본 조사는 순천 상내리 갯골에서 2011년 4월에서 2012년 3월까지 push net을 이용하여 채집된 어류의 종조성과 계절변동을 분석하였다. 조사기간 동안 6과 13종, 총 1,095개체의 어류가 채집되었다. 채집된 어류 중, 망둑어과 어류가 7종으로 가장 많이 채집되었고, 망둑어과 어류 중, 민물 두줄망둑(Tridentiger bifasciatus)이 733개체로 전체 채집된 개체수의 66.9%를 차지하였다. 계절변동에 따른 어류군집의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 출현종수, 개체수, 생체량은 겨울에 낮았고, 봄에 비교적 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Seasonal variation in species composition and abundance of fish assemblage in the tidal creek of Sangnae-ri Suncheon, Korea were studied using monthly samples collected by a push net from April 2011 to March 2012. During the study period, a total of 1,095 individuals belonging to 13 species in 6 families were collected. The dominant fish species were Tridentiger bifasciatus, Mugil cephalus and Favonigobius gymnauchen. These three fish species accounted for 86.6% of the total number of individuals collected. The number of fish species, number of individuals, biomass fluctuated with season showing a low value in winter and high value in spring.

The feeding habits of Tridentiger bifasciatus were studied using 733 individuals collected in the tidal creek at Sangnae-ri, Suncheon, Korea, using a push net, monthly, from April 2011 to March 2012. The standard length (SL) of the specimens ranged from 1.5 to 8.2 cm. The stomach content analysis indicated that T. bifasciatus consumed mainly amphipods, such as Corophium sp., while copepods, polychaetes, and shrimps were other important prey species. In addition T. bifasciatus ate small quantities of crab larvae, fish, gastropod larvae, and in- sects. T. bifasciatus is a generalist that feeds on various zoobenthos, including fish. T. bifasciatus underwent an ontogenetic dietary shift. Smaller individuals (1-2 cm SL) fed mainly on amphipods. The proportion of amphipods decreased as body size increased, whereas the consumption of polychaetes increased gradually. The seasonal variation in the diet composition of T. bifasciatus was significant. Insects were common prey during summer, while the amounts of other prey, including polychaetes, were similar during spring, autumn, and winter.

시판 밀가루 들을 가래떡에 첨가하여 노화를 지연시키는 최적 농도를 확인하였다. 밀가루 첨가에 따른 가래떡의 노화 지연효과는 모든 시판 밀가루에서 거의 유사하게 나타나 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 한편 가래떡의 노화를 지연시킬 수 있는 밀가루의 최적 첨가량으로 알려져 있는 0.7% (w/w)는 냉장 혹은 냉동 보관이 아닌 상온 보관 시 3일 이후부터는 가래떡의 형태를 유지하지 못하고 분해되는 문제로 인해 적합하지 못한 첨가량으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 최적 첨가량을 확인한 결과 0.2% (w/w) 첨가가 경도와 외관을 종합적으로 고려하였을 때 상온 저장 시 가장 적합한 농도로 판단되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the retardation effect of commercial wheat flours on starch retrogradation using a model system, the rice cake (garaetteok). Rice cakes were prepared with four different commercial wheat flours in various concentrations (0.1-0.7%). The rice cakes were vacuum-packed and stored for 4 days at room temperature. The rice cakes containing > 0.3% wheat flour were not able to maintain their original appearance due to enzymatic decomposition, whereas the rice cakes containing 0.1% wheat flour did not reveal any retrogradation-retardation effect. Garaetteok containing 0.2% wheat flour maintained its shape well and showed considerably lower hardness than that of the control, thereby demonstrating a retrogradation-retardation effect. The commercial wheat flours clearly showed the retardation effect on starch retrogradation, and thus, it is important to use a proper amount. On the other hand, the retrogradation-retardation effect of the different wheat flours was not significantly altered possibly due to the same origin of wheat grain.
한국 남해 가덕도 주변해역에 출현하는 어류의 종조성과 계절변동

Seasonal variations in species composition and abundance of the fish assemblages in the coastal waters off Gadeok-do were determined using monthly sample collection by a small otter trawl in 2010-2011. Of a total of 65 fishes collected, the dominant species were Leiognathus nuchalis, Clupea pallasii, Thryssa kammalensis, Engraulis japonicus, Repomucenus valenciennei, Sillago japonica,Trachurus japonicus, Pennahia argentatus, Okamejei kenojei, Cynoglossus joyneri, Pholis fangi, Pleuronectes yokohamae,and Zoarces gillii. These 13 fishes accounted for 92.8% of the total number of individuals collected. The number of fish species,number of individuals, biomass, and species diversity indices fluctuated with the seasons. The peak number of fishes occurred in April, whereas the biomass of fishes was highest in August. The numbers and biomass of fishes were lower in February corresponding with the low temperatures, and diversity indices were lower in January than in any other month.

