when Cl₂/NH₃-N ratio was 10∼11 on a weight basis and breakpoint reaction was almost completed within 10∼15min. After chlorination, PAC dose of l0㎎/l resulted in removal of 1∼1.5㎎/l free chlorine for 10 minutes. PAC reacted very slowly with NH₂Cl but very fast with free chlorine, and PAC removed more free chlorine at low pH than high pH.

        시설재배지에서 토양 담수 및 배수에 의한 염류집적 경감 방안

        시설하우스 내 토양의 염류를 제거하기 위한 기존 관수제염의 문제점은 담수 시 염류가 심토층으로 이동하게 되며 심토층으로 이동된 염류는 시설하우스 내 모세관현상으로 다시 표토층으로 용출되어 순환을 하는 것이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 관수제염법을 일부 수정한 방법을 개발하였다. 토양을 담수시킨 후 부유물질을 침전시키고 상등액의 일부를 외부로 빼줌으로써 토양 하부로 염류가 이동하지 않도록 하는 방법이다. 이 방법을 통해 심토층으로 염류가 확산이 되지 않았으며 모세관 현상에 의한 염류의 재집적을 방지 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 밖으로 유출되는 상등액에는 질소, 인, 칼리 등 비료성분을 포함하고 있어 비료로 재이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 소량의 MgO 투여와 30분 침전을 통해 담수의 탁도 성분을 초기 탁도의 95%이상을 침전 시킬 수 있었다. 담수 내에 암모니아와 인을 함유하고 그들의 농도가 줄어든 것으로 보아 일부 struvite 침전이 이루어졌으며 토양 내에서 천천히 용해되어 작물이 이용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. One of the disadvantages of flooding treatment for desalting from soils is that salts move to deep soils after flooding and at the end reaccumulate at the soil surface through capillary movements. This study was carried out to remove salts from soils in plastic film houses by a modified flooding method, drainage after flooding. The method successfully removed salts at the soil surface and salts did not move to the deep soil. Drained water containing N, P and K could be reused as fertilizer. By applying small amount of MgO, turbidity of water flooded decreased in 30 min by 95%. Struvite should be formed since the flooded water contain ammonia and phosphorous and their concentrations were decreased. This could be utilized as fertilizer which provides a slow-release source of phosphorus, magnesium and nitrogen that features low inherent water solubility.

        작은 손 피아니스트에게 적합한 건반너비조절의 필요성

        본 연구에서는 작은 손을 가진 연주자 및 학습자들에게 적합한 건반너비의 피아노의 필요성을 중점적으로 다룬다. 사람의 손 크기는 연령과 성별 또는 개인별 신체발달 정도에 따라 그 차이가 다양함에도 불구하고 오늘날 제작되는 건반너비는 거의 동일하다. 이에 대해 먼저 피아노 건반너비의 역사를 살펴봄으로써 다양한 너비의 건반제작의 타당성을 알아본다. 다음으로 다양한 기준으로 분류된 피아노 연주자들의 손 너비 데이터를 중심으로 작은 손 피아니스트에게 적합한 건반너비는 어느 정도인지를 알아보고, 그들에게 알맞은 건반너비의 피아노를 연주 했을 때의 연주개선 정도를 표준사이즈의 피아노를 연주했을 때와 비교 해 봄으로써 작은 손 피아니스트를 위한 좁은 건반너비의 필요성을 확인한다. 마지막으로 좁은 건반너비가 실제적으로 피아노를 사용하는 연주자들에게 보급 될 수 있는지 살펴봄으로써 대안적인 건반너비 피아노의 보급화의 가능성에 대해 논의한다. The purpose of this study is to find alternative keyboard size for small-handed pianists. It has been started with several questions. First, how many piano players, including young students have small hands? Second, do the small-handed pianists need reduced size keyboards? Third, will the alternative sized piano help people to solve the problems which caused by unsuitable keyboard size? First of all, in order to find ways to solve these problems, we researched the history of keyboard span. In the research, one interesting fact is that in 1784 to 1825 there were various sized keyboards. This means composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, and Schumann would have composed many of their masterpieces on keyboards that were smaller than our present day conventional size. On top of that, we researched hand span data and its relationship with keyboard size. After other researchers" hand span data, we have measured and researched various people"s hand span and categorized it with sexuality and age. The results show that the smaller-handed pianists need the smaller keyboards. In other words, the smaller size keyboards would resolve problems which come from wide keyboard span. In terms of the quality of piano performance, many small-handed pianists are struggling with technical problems, injury, and restrained repertoire. Especially when it comes to playing large block chords or fast octave passages, there is no choice but roll the chords, slow down the tempo, or change the repertoire. In order to resolve these problems, we studied reduced size keyboard and its prospective outcome with researcher"s works.

