In this paper considered is the provisioning quantity determination problem of repairable spare parts of a new equipment system to maximize the operational availability under the procurement cost constraint. The unrepairable part cases are also included under the assumption that the part failure and repair rates follow poisson processes. Proposed is a near optimal solution search algorithm which consists of two parts; First, a mathematical model with the constant failure rate during the period is developed to obtain a starting solution and then a simulation search procedure is followed to improve the solution. An illustrative example is shown to explain the solution procedure.

In this paper determined is the quantity of repairable concurrent spare parts(CSP) of a new equipment system to maximize the operational availability under budget constraint and cannibalization allowed. When a part fails, the part is replaced and the failed part is repaired for later use while cannibalization is allowed. The failure of a part is assumed to follow a Poisson process and the availability in CSP is defined. The solution procedure consists of two parts. Firstly, a mathematical model is developed under the assumption that the failure rate is constant during the CSP period and cannibalization is not allowed. Secondly, proposed is a simulation search procedure which improves the heuristic solution to the near optimal solution in a reasonable amount of time under the assumption that the cannibalization is allowed.

Considered is the concurrent spare part(CSP) requirements problem of new equipment system. In the considered system, when a part fails, the part cannot be repaired and should be replaced. In addition, cannibalization is allowed. It is assumed that the failure of a part follows a Poisson process. The operational availability concept in CSP is defined, and a formula is derived to calculate the operational availability using expected machine operating time during CSP period. The problem is formulated as the operational availability maximization problem with available budget constraint and a heuristic solution search procedure is developed. An illustrative example is shown to explain the solution procedure.

본 논문에서는 유기발광다이오드(이하 OLED)에 온도, 습도 및 전류 3종류의 스트레스를 인가한 후 수집된 광학적 성질의 가속수명시험 데이터를 분석하여 각 스트레스의 상대적 강도를 확인하고, 모수를 추정하여 일반선형 가속모델을 추정하였다. OLED는 재료의 열화에 인한 휘도 저하가주 열화 고장모드로 연속 동작 중에 발광 특성이 저하되는 특징을 가지므로 모든 시험은 동작 상태로 진행하였다. 적분구로 측정한 데이터로 서로 다른 2개 종류의 시료를 이용하여 일반적인 모수를 도출하였다. In this Study, we tested organic light emitting diode(oled) to accelerate life by temperature, humidity, and current. We analyzed luminous flux data to make general linear model and verify it"s suitability. All of the tests performed in operating condition. Because oled is mostly degraded by organic materials in operating condition. Two different sample groups were tested and compared to find common parameter.

LNG-FPSO(Liquefied Natural Gas-Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) is a floating vessel used by the offshore oil and gas industry for the production, processing, storage, and offloading of LNG. Since the overall production availability of an LNG plant is a major criterion for economic evaluation, it is important to have an estimation of its availability. This paper is concerned with the RAM(reliability, availability and maintainability) analysis for an LNG-FPSO gas compressor. The reliability block diagram(RBD) of the compressor is constructed by functional analysis, where the system hierarchy is classified as subunit and maintainable item. The failure rate and MTTR(mean time to repair) of maintainable items are estimated from OREDA(Offshore and Onshore Reliability Data). The failure rate and MTTR of the subunit, and the availability, failure rate and MTTR of the compressor are estimated by the PTC Windchill Quality Solution.

Field service data is a category of data that is connected with field service calls where a repair technician manually repairs a failed product during an on-site visit. This is a potentially powerful source of field reliability information, as long as a system is in place to gather the necessary data during the service call. This paper presents the field data analysis of a turbo compressor. The failure rates of maintainable items and compressor system are estimated by analyzing the field data collected from the 282 systems shipped in the market from 2008 to 2016. They are also compared with the failure rates estimated by using OREDA(Offshore and Onshore Reliability Data).
조명용 4W 컨버터 외장형 LED램프의 가속열화시험평가

LEDs have been used extensively in the mobile device, automobile, and general lighting because they are semi-permanent, long life, less power consumption, reliable and environmentally friendly. In this paper, the accelerated degradation test(ADT) for a general lighting 4W LED Lamp using external converter is considered. The conditions of ADT are high temperature and high humidity. We show that its life time is log-normally distributed with same parameters under both a normal condition and an accelerated condition, and also derive an accelerated factor.

This paper is concerned with the maintainability task selection procedure and the test methods for maintainability verification. Two basic approaches, stratification and simple random sampling, are introduced and illustrated through an example. Also suggested and illustrated are test methods for the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time as well as the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time and the maximum value of a percentile of maintenance time. This paper is expected to contribute to the understanding of domestic enterprises for the maintainability verification concept and test methods.