The feeding habtis of Hoplobrotula armata were studied using 269 specimens collected in the coastal waters of Geomun-do, Korea. The size of the specimens ranged from 5.6-56.8 cm in total length (TL). H. armata is a canivore that consumes mainly teleosts and decapods (shrimp, crabs and hermit crabs). Its diet also includes gammarid amphipods, cephalopods, polychaetes and copods. Smaller individuals (<20 cm TL) fed mainly on fish, shrimp and crabs. The proportion of shrimp and crabs decreased as body size increased, whereas the consumption of fish gradually increased Fish accounted for almost the entire stomach contents of individuals (larger than 40 cm TL).

The feeding habits of juvenile Chaenogobius annularis were examined based on gut content analysis of 281 individuals, collected from May to June 2011 in the coastal water of Geoje, Korea. Copepods were the main source of food for C. annularis, which constituted 61.6% in IRI. Barnacle larvae was the second largest dietary component. Graphical analysis of the diet composition showed that C. annularis was a specialized predator characterized by strong individual feeding specialization. Both small and large size class of C. annularis mainly consumed harpacticoida and cirripedia cypris.

During the study periods, total 143 individuals of Lateolabrax japonicus were collected. Body length (BL) range was 2.0.11.8 cm. Empty stomach occurred in 8.4%. The most abundant prey was copepods. Among copepods, Tigriopus japonicus was the most abundant prey appeared 32.1 in %F. Next important prey was shrimps and mysids. The results of analysis in ontogenetic changes, main prey of two small size classes (2.0.3.9 cm, 4.0.5.9 cm) were copepods. Thereafter, copepods percentage was decreased, but shrimps, mysids, fishes percentage was increased by increasing body length from 8.0 cm< size class.

During the study period, a total of 158 individuals of Synechogobius hasta were collected. The range of body length (BL) was 15.4-44.5 cm. The stomachs of 26.6% of the individuals were empty. The most abundant prey was shrimp. Among shrimp, Exopalaemon orientis was the most abundant species, being present in 27% in %IRI (index of relative importance). Fishes and crabs were also abundant prey. Analysis of ontogenetic changes, suggested that shrimp were the main prey of S. hasta of two size classes (<20 and 20-25 cm). The proportion of shrimp decreased, but that of fishes and crabs increased, with increasing body length, beginning at the 25-30 cm size class. In spring, fishes were the dominant prey, while shrimps, and crabs and fishes dominated in autumn and winter, respectively.

The feeding habits of Okamejei kenojei were studied using 242 specimens collected from October 2010 to September 2011 in the coastal waters of Gadeok-do, Korea. O. kenojei was carnivorous feeder that consumed mainly shrimps, crabs, and fishes. Its diet also included small quantities of stomatods, cephalopods, amphipods. The size of O. kenojei ranged from 10.4 to 47.4 cm in total length (TL). O. kenojei showed ontogenetic dietary shift. <15.0, 15.0-19.9 cm size classes fed mainly on shrimps and amphipods. 20.0-24.9 cm size class fed mainly shrimps and crabs. Thereafter, shrimps and crabs were decreased with ontogenesis while fishes and cephalopods were increased. Increasing size, the mN/ST were constantly decreased, but mW/ST were constantly increased.

거문도 연안해역에서 채집된 달고기(Zeus faber) 462개체 의 식성을 조사하였다. 달고기의 표준체장(SL)은 7.8~40.2 cm 범위였다. 달고기의 위내용물을 분석한 결과 달고기는 갈치 (Trichiurus lepturus), 고등어 (Scomber japonicus), 노랑 벤자리(Callanthias japonicus), 전갱이(Trachurus japonicus) 와 같은 어류(Pisces)를 주로 섭식하는 어식성어류였으며, 어류 중에서 갈치를 가장 선호하였다. 어류 다음으로 두족 류 (Cephalopoda), 새우류 (Macrura), 난바다곤쟁이류 (Euphausiacea) 를 섭식하였지만 그 양은 많지 않았다. 체장 15 cm 이하의 개체에서는 어류와 두족류를 주로 섭식하였다. 두족류의 비율은 체장 증가에 따라 감소한 반면, 어류의 비율은 증가하였다. 어류는 체장 15 cm 이상의 개체에서는 위내용물 중 대부분을 차지하였다.