        항공사 종사원의 고용환경특성, 경력몰입, 조직동일시의 영향관계

        기업의 성장, 발전에 있어 효율적인 인적자원의 확보, 운영 및 관리는 필수적이다. 따라서 종사원의 고용환경특성, 경력몰입 그리고 조직동일시와 같은 요인은 기업의 인적자원관리에 있어서 매우 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울 사무소와 김포 및 인천공항에 근무하는 항공사 지상직 종사원 190명을 대상으로 하여 고용환경특성의 고용안정성과 분배공정성, 경력몰입 그리고 조직동일시의 상호영향관계를 분석하고, 이들의 관계에 있어서 조직동일시의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 통계분석에서는 빈도분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였으며 각 측정도구의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위하여 Cronbach``s Alpha 계수를 산출하였다. 또한 두 변수의 영향관계를 파악하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 매개변수의 매개역할을 파악하고자 변수들 간의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 고용환경특성의 분배공정성이 경력몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고용환경특성의 고용안정성이 조직동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직동일시가 경력몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고용안정정과 분배공정성이 모두 조직동일시의 매개역할을 통해 경력몰입에 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 항공사는 개인의 업무와 성과 등에 있어서 보다 합리적이고 공정한 평가시스템을 갖추고 그에 따른 보상을 실시하려는 노력이 필요하며, 종사원은 조직의 이러한 노력을 인지할 때 더욱 자신의 경력에 몰입하고 조직의 목적과 가치를 자신의 목적과 가치로 동일시하게 될 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 보다 광범위하게 표본 대상을 설정하고 자료를 수집하여 연구 결과를 좀 더 일반화 할 필요가 있으며, 본 연구에서 제시된 요인들 이외의 다양한 요인들과 경력몰입과의 상호영향관계를 밝히는 후속연구가 필요하다. The efficient securing, operating and managing of human resources of company is necessary at growth and development of company. So characteristics of employment environment, career commitment and organizational identification of employees are very important part at managing of human resources in company. This study examined how job security and distributive justice of characteristics of employment environment, career commitment and organizational identification affect each other and analyzed the mediation effect of organizational identification on 190 airlines employees working in Seoul offices and at Gimpo and Incheon Airports. At the statistical analysis stage, frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis was performed and to obtain reliability for the various measuring tools, Cronbach``s Alpha coefficient was calculated. Also, multiple regression analysis was performed to ascertain the effect relation between two variables and three-step mediated regression analysis was performed to determine the mediatory role of the mediating factor. The results of empirical analysis are as follows: 1) distributive justice of characteristics of employment environment had a significant effect on career commitment. 2) job security of characteristics of employment environment had a significant effect on organizational identification. 3) organizational identification had a significant effect on career commitment. 4) both job security and distributive justice were found to affect career commitment through the mediating effect of organizational identification. On the basis of the foregoing results of analysis, airline companies need to establish a more rational and equitable evaluation system for individual work and performance, and offer rewards based on the evaluation. If employees recognize these efforts of organization, they will become more committed to their career and identify purpose and value of organization with their own purpose and value. In future, research results need to be further generalized by collecting data from a broader sample. Another possible direction would be to determine the mutual effects of career commitment and other factors not examined in this study.

        루이스 칸의 피셔주택 스케치 단계에서 나타나는‘Form" 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning and the role of "form" through Louis Kahn’s sketch. Analysis on the Kahn’s sketch in the process of his thought and work is the most clear way to see the his own word, ‘form’ and ‘form drawing’ which is the important way to express ‘form’. ‘Form’ came from ‘realization’ about ‘nature of space’ meaning of ‘what space want to be’, which need a subject as a being. The subject is a psyche that is not ego, has a common sense. That"s why we can see that ‘form’ makes existence different and is based on common sense that person wants. Louis Kahn"s representative house project, Fisher house show very clear ‘form drawing’ described from the preliminary sketch. From the "form drawing", We can read "form" that has consistently applied to material application, space arrangement, detail construction and boundary of wall between inside and outside in the full sketch process of Fisher house.
