        카본 박막의 미세조직에 미치는 HiPIMS 공정조건의 영향

        HiPIMS(High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering)를 이용하여 탄소 박막을 증착하였다. 파워, 압력, 바이어스 전압, duty cycle에 따른 탄소 박막의 특성과 미세조직을 조사하였다. HiPIMS 파워가 증가할수록 증착 두께는 증가하였으며 표면이 거칠어지는 경향을 보였다. 압력의 증가 또한 표면이 거칠어 지는 경향을 보였으나 증착 두께는 압력에 비례하지 않았다. 바이어스 전압이 증가함에 따라 조도가 나빠 졌고 증착 두께는 증가하다가 임계 바이어스 전압부터는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 듀티 사이클의 변화는 아크 발생과 같은 문제를 유발했으며 이는 챔버 구조나 타겟의 크기 등에 영향을 받는다. XPS로   /  분율을 확인하였으며   /  분율이 DC 스퍼터링의 경우보다 HiPIMS의 경우가 더 큰 것을 확인하였다. Carbon thin films were deposited by HiPIMS(High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering). The properties and microstructures of carbon thin film were investigated with power, pressure, bias voltage and duty cycle. As the HiPIMS power increased, the deposition thickness increased and the surface tended to be rough. The increase in pressure also tended to make the surface rough, but the deposition thickness was not proportional to the pressure. As the bias voltage increased, the surface roughness became worse, the deposition thickness increased and then decreased from the critical bias voltage. Changes in the duty cycle have caused problems such as arcing, which is affected by the chamber structure and the size of the target. The   /  fractions of thin films were estimated by XPS and it was confirmed that the fraction of thin films made by HiPIMS were larger than the fraction of thin films made by DC sputtering.

        TMS를 이용한 SiC 나노박막의 성장연구

        Chemical vapor deposition technique has been used to grow epitaxial SiC thin films on Si wafers using tetramethylsilane(TMS) precursor. The films were observed to grow along (110) direction of 3C-SiC at 800℃. The quality of the films was significantly influenced by the TMS flow rate and growth temperature. Nanocrystal SiC films were grown at flow rates of TMS 10 seem with H₂ carrier gas of 100 seem. The temperature and gas pressure in the reactor have a great influence on the crystallinity and morphology of the SiC film grown. The growth mechanism of the SiC film on the Si substrate without the carbonization process was discussed based on the experimental results.

        본 연구에서는 시각과 청각 자극 제시용으로 널리 사용되는 소프트웨어와 함께 사용할 수 있는 소형 경량의 촉각 자극 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 기계적, 전기적, 열 적 촉각자극 제시방법의 단점을 보완하여 보다 효과적으로 촉각을 진동의 형태로 자극할 수 있는 장치이다. 본 촉각 자극기는 5개의 자극 채널을 가지고 있고, 자극의 시간과 강도를 10단계로 조절하여 다양한 패턴의 자극을 구현할 수 있다.

        아동의 우울보고에 따른 부모 아동행동평가의 차이

        Objectives:Childhood is a critical period involving various developmental tasks that need to be accomplished. Childhood depression has overall negative implications for certain areas of development, including cognition, emotion, social skills, academic achievement, and ability to cope with stress. Yet, because depression can be “masked” by accompanying behavioral problems, early detection and diagnosis of childhood depression is somewhat challenging. In this study, using the Korean version of the Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL), we evaluated the association between children’s self reports on depression and parents’ assessment of children’s behaviors. Methods:Subjects were recruited from the S city, a cohort comprising a non-random convenience sample of 226, 10-year-old ethnic Koreans in their fourth year of elementary school and their parents. All participants underwent several tests, including Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI) and K-CBCL. Results:A total of 226 children, including 166 boys (73.5%) and 60 girls (26.5%), participated in the study. The average CDI for the participants was 14.57 (SD=7.54). Two items on the K-CBCL, total scale of adjustment scale and social withdrawal problems, showed a close association with the CDI. Conclusion:Although much remains to be elucidated, after controlling for covariates, the results of this study suggested that behavioral problems observed in children may be closely associated with depression.

        주짓수 수련자들의 스파링 후 휴식시간 측정시기에 따른 포지션별 심박수 변화(토너먼트 가정)

