        프랑스 일드 프랑스 지역 내 교육시설의 변천에 관한 연구

        This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

        지역사회 연계형 대학기숙사가 도심활성화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -지역주민 인식 분석을 중심으로-

        This study conducted the analysis of local residents`` perceptions using a questionnaire survey to reveal the effects of community liaison of university dormitories on urban revitalization. The results shown as follows. First, for the location of community-linked dormitories, local residents showed a above-average positive response to all five types of a university dormitory. In particular, a downtown campus boundary type and a downtown type linked with the existing commercial district showed local residents`` high expectation of urban revitalization and a high synergy effect. Second, when downtown campus dormitories have the existing infrastructures such as a campus village, location selection is required to contribute to physical, economical, cultural, and social revitalization of surroundings through an active liaison with the infrastructures. When downtown campus boundary dormitories have inactivated surroundings, plans should be considered to contribute to surroundings revitalization through the inducement of university functions which can share with community other than lodging functions like foreign universities. Considering difficulties in expanding boarding life-related infrastructures in outskirts, outskirts dormitories should be located in the place to enhance a liaison with the existing downtown to contribute to urban revitalization and improve the quality of university life. Finally, in the future relationship between university dormitories and community, further researches should focus on mixed-use for chemical combination and expectable synergy effects. Also an alternative of the use during holidays, which is little understood now, should be positively examined and explored to maintain sustained settled population in dormitory facilities.

        청소년수련관의 복합화 정도에 따른 시설물 이용 현황 및 이용자 선호도 분석

        This study analyzes the usage and major characteristics of the composite Youth Center and the degree of preference for the analysis of composite reached the following conclusions. First, If the local youth center feels the old downtown population crisis of the existence of the facilities of the Youth Center as a continuous decrease in the near future. It is respond to the changing environment in which situation, and to consider the composite of the Youth Center and local cultural facilities, taking into account the local conditions is required. Second, the number and utilization of the public of the operating program for the public compared to the Youth Center in the non-complex state it can be seen that appears significantly higher if the composite is comprised of Youth Center facility. Also, facilities composite is flexible space operations and programs are available, and utilization of the public is seen to be contributing to stable fund-raising operations by increasing the Youth Center. Third, all user groups and group of manager at the Youth Center of preference for composite showed a positive response to at least be a majority. Meanwhile, the Youth Center of the opposite reason of infringement of the composite unique areas of youth, congestion of facilities, there appears to difficulties such as the facility management is considered to have a sufficient architectural consideration in the early planning stages. Fourth, the placement of the composite type of the Youth Center and local cultural facilities maintain their own area, and each features while minimizing the conflict between the different forms that can demonstrate the resilience and operational synergies through shared space between the two programs and facilities the group was shown that users and administrators both groups are the most preferred.

