        비만정도에 따른 여대생의 전신 골밀도 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to examines correlation between body composition and total BMD in university female students by degree of obesity. Also, we wanted to know about difference of total BMD between obesity group(over BMI 25 or %fat 30)and normal group through Pearson correlation and independent t-test method. The subjects of this study were obesity group(n=54) and normal group(n=51). All subjects were involved in each test. The measured items for this study were local body mineral density(Arm, Leg, Trunk, Rib, Pelvis, Spine total BMD) and body composition(%fat, FFM,WHR, BMI, Visceral Fat). The Bone Mineral Density was measured by DEXA(Hologic, QDR-4500W, USA). The result was as follows. The total body mineral density were showed obesity group significantly higher than normal group(p<.01, p<.001). In particular, local body mineral density of high level were Arm, Leg, Trunk, Rib, Pelvis and Spine. Thus, local and total body mineral density between obesity group and normal group were significantly difference. The body composition(FFM, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat) of obesity group was positively correlation with total BMD. The body composition(FFM, BMI)of normal group was positively correlation with total BMD. But both %fat(percentile fat) of obesity and normal group didn"t affect to total BMD. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that %fat(percentile fat)of obesity group and normal group don"t affect to improvement of total BMD.

        여대생의 신체구성 측정을 위한 다양한 측정 방법들의 상관성

        The purpose of this study was to examines correlation among dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) and anthropometry(BMI, WHR), segmental multifrequency impedance method(SMBIA). The subjects of this study were 67 normal healthy female and all subjects were involved in each test. The body composition were %fat and FFM, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat of female college students. The body composition was measured by InBODY 4.0(Biospace, KOREA) and DEXA(PRODIGY, U.S.A), Skinfold thickness methods(Caliper). The Anthropometry(BMI, WHR) and SMBIA estimates were highly positive correlated with the %fat measured by DEXA(r=0.77, 0.81 0.83),but Skinfold thickness methods were low positive correlation(r=0.40). Use of the Anthropometry and SMBIA, DEXA body composition methods is suitable for the assessing the %body fat. Also Skinfold thickness method need more expert technique and accuracy for measurement of %body fat.

        여자 태권도 선수들의 총 골밀도에 관한 회귀 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of body composition and local body mineral density on total body mineral density in female taekwondo player. The subjects of this study were 48 healthy female taekwondo player about for 10years and all subjects were involved in each test. The measured items for this study were body composition(body weight, body height, %fat, BMI, SMM, LBM), local body mineral density(Arm, Leg, Trunk, Rib, Pelvis, Spine, Lumber, Thigh, BMC) and total body mineral density. The Body Composition was measured by InBody 4.0(Biospace, Korea). The Bone Mineral Density was measured by DEXA(PRODIGY, U.S.A). The result was as follows. 1. The female taekwondo players were very significant difference among local body mineral density. In particular, local body mineral density of high level were Leg, Pelvis, Lumber and Thigh. 2. The total body mineral density of female taekwondo players did affect by Leg, Trunk, Lumber and pelvis of local body mineral density. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that regular taekwondo training have developed total body mineral density of female taekwondo players.

        여대생의 신체조성과 부위별 골밀도의 정준상관분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationship for the application and the usefulness of canonical correlation analysis in body composition and regional body mineral density in female college students. The subjects participated in this experiment voluntary for this study were 44 healthy female college students. The body composition factor were FFM(free fat mass), BMI(body mass index), WHR(waist to hip ratio),%fat(percent fat), SM(skeletal muscle) and VFA(visceral fat area). The regional body mineral density factor were Arm, Leg, Trunk, Rib, Spine, Pelvis and Lumber body mineral density. The regional body mineral density was measured by Colin Pulse Waveform Analyzer (VP-1000, Colin, Japan). For analysis, multiple and canonical correlation analysis were used by SAS(ver9.2). The %fat of female college students were significantly negative correlation with only body mineral density of spine. The remaining variables(FFM, WHR,BMI, SM and VF) are positive correlated with a almost all body mineral density. In the canonical correlation of between body composition(independent variable) and regional body mineral density(dependent variable) were high canonical coefficient (r=0.93). Also, FFM and SM of body composition were most important factor to regional body mineral density. And BMD of arm in regional body mineral density was most important factor to body composition in female college students. The results suggest that proper body composition(high FFM and SM) may have positive effect for regional body mineral density. So, we suggest that a regular exercise might prevent of osteoporosis through increase of FFM.

        냉ㆍ온 처치가 태권도 선수의 혈중피로요인에 미치는 효과

        The objective of this is to assess impact of cold water immersion(CWI) and hot water immersion(HWI) on the ankle for 10 minutes after Taekwondo match on the recovery of body temperature and fatigue blood variables by determining the correlation between the each treatment and the level of ammonia, lactate and body temperature. In this study, a total 18 female Taekwondo players were enrolled and randomly assigned to each treatment group(n=6). The study data was analyzed using SPSS Statistics 19 program. The mean values and standard deviation was defined for each parameter. A repeated measures ANOVA was used for the comparison of results between the treatment groups over the points. Statistical significance was determined by p-value of less than 0.05. Post-hoc analysis was conducted using the least significant difference (Bonferroni) method. Firstly, there was a significant difference in the level of ammonia between the time points. Secondly, meaningful difference in the lactate level were observed between different treatment group and time points. Especially, a positive effect was shown in the CWI group. In conclusion, cold water immersion of the ankle after Taekwondo match decreases the level of fatigue substances accumulated in the blood, exerting positive effects on Taekwondo performance.

