Objectives: We want to understand body composition and states of obese patients and the clinical studies of obesity attribute to Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine. Methods : The clinical studies were done on 42 cases of obese patients who were treated by obesity clinic in Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine Dae-Jeon Oriental medical hospital in Dae-Jeon University from May 2000 to September 2000. We checked body composition using Inbody3.0. Results : Sexual ratio on this report is 1:4.98(male: female). Abnormal eating is Major cause of obesity that has caused orthopedic disease. Increasing of BMI, fluid, protein and mineral mass decrease.

클라우드 서비스 기반의 시스템은 기존의 물리적 인프라 기반의 서비스에 비해 전사관점의 투자 Risk 를 줄이고 보다 효율적인 시스템의 구축과 운영을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 이러한 장점을 제공하기 위한 클라우드 서비스의 서비스모델과 기술적 관점의 특징으로 인해 기존보다 더 많은 보안 취약점에 노출될 수 있다. 이러한 보안 취약점에 효과적인 대응을 하기 위해서는 이러한 클라우드 서비스의 특징을 이해하고 이를 기반으로 한 기술적/관리적 보안 대응책을 정의하고 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 고에서는 클라우드 서비스의 특징을 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 하는 보안 취약점을 파악 이에 대한 대응 방안에 대해 제시하도록 한다.

피각부 자발성 뇌내출혈의 혈종흡입술을 위한 지표

Objectives : CT-guided stereotactic evacuation for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage can minimize the brain damage and can be performed safely and simply under local anesthesia. But that procedure is time consuming and has a risk of rebleeding because of the stress during head pin fixation. So authors describe easy and precise guidelines for FHA of putaminal hemorrhage without stereotactic instrument. Methods and Materials : We analyzed the data of 298 patients who underwent CT-guided stereotactic aspiration of putaminal hematoma in our hospital between January 1990 and December 2000. We divided the patients into three groups according to the location of hematoma : anterior portion, middle portion and posterior portion of putamen. Total number of catheters inserted into the hematoma were 345 and there were with regard to the direction and depth of catheters. Results : Proposed guidelines of catheter insertion to putaminal hemorrhage in our institution. 1) hematoma at the anterior portion of putamen ; Direction of catheter was the midpupillary line of the eye and the point intersecting a line drawn from the burr hole to a point between external auditory meatus(EOM) and 1cm posterior to EOM. Depth of catheter was 6-6.5cm. 2) hematoma at the middle portion of putamen ; Direction of catheter was the midpupillary line of the the eye and the point intersecting a line drawn from the burr hole to a point between 1cm and 2cm posterior to EOM. Depth of catheter was 6.5-7cm. 3) hematoma at the posterior portion of putamen ; Direction of catheter was 15 degree laterally from the midpupillary line of the eye and the point intersecting a line drawn from the burr hole to a point between 2cm and 3cm posterior to EOM. Depth of catheter was 7-7.5cm. We have performed FHA of putaminal hemorrhage in 48 cases according to this guideline. All catheter were inserted exactly at the center of hematoma and average operation time was about 30 minutes. Conclusion : Our proposed guidelines for putaminal hemorrhage are considered to be safe and simple method with similar accuracy and rapid decompression compared with traditional stereotactic method. Main advantages of this technique were unnecessity of stereotactic frame application and less time requirement for hematoma removal.

As above, it described Dr.Tanaka's Spiral Balance Theory and studied the theoretical background and the special meridian circulation system, diagnostics and treatments. Though the considered the rule of the tenseness of the body as muscle movement theory, it corresponds with tradtional meridians theory in oriental medicine. If we study and develop the traditional meridians circulaition system more, we can expect clinical development applying to any theories in the field of oriential medicine such as acupuncture therapy, moxa therapy and chiropractc therapy. etc, as well as tapaing therapy, electronic stimulation therapy and exercising therapy.