        대학 그린캠퍼스 정책과 평가기준에 관한 연구

        대학캠퍼스는 여러 개의 건물로 구성된 하나의 소도시이자 막대한 에너지를 사용하며 많은 학생들이 향후 친환경에 대한 인식과 실천방향을 제시할 수 있는 마지막 기회이다. 또 교육시설은 교육이 행해지는 물리적인 공간과 사용자가 동시에 접할 수 있는 건물의 형태라는 점에서 특히 그린캠퍼스는 중요점을 가진다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 그린캠퍼스의 정책과 평가기준, 미국의 AASHE의 정책과 국제기구인 UNEP, ISCN-GULF의 그린캠퍼스 평가기준과 항목들을 비교분석하여 한국대학의 그린캠퍼스 조성의 활성화와 그린캠퍼스 인증 시행에 대비한 문제점을 도출하고 정책방향을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 그린캠퍼스 평가기준에서 개별 건축물의 경우 현재는 G-SEED에 의존한다. 하지만 인증의 시행을 위해 전체 건축물 총 연면적 대비 G-SEED인증 건축물 연면적의 비율로 평가항목을 마련하여 차등점수를 부여하여야한다. 둘째, 한국의 그린캠퍼스 평가기준은 캠퍼스별 특성을 살릴 수 있도록 전체 평가항목의 수를 늘려서 평가항목과 점수를 신청 캠퍼스의 특성에 부합되게 선택할 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다. 셋째, STARS의 비교에도 나타나듯이 한국은 다른 친환경 건축물 인증과의 차별화를 위해 그린캠퍼스의 교육부문 평가영역에서 대학의 지속가능한 교육과정개발의 피드백이나 결과물의 관리와 이에 대한 명확한 보상을 보장하는 평가항목이 필요하다. In Korea, sustainability is mandatory in every field. University campuses are educational facilities that consume considerable amounts of energy. Therefore, many universities have tried to take advantage of the last opportunity to prepare students with sustainability and leadership. This study compared the green campus policy and evaluation criteria among Korea, US AASHE, UNEP, and ISCN-GULF to vitalize the green campus movement and suggest recent research data for the Korea green campus accreditation. The results are as follows: 1. new evaluation criteria need to be added to the certified green building total floor area ratio instead of adapting the G-SEED system in the Campus Resource & Environments category; 2. Korean Green Campus Evaluations need to be improved when expressing the campus individuality by choosing an increased number of credits and criteria; and 3. new evaluation criteria are required to secure the result, feedback, and products from curriculum updates in the Campus Education category.

        학교도서관 공간계획 방향에 대한 연구

        We have analysed the use and organization of space in the Centres des Documentations et de Informations(CDI) in lycees in France with the equivalent information centres. The majority of CDI are located in close proximity to the Academic staff and provide easy student access. The CDI provide not only books but also reviews, magazines and CD-Rom. This information is very important to pupils both in the pursuit of their higher studies and also with their future professional life as there is also careers information available to be discussed regularly with the careers advisor. The function of the CDI is not only to provide information. As part of the curriculum there are classes on how to access the information available in the CDI as well as Seminars and Audio-Visual courses. This management makes it possible for the CDI to operate, not only as a school library but also as a multi-function centre of documentation and information; a variety of spaces are also available: a room for private/small group study. A computer room (as well as a research corner), a reading room, monthly review room, photocopy room, rest room, exhibition room, careers information room, audio visual room etc. The results of this study can be used as essential information during the space planning of Korean school libraries in the future.

        국립아시아문화전당 5.18 민주광장의 장소정체성 및 이용자 만족도 분석

        본 연구는 사후 평가적 의미를 갖는 연구로, 광주광역시에 위치한 광주 국립아시아문화전당(ACC) 5.18민주광장의 구성요소와 이용자 만족도 분석을 통한 장소정체성 관련 연구이다. 연구결과는 5.18민주광장의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 공공공간 구성요소로 편안함과 이미지, 안전성과 접근성요소가 중요하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 주요 세부평가항목으로는 편안함과 이미지부분에서 장소의 청결성, 공간규모의 적정성 그리고 노약자/장애인을 위한 Barrier Free 디자인이 영향을 크게 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 접근성과 연결성 부분에서 영향을 미치는 주요 세부평가요소로는 광장주변의 기능들(상점, 레스토랑, 카페, 기타)과의 연계성, 보행의 연결성(연속성), 장소의 가독 및 인지성이 주요한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. This study is a study of the meaning of after evaluation. A study was conducted to identify the relationship between user satisfaction of 5․18 democratic plaza and place identity related component factors with 5․18 democratic plaza in the ACC. As a result, it has been analyzed that the component factors of public space affecting user satisfaction of 5․18 democratic plaza factors in the 5․18 democratic plaza was comfort & image factor, accessibility & connectivity factor. And the main Detailed Evaluation items affecting comfort & image factor was cleanliness, the open space size, and universal design. The main Detailed Evaluation items affecting accessibility & connectivity factor was linkage of adjacent area function, ambulatory accessibility, Identification/Cognition.
