튜터와 튜티의 자기주도학습능력 및 학교생활적응력의 변화

최근 대학교육의 질을 높이기 위해 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 그중 특히 교육효과와 관련해서는 튜터링에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있어, 본 연구에서는 튜터링이 튜터와 튜티에게 어떤 면에서 긍정적 영향을 주는가를 탐색하고자 하였다. 튜터링에 참여한 학생은 튜터 35명, 튜티 68명, 총 103명이었다. 튜터링은 사전 튜터교육, 튜터링, 사후 평가의 순으로 이루어졌다. 튜터링의 효과성 검증을 위해 자기주도학습능력(Self-directed Learning Readiness Scale), 대학생활적응 척도(Student Adjustment to College Questionnaire: SACQ), 튜터링 만족도 요인 측정 도구(Tutoring Satisfaction Factor Survey)를 사용하였고, 연구대상자로부터 튜터링 과정 동안 성찰 일지를 작성하여 제출하도록 하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 튜터링은 자기주도학습능력과 관련해서 자아개념, 학습에서 솔선수범, 독립성, 학습에 대한 애정과 열성, 창의성, 기초학습 및 문제해결능력이 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 튜터보다는 튜티의 자기주도학습능력이 두드러지게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활만족도 분석 결과, 튜터의 경우 ``유대감``의 영역에서, 튜티의 경우 ``안정감`` 영역에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 튜터는 튜티를 이끌어가는 과정에서 튜티에 대해 관심을 가지고 그들의 어려움에 도움을 주려는 과정에서 타인에 대한 유대감이 향상된 것으로 보인다. 한편, 튜티들은 대부분 신입생으로 학교생활에 대해 폭넓게 이해하고 선배와의 상호 작용을 지속함으로써 학교생활에 대해 안정감이 자극된 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 성찰 일지 분석결과, 튜터링은 자기주도능력 및 학습습관 향상에 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 목표 관리, 학습 환경 조성, 시간 관리, 학습 습관, 수업 기술, 발표 기술, 리포트 작성, 스트레스 관리 영역에서 중요성 및 필요성에 관한 인식, 자신의 문제를 극복하고 개선하는데 효과적인 전략의 개발 및 개선, 전략 획득을 위한 습관 유지에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 특히 튜터의 경우는 발표 능력이 향상되었다. The purpose of this study are to explore successful tutoring. A questionnaire survey is carried out with 103 students attending a tutoring course provided at A University in Daejeon. Measuring tools are developed by the researchers reviewing related previous literature. For descriptive statistics, internal alpha coefficient are calculated with the SPSS. 18. Meanwhile, t-tests are implemented for the effects of tutoring. In addition, content analysis is done to know the various aspects of tutoring. The following results are obtained based on the major findings from the statistical results. First, tutoring turns out to have significant influence on the self-directed learning. Specially, there are more effective on the tutees group rather than tutors. Second, there are some improvement of student adjustment to college. There are different on significant factor of progress between two groups. Tutoring is effective on tutors`` fellowship and tutees`` stability. Also, there are meaningful results of self-directed learning and learning habit in qualitative data. In conclusion, tutoring is effective way to improve the self-directed learning and student adjustment.

본 연구는 성공적인 교육 혁신과 전문성 계발을 위해 선행되어야 할 것은 교사의 변화를 이해하는 것이라는 인식에서 시작되었다. 기존의 교사전문성 논의에서 교사 의 변화를 처방적이며 양적 성장으로 인식했던 것에 대한 한계를 지적하고, 교사가 자발적으로 유의미한 변화를 이끌어내는 것이 교사의 중요한 능력일 수 있다는 점을 제시하였다. 변화능력의 개념이 무엇인가에 대한 질문에 대해 탐색적 수준에서 해답 을 모색하였다. 최근 기술적 합리성의 한계를 지적하며 제시된 교사전문성 논의의 대안적 관점을 변화능력과 관련지어봄으로써, 변화능력의 특성 및 의의를 추출하였 다. 변화능력은 교사의 반성적 능력을 통해 교사 스스로 변화의 필요성에 대해 인식 하고, 변화를 위한 자신만의 방법을 탐색하고 실천해내면서 실제 교육 장면의 변화 를 이끌어내는 것이다. 교사 변화의 양상과 변화능력 탐색의 가능성을 확인하기 위 해 교사의 생애를 다룬 연구물을 토대로 변화의 유형을 추출하고, 교사가 변화하는 데 기여하는 요인을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 논의를 종합하여 교사전문성 신장에 주 는 함의와 향후 연구 방향을 제언하였다. This study explore the question of what is the concept and implication of change capability for teaching society. This study indicates the limitation resulted from the prescriptive orientation of teacher professionalism. This study tries to suggest the necessity to approach the alternative viewpoint of teacher change for teacher s professionalism. For this aim, the conception of change capability based on the literatures review are explored. Second, the implication of change capability are discussed by explaining the alternative approach on teacher change and professionalism. Third, this study introduces the possibility and revealed aspects of change capability in some researches on teachers life history. The result of this study can contribute to frame and theorize change capability.

이 연구의 목적은 유아용 나눔 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 효율성과 효과성을 동시에 얻을 수 있는 교수체제설계모형에 따라 교육프로그램을 구안하였다. 교육 내용은 저 연령의 발달적 특성 상 나눔을 위한 심리적 역량이 중요함을 고려하여 다중지능이론의 인성지능(인간친화지능, 자기성찰지능)과 도덕지능의 개념을 활용하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 분석(나눔 교육 실태와 요구분석, 학습자 분석, 과제분석), 설계(프로그램 구조, 연령별 내용 단계, 교사용 지침서 설계), 개발(초안 개발부터 CD 수정보완까지 다섯 단계), 실행 및 평가(강사 양성 과정 및 나눔 교육 실행)의 네 단계의 설계 절차에 따라 4단원 16차의 수업 내용으로 구성되었다. 개발된 나눔교육 프로그램은 지속적으로 실천 및 보완이 가능한 순환적 절차와 나눔 행동을 스스로 생각해낼 수 있는 심리적 힘을 기르는 프로그램의 예로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to develop a sharing education program based on ISD model and cognition(personal intelligence, moral intelligence). We set up 4 steps(analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) model for developing the program. This study was carried out through reviewing available literature, analyzing the existing programs, developing the model of a sharing education program for preschoolers and the lower level elementary students, and asking opinions from a panel of experts. The major results in this study were 1) 4 stages, objects and specific contents of sharing education program were developed, 2) educational materials for motivating the participation and improving interests were developed. The developed program was examined by expert groups and the weak points were revised through professional workshop and the pilot class. This program is contributing to implement the sharing education program continually.
