초대교회 공동체와 토크빌의 자발적 결사체 비교를 통한 현대교회의 공공성 탐색

교회 공동체는 신앙을 가진 사람들의 모임이라고 단순하게 말할 수 있다. 그리고 교회는 하나님의 비밀로서 하나님이 주도권적인 선택으로 이루어진 공동체라 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 알렉시스 드 토크빌(Alexis de Tocqueville)은 미국 사회에서 교회를 포함한 자발적인 결사체(voluntary associations)의 중요성을 강조하였다. 특히 교회와 종교 단체들은 시민들을 동원하고 책임감과 공동체 의식을 함양하는 데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 교회 공동체에서 책임감과 공동체 의식 강화를 통한 한국교회의 신뢰도 회복은 교회의 공공성 강화에 중요한 역할을 할 것이라 생각된다. 한 사회가 국가적인 총 역량으로도 막을 수 없는 재난이나 전염병으로 대규모 인명손실을 겪게 될 때 기존의 사회 구조나 사상 또는 신학이 그 구성원에게 적절한 해답을 제시하지 못한다면 그 구성원은 다른 대체물을 찾게 된다. 1세기와 2세기 로마제국 치하에서 기독교인들이 헌신적으로 전염병에 대처함으로써, 당대 사회의 인정과 지지를 받았던 것을 기억해야 한다. 죽음의 위협이었던 전염병이 창궐했을 당시 기독교인들은 신앙을 토대로 하여 ‘설명과 위안’, 그리고 ‘행동을 위한 처방’까지 제공하는 모습을 보여주었고, 그런 기독교인들의 행동은 기독교가 공공성의 역할을 감당할 수 있음을 깨닫게 한다. 초대교회는 교회의 본질을 복음전도와 사회봉사로 보고 실천했다. 초대교회의 사회봉사에 관한 기록은 오늘날 한국교회의 사역의 방향과 목표를 명확하게 제시해준다. 바로 신앙 공동체로서의 신뢰를 회복하는 것이다. 그리고 그 방법은 복음전도와 사회봉사를 겸비할 때 교회의 공공성이 회복될 것이다. A church community is simply a group of people of faith. The church is the secret of God, a community of Gods initiative and choice. In this regard, Alexis de Tocqueville emphasized the importance of voluntary associations, including churches, in American society. In particular, churches and religious organizations played an important role in mobilizing citizens and fostering a sense of responsibility and community. Restoring the credibility of the Korean church through strengthening the sense of responsibility and community in the church community will play an important role in strengthening the public image of the church. When a society suffers massive loss of life in a disaster or epidemic that cannot be prevented by the collective capacity of the nation, if the existing social structures, ideas, or theology do not provide adequate answers for its members, they will seek alternative solutions. Its important to remember that in ancient societies, Christians were recognized and supported by their communities for their dedicated response to epidemics. In the face of a deadly epidemic, Christians were seen to offer explanations, comfort, and even prescriptions for action based on their faith, and their actions remind us that Christianity can play a public role. The early church saw and practiced evangelism and social service as the essence of the church. The early churchs record of social service provides a clear direction and goal for the Korean churchs ministry today. It is to restore trust as a community of faith. And the churchs public image will be restored when it combines evangelism and social service.

한국건설생활환경시험연구원 목재가구센터에서는 목재 및 가구분야 KS·KC인증, 조달검사, 환경마크 등과 공인시험과 검사업무, 목재분야 조달 전문검사기관 지정 검사업무 기관으로서 R&D 연구과제 등을 주요사업으로 다루고 있다. 또한 목재의 해부학적 관찰을 통해 수종감정 실시하고 있다. 목재 수종감정은 목재를 용도에 맞게 이용하기 위한 기본사항으로, 목조 건축물, 문화재 수리·보수를 위한 수종확인, 목재 활용 적합성 및 수입 금지목재 판별 등 다양한 목적으로 수행되고 있다. 따라서 최근 목재 수종감정 결과의 추이 분석을 통해 국내에서 유통되고 있는 목재의 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 수종감정을 위해 목재 3단면을 활주식 마이크로톰(sliding microtome)으로 20∼25㎛ 두께의 절편을 제작한 뒤, 1% 사프라닌을 이용하여 염색하였다. 염색된 절편을 알코올 시리즈(50%, 70%, 90%, 95%, 99%)로 탈수 후, 봉입제를 이용하여 영구프레파라트를 제작하였다. 제작된 영구프레파라트를 광학현미경을 이용하여 3단면 관찰한 뒤, 수종식별을 실시하였다. 수종식별 결과, 주로 활엽수재로 진자우드(Gindja udu), 방킬라이(Bangkirai), 아피통(Apitong), 멀바우(Merbau), 바스라로커스(Basralocus), 시우리(Siuri), 메란티 바투(Meranti batu), 자토바(Jatoba), 부켈라(Burckella), 마사란두바(Masaranduba), 이페(Ipe), 꾸마루(Cumaru), 빨라피 바투(Palapi batu), 꾸메아(Kumea), 울린(Ulin), 메이플(Maple), 오크(Oak), 그라피아(Grapia), 모말라(Momala), 딜레니아(Dillenia) 및 네둠(Nedum) 등이, 침엽수재로는 더글라스 퍼, 적삼목, 낙엽송 및 뉴송 등이 식별되었다. 주요 국내 유통 수종의 식별 결과를 알 수 있었으며, 지속적으로 수종감정을 진행하여 국내 주요 유통 목재의 현황 및 신규유입 수종 등을 데이터베이스화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

HVDC 시스템에서의 전자파장해 분석 및 조치 방법에 대한 연구

HVDC(High Voltage Direct Current) system voltage rating is getting higher and so is AC GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) system voltage. There is a phenomenon called VFTO(Very Fast Transient Overvoltage) which can be generated from switching of GIS disconnectors and circuit breakers. This produces unwanted effects on elements of HVDC systems such as control systems malfunction, auxiliary power supply unstability and et cetera. This paper describes EMC within HVDC Systems especially ones with GIS environment, related IEC standards, methodology over measurements and analysis of EMI and suggests countermeasures to enforce immunity.