        태권도 수련이 상완-발목 맥파 속도와 동맥 협착도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examines the effect of taekwondo training on b-aPWV and ABI of female college students. The subjects of this study were taekwondo trained group(n=8) and untrained group(n=8). All subjects were involved in each test. The b-a PWV(brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity) and ABI(Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index) was measured by Colin Pulse Waveform Analyzer(VP-1000, Colin, Japan). The result was as follows. 1. The b-a PWV(branchial- ankle Pulse Wave Velocity) were showed taekwondo trained group significantly lower(p<.001) than taekwondo untrained group. 2. The ABI(Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index) were significantly differ(RABI:p<.05) between taekwondo trained and untrained. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that the b-a PWV and ABI were positive effect by long time taekwondo training.

        여대생의 부위별 골밀도와 건강 체력의 상관성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationship for the application and the usefulness of correlation analysis in health related physical fitness and regional body mineral density in female college students. The subjects participated in this experiment voluntary for this study were 41 healthy female college students. The health related physical fitness factor were muscular strength(grip strength, back muscle strength,), agility(side step test, whole body reaction test), muscle power(sargent test), muscle endurance(push-up, sit-up), flexibility(trunk flexion, trunk extension) and cardiorespiratory endurance(VO₂max, AT). The regional body mineral density factor were Arm, Leg, Thigh neck, Thigh trochanter, Thigh total, Lumber and Total BMD. The regional body mineral density was measured by Colin Pulse Waveform Analyzer (VP-1000, Colin, Japan). For analysis, multiple correlation analysis were used by SPSS(ver21). The muscular strength of female college students were significantly positive correlation with body mineral density of arm, leg and total BMD. The agility of female college students were significantly positive correlation with body mineral density of lumber and total BMD. The cardiorespiratory endurance of female college students were significantly positive correlation with body mineral density of thigh trochanter and thigh total. The results suggest that proper muscular strength, agility and cardiorespiratory endurance may have positive effect for regional body mineral density. So, we suggest that a regular exercise might prevent of osteoporosis through increase of physical fitness.

The subjects of this study were 40 normal healthy female and all subjects were involved in each test. The body composition were %fat and FFM,WHR, BMI, Visceral fat. The body composition was measured by InBODY 4.0(Biospace, KOREA) and DEXA(PRODIGY, U.S.A). The b-aPWV and ABI was measured by Colin Pulse Waveform Analyzer(VP-1000, Colin, Japan). The result was as follows. 1. The body composition(%fat, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat) was positively correlation with b-aPWV(branchial- ankle Pulse Wave Velocity). 2. The body composition(%fat, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat) was negatively correlation with ABI(Ankle-Branchial Pressure Index), but FFM was positively correlation. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that body composition(%fat, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat) have significant relationship with b-aPWV. Furthermore, the decrease of the body composition(%fat, WHR, BMI, Visceral fat) may decrease b-aPWV and may increase ABI.

        The purpose of this study was to examines correlation between Body Composition(%fat, FFM, WHR, BMI, SMM) and BMD ? BMC of female college students. The subjects of this study were 44 normal healthy female and all subjects were involved in each test. The Body Composition were %fat and FFM, WHR, BMI, SMM. The Body Composition was measured by InBody 4.0(Biospace, Korea) The Bone Mineral Density were BMD(Lumber, Femur, Total) and BMC. The Bone Mineral Density was measured by DEXA(PRODIGY, U.S.A). The result was as follows. 1. The Body Composition(body weight, %fat, WHR) was positively correlation with Lumber BMD. 2. The Body Composition(FFM) was positively correlation with Femur BMD, but %fat was negatively correlation. 3. The Body Composition(body weight, FFM, SMM) was positively correlation with Total BMD, but %fat was negatively correlation 4. The Body Composition(body weight, %fat, FFM, BMI, SSM, WHR) was positively correlation with Total BMC. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that Body Composition have significant relationship with BMD?BMC. In particular, the increase of the FFM(Free Fat Mass) and SMM(Skeletal Muscle Mass) may increase BMD and BMC.

        Leucine 섭취가 혈중 피로요인과 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examines the effect of Branched-Chain Amino Acid(Leucine) ingestion after maximal exercise on blood fatigue factor and exercise performance in human. Branched-Chain Amino Acid, particularly leucine, have been suggested to be ergogenic for both endurance and strength/power performance. The subjects of this study were 10 normal healthy males(placebo group=10, Leucine=10) and all subjects were involved in each test. Maximal exercise test were measured on the test breathed though breathing values using Modify Bruce protocol of MetaMax 3B(MetasoftⅡ, U.S.A).The Leucine(45mg/kg) was administration for 7days. The blood fatigue factor(lactate, ammonia) was measured through DT60Ⅱ(Kodak U.S.A) by 3,000rpm. Plasm was sampled from an antecubital vein using hypodermic syringe at rest and post-exercise(all-out), recover 10min, recover 30min. The results were as follows : Peak value of Blood fatigue factor(only lactate) at post-exercise(all-out) and recovery 30min after maximal exercise were showed Leucine group significantly(p< .05) lower than placebo group. The exercise performance were showed Leucine group significantly(p< .05) increase than placebo group. In conclusion, BCAA(Leucine) availability before exercise may have greater effect of ergogenic aids than don't ingestion.
