본 논문은 교회에 등록한 이혼경험가정들이 교회에서 당하는 어려움이 무엇인지를 살펴보고 그 어려움을 극복하기 위해 교회가 어떻게 도울 수 있는지에 대한 질적 연구이다. Y교회에서 믿음생활을 하는 이혼경험가정 4 케이스의 건강성회복을 위해 교회가 노력한 것에 대한 결과를 통해서 이혼경험가정들을 교회가 어떻게 도울 수 있을지에 대한 방안을 찾고자 한다. 연구는 면담을 통해서 이루어졌으며 이미 교회를 떠나 면담이 어려운 케이스는 간접 면담을 통해서 결과를 확인하였다. 성공 사례와 실패 사례에 차이점은 무엇인지 교회 지도자들에게 질문하여 그 사이에 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해서 교회 안에 등록하여 믿음생활을 하고 있는 이혼경험가정들의 건강성 회복을 위해 교회가 어떻게 해야 할지에 대한 대안을 찾고자 하였다. 담임목사의 의지, 교회의 문화, 대상자의 믿음상태 등 다양한 대안을 모색하게 되었다. This study, in qualitative analysis, looked at the problems that divorced families may experience in church and that how the church could help the divorced families overcome such problems. This study is aimed to look for, based on the results from Twelve Basket Church’s efforts for recovery in healthy family functioning of the four divorced families attending in the foregoing church, ways how churches could reach out and help divorced families. This study was made by conducting interviews, and in case of the families no longer enrolled the church attendance, indirect interviews were conducted to verify the results. This study is addressed to consider, by inquiring church leaders any relevance with respect to the differences between success and failure cases. This study is focused on finding ways how the church could be involved in recovery of healthy family functioning of divorced families who attend the church and have their Christian life, which leads me to think over various countermeasures including senior pastor’s will power, church’s culture, subject person’s degrees of faith, and so on.
서울시 아파트 경매 특성에 관한 지역별 비교 분석 : 강남 및 강북지역을 중심으로

주택시장에서 매매가격이 상승하면 법원 경매정보의 낙찰가율이 상승하는 게 일반적인 부동산 현상이다. 그런데 서울의 강남 및 강북지역별 하위 주택시장 상호 간에는 매매가격 상승 률과 낙찰가율의 크기와 방향은 다른 패턴이 존재한다. 따라서 주택시장을 이해하고 예측하기 위해서는 전체 시장에서 세분화된 지역별 하위 주택시장을 분석할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 인식에서, 본 연구는 강남지역과 강북지역의 아파트 경매시장의 경매 특성을 분석하였다. 그분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고가낙찰 모델과 법원 경매정보 낙찰가율은 강남지역이 강북 지역에 비하여 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 시점수정 낙찰가율은 강남지역에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동주택 공시가격 상승률, 개별공시지가 상승률, 매매 거래 량은 강남지역이 강북지역에 비하여 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 낙찰 소요 기간과 최고 층수는 강남지역에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 강남지역 경매시장은 낙찰 결정 특성 변수의 상승률이 반영된 상승국면에서 낙찰가격과 매매가격의 격차가 크지 않다는 의미를 내포하고 있다. It is a common occurrence of the real estate industry that when the sale price rises in the housing market, the successful bid rate for the court auctions rises as well. However, there are different patterns of the sizes and directions of the sale price growth rate and the successful bid rates Gangnam and Gangbuk areas among subsets of the overall housing market. Therefore, in order to understand and predict the housing market dynamics, it is necessary to analyze these subsets segmented in the overall market. With this in mind, this study examined the characteristics of regional successful bid rates and their influence factors of the apartment auction market in the Gangnam (south of the Han River) and Gangbuk (north of the river) areas. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the high price successful bid models and court auction information successful bid rate had a positive effect on the Gangnam area compared to Gangbuk, and the time-adjusted successful bid rate had a negative effect on Gangnam. Second, it was shown that the growth rate of apartment units announcement price, the growth rate of individual land announcement price, and the trading volume had a positive effect on the Gangnam area compared to Gangbuk, while the period required for successful bids and the number of the highest floors had a negative effect on Gangnam. Through this, the auction market in the Gangnam area implies that the gap between the winning price and the selling price is not large in the upward phase reflecting the increase rate of the characteristics of the winning bid decision variable.
서울 경매 아파트의 특성요인이 낙찰가율에 미치는 영향분석 : 통합모델, 고가 및 저가 모델을 중심으로

In the apartment auction market, real estate properties whose bid prices exceed the appraisal value is emerging. In this market, it is necessary to analyze whether the acquisition of an apartment unit through the court auction market is more profitable than the general sale market. With this situation in mind, this study investigates the factors that affect the bid price in the Seoul apartment auction market by using the characteristic variables of high-priced auction apartments where the bid price is higher than the time-adjusted appraisal value. Upon analysing, the results indicated the following. First, it was observed that the increase in the rate of declared value of apartment units, the duration of the bid, and the use area had a positive (+) effect on the bid rate. Second, the number of unsold houses was found to have a negative (-) effect on the bid rate. In addition, the empirical studies on the bid rate and characteristic variables were statistically significant in the high-priced bid rate model and the integrated model, but they were not significant in the low-priced bid rate model.

O-Phenylenediamine reacts with aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of a catalytic amount of a rhodium complex, [RhCl(NBD)]₂, in ethyl alcohol solution at 180℃ for 4 hr to give the corresponding 1-alky-and 1, 2-dialky-substituted benzimidazoles in good yields. Thus, 1-methyl-, 1-ethyl-2-methyl-, 1-propyl-2-ethyl-, 1-butyl-2-propyl-, 1-pentyl-2-butylbenzimidazole derivatives are readily obtained from o -phenylenediamine and methanal, ethanal, propanal, butanal, or pentanal respectively.
Poly ( phenylene sulfide sulfone ) 의 경화에 관한 연구

Poly(phenylene sulfide sulfone)[PPSS]를 시간과 온도를 변화시키면서 열처리를 하였을 때 이들의 유리전이 온도(T_g)를 DSC로서 조사하였다. 그 결과 PPSS의 T_g는 열처리온도가 230℃까지는 열처리 시간이 길어질수록 증가하다가 평형에 도달하였다. 열처리 온도가 245℃ 이상에서는 열처리 시간이 길어질수록 T_g가 증가하다가 어느 정도 시간이 되면 감소한 뒤 다시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 현상을 경화가 진행됨에 따른 chain extension반응과 oxidative crosslinking 및 thermal crosslinking으로 설명하였다. Glass transition temperatures(T_g) of poly(phenylene sulfide sulfone)[PPSS], which were heat treated at various temperature and time, were studied by DSC. UP to 230℃, T_g of heat treated PPSS were increased with increasing the heat treated time. When the sample was heated at 260℃ for 30 minute and 280℃ for 10 minute, however, T_g of those samples were decreased. These phenomena can be explained by the factors of chain extension reaction, oxidative crosslinking, and thermal crosslinking.

A Control variables of explosion pressure in enclosure are a type of explosive gas, concentration of mixture, open area in enclosure. In this study, be performed to test inner explosion pressure of Blast Proof Door by the control variables of explosion pressure. and this real explosion test of Blast Proof Door have a good point in test of the against pressure method that can be obtained dynamic pressure or not static pressure.