        본 연구에서는 주짓수 대회 성인 부문 참가 경험이 있고, 주짓수 수련경력 1년 이상 흰 띠 남성 8명을 대상자로 선정하여 토너먼트를 가정한 고강도의 스파링을 총 3라운드 실시하였다. 각 라운드 스파링 후 휴식시간 동안 심박수의 회복 경향을 알아보기 위해 각 라운드별 직전, 직후, 30초, 1분, 2분, 3분, 4분, 5분의 심박수를 측정하였고, 각 라운드 직전 심박수 수준을 100% 하여 휴식시간 증가에 따른 심박수 회복률(Heart Rate Recovery: HRR)을 %로 나타내었다. 이원분산분석에 따른 사후비교 결과, 1, 2라운드 스파링 직후 심박수는 하위포지션에서 높게 나타났으며, 30초부터 5분까지 유의하게 낮게 나타났다(p<.05*, p<.043*). 그러나 3라운드에서는 스파링 직후에서 5분까지 하위포지션이 낮게 나타나는 경향을 보였으나 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 1, 2, 3라운드 심박수 회복률은 동일한 휴식시간에서 하위포지션이 빠르게 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 선수들의 안정시 심박수 수준과 유산소 능력은 주짓수 토너먼트 경기에서 경기력을 예측할 수 있는 중요한 요인이라 생각된다. Eight white belt men who participated in the Jujitsu tournament adult division with at least one year of Jiujitsu training were selected as subjects, and they were subjected to a total of three rounds of high-intensity sparring assuming tournaments. To determine the recovery tendency of heart rate during each round of rest after each round sparring, heart rate was measured immediately, immediately after each round, 30 secs, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, and 5 min of heart rate recovery (HRR) was 100% before each round. The post-hoc comparison results of the two-way ANOVA showed that the heart rate was high in the bottom position immediately after the first and second round sparring, and significantly low from 30 seconds to 5 minutes (p<.05*, p<.043*). However, in the third round, the bottom position showed a low tendency from the sparring to the 5 minutes, but there was no significant difference. The recovery rate of heart rate in the first, second and third rounds tended to decrease rapidly in the bottom position at the same break time. Therefore, players’ heart rate levels and aerobic abilities during stability are considered important factors to predict performance in Jiujitsu tournaments.

        문자 메시지 전송 및 내비게이션 명칭 검색이 운전 중 피부전도수준과 속도편차에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the secondary tasks such as sending text message (STM) and searching navigation (SN) on skin conductance level (SCL) and deviation of vehicle speed during driving. The participants included 30 healthy adults; 14 males aged 25.2 ± 0.9 with 1.9 ± 1.8 years of driving experiences and 16 females aged 22.6 ± 1.9 with 1.2 ± 0.8 years of driving experiences. All subjects were instructed to keep a constant speed (80km/h or 100km/h). SCL and deviation of vehicle speed were measured during driving only and driving with secondary tasks. SCL and deviation of vehicle speed were more increased during the driving with secondary tasks than driving only. Secondary tasks increased an activation of sympathetic nerve system and decreased driving performance. However, there were no significant differences in the SCL and deviation of vehicle speed according to gender and speed.

        LiF/Al/LiF 구조를 적용한 OLED 소자의 발광 특성

        We fabricated red and blue organic light emitting display (OLEDs) which had the two kinds of multi-structure of ITO/HIL/HTL/EML/ETL/LiF/Al and ITO/HIL/HTL/EML/ETL/LiF/Al/LiF. In the case of red OLED that had LiF/Al/LiF structure compared to LiF/Al structure, the current density increased from 4.3 mA/$cm^2$ to 7.3 mA/$cm^2$, and the brightness increased from 488 cd/$m^2$ to 1,023 cd/$m^2$ at 7.0 V, and as a result the current efficiency was improved from 11.28 cd/A to 13.95 cd/A. Also in the case of blue OLED that had LiF on Al cathode layer, the current density increased from 1.2 mA/$cm^2$ to 1.8 mA/$cm^2$, and the brightness increased from 45 cd/$m^2$ to 85 cd/$m^2$ at 7.0 V, and as a result the current efficiency was improved from 3.69 cd/A to 4.82 cd/A. Through these experimental results it could be suggested that the LiF layer formed on Al prevents the oxidation of Al surface, and the electrode resistance become low with increase of supplied electrons, therefore the brightness and the efficiency are improved from the influence to the well-balanced bonding of electron and hole at emitting layer.

        교류 음 전압에 따른 형광 OLED의 전계 발광 특성

        To study the characteristics of AC driven OLED, we fabricated the fluorescent OLEDs and analyzed the electroluminescence characteristics of OLEDs with AC negative voltage. The luminance and the current density of the OLED decreased, and the number and size of the dark spots increased in proportion to the duration time and level of the applied AC negative voltage. The current efficiency of the OLED was improved when high AC negative voltage was applied within a short time. When the AC negative voltage of 10 V was applied for 1 minute, the efficiency was improved by 12.4%. Also, the degradation of luminance and current efficiency due to the duration of light emission was improved in the case of OLED applied for 1 minute with 10 V AC negative voltage. These are expected as a result of the improvement of the leakage current characteristics by eliminating the short-circuit region formed by the defect of the OLED at the AC negative high voltage. As a result, the continuous application of AC negative voltage reduced the luminance and the current density of OLED, but the temporary application of AC negative voltage with the proper time and voltage could improve the efficiency and lifetime of OLED.