I. Introduction The essence of Oriental medicine consists of ancient books, experienced doctors and succeeded skills of common society. Many famous doctors studied medical science by their fathers or teachers. So the history of medical science is long. $\ll$DangDaeMyeongIImJeungJeongHwa(當代名醫臨證精華)$\gg$ written by SaWoogWang(史宇廣) and DanSeoGeon(單書健) has many medical experience of famous doctors. So it has important historical value. Bi(痺) means blocking. BiJeung is one kind of symptoms making muscles, bones and jonts feel pain, numbness or edema. For example it can be gout or SLE etc. So I studied ${\ll}BiJeungJuJip{\gg}$. II. Final Decision Following decisions of Chinese doctors of 20th century are as follows ; 1. JuYangChun(朱良春) emphasized on IkSinJangDok(益腎壯督) to treat BiJeong. And he devided WanBi(頑痺) as PungHanSeup(風寒濕), DamEo(痰瘀), YeolDok(熱毒), SinHeo(腎虛). He used insects for medicine. 2. ChoSuDoek(焦樹德) introduced past prescription. He used ChiBiTang(治痺湯) to treat HaengBi(行痺), TongBi(痛痺), ChakBi(着痺). He insisted that Han(寒; coldness) and Seup(濕; dampness) be Eum(陰) and Pung(風; wind) can change his character to be Eum. After all BiJeung is usually EumJeung. So he used GaeJi(桂枝) and BuJa(附子). By the way he used ChungYeolSanBiTang(淸熱散痺湯) for YeolBi, BoSinGeoHanChiWangTang SaBok(王士福) emphasized on the importance of medicine. He introduced many treatments like CheongYeol(情熱) for YeolBi and YiO(二烏) for HanBi. And he divided BiJeung period for three steps. At 1st step, we must use GeoSa(祛邪), at 2nd step, we must use BuJeong(扶正) and at 3rd step, we must use BoHyeol(補血), he insisted. And he introduced many herbs to treat BiJeung. 4. JeongGwangJeok(丁光迪) said that GaeJi(桂枝), MaHwang(麻黃), OYak(烏蘖) and BuJa(附子) are very important for TongRak(通絡). And pain usually results from Han(寒), so he liked to use hot-character herbs. 5. MaGi(馬志) insisted that BiJeung usually result from ChilJeong(七情). And he liked to use insects for treatment of BiJeung. 6. WeolSeokMu(越錫武) introduced 8 kinds of treatments and divided BiJeung period. Also he divided BeJeung for PungBi(風痺), HanBi(寒痺) and SeupBi(濕痺). 7. SeoGeaHam(徐季含) observed many patients and concluded that 86.7% of BiJeung is HeuJeung(虛症). 8. YuJiMyeong(劉志明) said that YeolBi is important and CheongYeol is also important. So he emphasized on DangGyuiJeomTongTang(當歸拈痛湯) and SeonBiTang(宣痺湯). 9. WangLiChu(汪履秋) studied cause of WanBi. Internal cause is GiHyeolHeo(氣血虛) and GanSinHeo(肝腎虛) and external cause is SaGi(邪氣) he insisted. 10. WangSaSang(王士相) said that YeolBi can be SeupYeolBi or EumHeuYeolBi(陰虛熱痺) and HanSeupBi(寒濕痺) is rare. He use WooBangJaSan(牛蒡子散) and BangPungHwan(防風丸) for SeupYeolBi, DangGyuiSaYeokTang(當歸四逆湯) for HanSeupBi. 11. JinTaekGang(陳澤江) treated YeolBi with BaekHoGaGyeJiTang(自虎加桂枝湯) and SaMyoSan(四妙散). If they don't have effect, he tried to cure BiJeung step by step. And he used e term of GeunBi(筋痺) and BangGiMogwaEIInTang(防己木瓜薏苡仁湯) was good for GeunBi. 12. MaSeoJeong(麻瑞亭) said that PungSeupYeokJeul(風濕歷節) is BiJeung and it is related to GanBinSin(肝脾腎; liver, Spleen, Kindey). And he emphasized on balance WiGi(衛氣) and YoungHeul(營血). 13. SaJeJu(史濟桂) said that GeunGolBi(筋骨痺) is similar to arthritis and sometimes called ChakBi. And SinBi(腎痺) is terminal stage of ChakBi, he said. He also used insects for treatment. 14. JeongJeNam(丁濟南) tried to cure SLE and used GyeJi, CheonCho(川椒), SinGeunCho(伸筋草), SunRyeongBi(仙靈脾), HyconSam(玄蔘) and GamCho(甘草). 15. JinGYungHwa(陳景和) emphasized on diagnosis of tongue. Arteriovenous malformations of the face and scalp are uncommon. We report a patient with facial AVM feeding from external carotid artery. This 26-year old man presented with an arteriovenous malformation involving left forehead. The patient first noted a coin-sized lesion on the site 20 years previously after blunt trauma which progressively enlarged. Surgical resection of AVM was performed after ligation of feeding artery.

포도즙가총명탕(葡萄汁加聰明湯)의 집중력(集中力)에 미치는 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)

Clinical studies were carried out 25 cases through administration of Chongmyungtang added Grape Juice(CMT+GJ) from December 1st 2002 to December 31th 2002. The results were summarized as follows; 1. There were significant decreases in physical symptoms of fatigue from $4.64{\pm}2.71$ to $2.52{\pm}1.78$ by administration of CMT+GJ. 2. There were significant decreases in mental symptoms of fatigue from $5.44{\pm}2.38$ to $3.88{\pm}2.03$ by administration of CMT+GJ. 3. There were significant decreases in neuro-sensory symptoms of fatigue from $3.84{\pm}2.03$ to $2.88{\pm}2.07$ by administration of CMT+GJ. 4. There were significant decreases in total subjective symptoms of fatigue from $13.92{\pm}5.42$ to $9.28{\pm}4.21$ by administration of CMT+GJ. 5. There were not significant changes in VAS of fatigue and attention ratio by administration of CMT+GJ. According to the results, we could suggest that CMT+GJ is able to be applied to the development of concentration.

노화과정(老化過程)의 흰쥐에서 보폐산(補肺散)이 폐(肺)의 대사효소계(代謝酵素系)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Through observing effect of BOPEASAN(BPT) on an aging white rat's metabolic enzyme system, the following conclusions were addressed 1. The quantity of the lipid peroxide in lung of was decreased meaningfully in all of experimental subject groups, relatively to counterpart groups. 2. Cytochrome P-450, Cytochrome b5, NADPH-Cytochrome P45, was decreased meaningfully in the experimental subject groups B,C and D. 3. superoxide dismutase, catarase, grutathione peroxidase, was increased meaningfully in the experimental subject groups B.C and D. 4. glutathione, glutathione S-transferase, glutathione redutase, ${\gamma}$-Glutamylcytein synthetase, had no meaningful change in the experimental subject groups. Regarding the above conclusions, the Bopeasan was affecting positively on both lipid peroxide a nd the enzyme system, as well as it has efficacy of suppressing the phenomena of aging, Therefore, the Bopeasan is, hereafter, expected to be applied clinically.
