五臟과 五味의 苦欲補瀉에 관한 연구 : 『輔行訣』을 중심으로

Objectives : This is what tries to study irregular pairs between five viscera and five tatstes. And than tries to make convincing explanation. Methods : We analysed 『SuWen · ZangQiFaShiLun素問 · 藏氣法時論』, 『YiXueQiYuan醫學啓源』, 『TangYeBenCao湯液本草』, 『BenCaoGangMu 本草綱目』 and 『FuXingJueZangFuYongYaoFaYao輔行訣臟腑用藥法要』. We found difference and similarities between these books. Result & Conclusions : 『YiXueQiYuan』, 『TangYeBenCao』, 『BenCaoGangMu』 inherit pairs between five viscera and five tatstes from 「ZangQiFaShiLun」. 『YiXueQiYuan』 had added examples of herbs to 「ZangQiFaShiLun」. 『TangYeBenCao』 had added examples of priscriptions to 「ZangQiFaShiLun」. 『BenCaoGangMu』 had added examples of herbs to 「ZangQiFaShiLun」. But new pairs between five viscera and five tatstes had suggested in the 『FuXingJueZangFuYongYaoFaYao』. We think that the new pairs are more logical than the others.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire of pattern identification (PI) in traditional chinese medicine (TCM), through the systematic review of china national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) database. We searched the articles related with reliability and validity of the questionnaire of PI and published from January 1994 to December 2013. Seventeen questionnaires were analyzed in this study. The twelve (70.6%) questionnaires were developed on the base of specific disease, and five (29.4%) ones were developed on the base of non-specific disease. Three of PI questionnaires showed low inter-item consistency reliability. Exploratory factor analysis of construct validity, content validity, and criterion validity analysis were commonly used on the assessment of validity, but none of them was analysed at the same study. There was only one questionnaire of the ischemic stroke that examined the sensitivity and specificity of both training and test groups in spite of the absence of a gold standard.

Through the study of Bohenggyuljangbuyongyakbubyo(輔行訣臟腑用藥法要) focusing on the newly illuminated subject ‘The study of Donhuang(敦煌學)’ of China, the author analyzed and researched Donhuangzhongyiyakjunseo·Bohenggyuljangbuyongyakbubyo(敦煌中醫藥全書·輔行訣臟腑用 藥法要) in order to study and report the origin of prescriptions from Sanghanjabbyungron(傷寒雜病 論) , which was written by Zhangzhongjing(張仲景). Among around 50 prescriptions included in Bohenggyul, 18 prescriptions similar to Sanghanjabbyungron could be classified in five different manners as follows. 1) There are nine examples whose prescription composition and chief virtue are same but names different. 2) There are five examples whose prescription composition is same but chief virtue and names different. 3) There are two examples whose names are same but prescription composition and chief virtue different. 4) There is one example of prescription as a combination of two or more prescriptions. 5) There is one example whose prescription composition and possible variations of prescription are same but chief virtue different.
해파리의 특성을 활용한 하수처리장 처리수 내 미량오염물질 제거 기술

본 연구에서는 자포동물인 보름달물해파리의 면역반응을 유도하여 추출한 점액물질(jellyfish extract at immunity reaction, JEI)을 활용하여 하수처리장 처리수 내 잔존하는 미량오염물질(중금속과 미세플라스틱)의 제거 가능성에 대해 평가하였다. 실험은 자-테스터(jar-tester)를 이용한 lab 규모와 자체 개발한 관접속형 혼화반응 시스템과 농축일체형 분리장치를 연계한 pilot system 규모의 두 방법으로 수행하였다. 모든 실험 조건에서 JEI는 기존 음이온 고분자에 비해 미량오염물질 제거효율이 유사하거나 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 pilot system 규모로 JEI를 하수처리장의 방류수와 혼합하여 사용하면 두 번의 혼합과정에 의해 JEI와 미량오염물질의 결합이 극대화되고 이로 인해 미량오염물질 제거율이 매우 향상됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 실험 결과를 토대로 본 기술을 기존의 방식에서 벗어나 생태계 위해성이 적고 무기성 폐기물 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 미량오염물질 제거 방법으로 제안하는 바이다. The present study was aimed to evaluate the removal of the trace pollutants (heavy metals and microplastics) in the sewage treatment plant by using the jellyfish Extract at Immunity reaction (JEI) of Aurelia coerulea. The experiment was conducted on two different scales: the lab scale using a Jar-tester and the Pilot system scale equipped with two newly developed devices in the laboratory, the active tube connection mixed system and the concentration integrated separation device. Compared to anionic polymers currently used in the field, JEI showed similar or higher efficiency to remove the trace pollutants. When JEI was added to the effluent through the Pilot system, the combination of JEI and the trace pollutants was maximized through two mixing processes, and as a result, the removal rate of the trace pollutants was greatly improved. Based on these results, we propose the present technology as an alternative to removing trace pollutants that can reduce ecosystem risk and minimize the generation of inorganic waste, away from the existing method.

저자들은 최초 복부 CT 소견상 후복막강섬유화증으로 오인되었으나 적극적인 조직 검사를 통하여 후복막강에만 국한된 원발 부위 불명 전이암으로 진단된 증례를 경험하였다. 최근 후복막강섬유화증의 진단에 있어서 PET-CT 등 영상 검사가 기술적으로 많은 발전을 이루었지만 후복막강섬유화증의 진단시 악성종양의 배제는 필수적이기 때문에 후복막강섬유화증의 확진은 반드시 조직학적인 검사에 기초하여 이루어져야 함을 강조하는 바이다. Retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a rare disease characterized by marked fibro-inflammatory tissue in the retroperitoneum. Approximately 70% of cases of RPF are idiopathic, while the rest can be secondary to several other causes. The diagnosis is mainly obtained by imaging modalities such as computed tomography (CT). However, histological examination should be considered when the clinical manifestations and imaging studies suggest malignancy. In particular, in malignant diseases with retroperitoneal metastases, abnormal collagen plaques are formed from an exuberant desmoplastic response, which may not be distinguishable from RPF on CT scans. Therefore, even if CT suggests RPF, biopsy is essential to identify malignant disease because it typically results in a fatal prognosis. Here, we report a case of metastatic adenocarcinoma of unknown primary site that developed only in the retroperitoneum and was initially diagnosed as RPF based on CT findings.
