Purpose: To investigate the minimal requirements of the limbal epithelium for successful limbal stem cell transplantation and the healing process. Methods: Nine rabbits were divided into 4, 6, and 8 clock-hour transplantation groups. Limbal autografts from the healthy fellow eye were transplanted to the iatrogenic damaged eye. The amniotic membrane served as a stem cell niche. Experimental corneas were evaluated by slit lamp examination and immunohistochemistry. Results: In the over 9 hours transplantation group, the healing process of the epithelium from the limbal stem cell was revealed and cornea-specific keratin k3, transcription factor p63, and connexin 43 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The normal corneal epithelium was regenerated after 60 days postoperatively in the fellow donor eye. Conclusions: Limbal cell transplantation of over 9 hours seems to be a safe and effective method in the treatment of severe ocular surface disorders. In addition, the donation of limbal epithelium for up to 8 hours did not affect the normal corneal regenerating capability.

The purpose of this study was going to research relation of job stress and society psychologic stress according to general characteristic, work characteristic, health characteristic and personality characteristic for the occupational therapist in the working domestic rehabilitation therapy with hospital and welfare center occupational therapist. The research was 91 of withdrawal questionnaire among 102 occupational therapist from 1. November 2005 to 31. December 2005. In the result of analysis the given question for the ninety one occupational therapist showed just normal group 25% 23person, potential stress group 47% 43person, and the rest 28% 25person high risk group. The result shows significance different in general characteristic of job stress about age, final scholarship and marriage. Job stress was included income, working time, office form and working position etc. Health special job stress was significance different according to sleep time. So we have to know a fact of job stress of occupational therapist and prevent of loss of business services. And we have to endeavoring removals factor of stress and good office culture fixation.
소형 복합재 태양광 무인기 윙 리딩에지스킨 모델 비교 연구

본 연구에서의 날개 앞전은 날개의 공기역학적인 기능뿐만 아니라 조류 등의 외부의 손상을 줄 수 있는 것으로부터 날개 내부 구성요소를 보호하고 안전한 항공기 운항을 위한 반드시 필요한 구조 요소이다. 복합재 무인기의 날개 경량화를 위한 최적의 제작 모델을 비교 검토하였다. MSC. Patran/Nastran을 이용한 유한요소해석을 통하여 비틀림 하중의 변위 형상을 비교 확인하였으며, 각 모델들의 비틀림 강도 실험을 통하여 적층 유형, 두께 변화 및 형상 적용에 따른 경량화 성능 개선을 확인하므로써 소형 복합재 무인기 최적의 경량화 날개 앞전스킨의 형태를 제시하였다. The wing leading edge skin in this research is an essential structural factor for improving wings' aeromechanical functions, protecting the interior elements of the wings from external damage including birds, and navigating planes safely. The study compared and reviewed models manufactured for optimal light-weight wings of composite UAVs. It compared and investigated displacement forms of torsion loads through finite element analysis using MSC. Patran/Nastran. By confirming the improvement of light-weighting performance according to lamination type, thickness change and shape through torsion strength tests of each model, the research suggested the optimal light-weight wing leading edge skin for small composite UAVs.

본 논문에서는 무선 근거리 네트워크 (Wireless Personal Area Network : WPAN) 환경에서 Koinonia 라는 새로운 시스템을 제안하고 링크계층에 적응형 계층을 추가하여 구성 및 모델링 함으로써 2.4GHz의 ISM 무선 대역을 이용하여 근거리에 위치한 무선 기기들을 연결하고 음성정보 및 데이타를 전송하는 근거리 무선 네트워크 시스템의 시뮬레이터를 구현 함을 목적으로 하였다.

Background : By operating 3 same models of Automated Chemisπy Analyzer(Olympus AU560. Japan) and tested results and values from each Analyzer, we`` d like to evaluate each analyzer’s accuracy, precision, linearity, correlations and etc, to report its value.Methods : By using Central Blood Center’s Automated Chemistry Analyzer, Olympus system reagent N(control serum level 1 QDCα)()3 LOT No 014, Olympus AU560’s company’s standard material) and Olympus system reagent P(control serum level 2 QDC0003 LOT No 014) to measure Accuracy. To measure precision, we used Pooling Serum on divided blood donor’s samples as low, medium and high concentration also diluting low and high concentrated samples by stages to measure Linearity. By meauring samples with each Analyzer over and over, we analyzed difference between Analyzers. Result In Accuracy study, all of resu1ts showed in standard value of ALT, but in between-run of Precision study, there were different CES resu1t values between low(19.84- 22.33 IU/L) and high(142.86-148.47 IU/L) concentrated samples from different analyzes and for medium(55.19-57.64 IU/L) concentrated samples there were no difference resu1t values between analyzes. In within-run, except second analyzer’s high concentrated sample, there were no difference between am and pm’s result values. In Linearity, samples, which can be measured, showed good Linearity(R2=0.998). In difference between Analyzers, the coefficient of correlation in 3 analyzes was more than 0.986 which was good result. Conclusions All 3 of AU-560 Automated Chemistry Analyzers showed satisfactoη Accuracy, Precision, Linearity and difference between analyzers had g∞d correlation, therefore it shows the equipments are well managed. But in between-run of Precision study, we found that to manage equipments well, the matters that relate to results of test, such as men, machine, methcxl, measurement, material, milieu and etc have to be comprehended all the time, also matters must be satisfied and need scrupulous care of management..
외부전계 인가에 의한 조화용융조성 LiNbO<sub>3</sub> 결정의 주기적 분극반전

When an electric field higher than a characteristic coercive field is applied to a ferroelectric such as $LiNbO_3$, the orientation of the spontaneous polarization is reversed, which causes the reversal of the sign of odd-rank tensor properties such as electro-optic and nonlinear optic coefficients. A fabrication process of insulator and periodic external field assisted poling of a z-cut $LiNbO_3$ have been optimized for a periodic $180^{\circ}$ phase inversion along z-axis. The poling jig and the poling control system, fully controlled by a computer, for high quality and reproducible PPLN fabrication have been devised. Periodically polarization reversed PPLN was adjusted based on the fabricated thickness of insulator. The poling structure of PPLN was observed under a microscope after etching PPLN samples by an etching solution ($HF:HNO_3$ = 1 : 2) for about 15 min.
