경기국제항공전 방문동기와 방문 후 이미지 간의 관계에서 관여도의 조절효과와 신뢰의 매개효과 검증

This study was performed to determine the mediating effect of involvement and trust between the visitors’ motivations and their post-images of an event, the G-Global Aviation. For this end this study conducted onsite survey for tourists to the G-Global Aviation 2013. The total 331 valid samples were collected from May 1, 2013 to May, 5. We observed the tourists’ post-images of an event toward considering the following factors; visitors’ motivations, involvement, trust and general characteristics. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression. Major findings of this study were as follows: For this purpose factors of motivations, images, involvement, and trust were drawn and the mediating effect of involvement and trust were determined. The analysis shows the following. First, the factors of motivation were abstracted as departure from ordinary lives, novelty, event, interchange, family ties etc, which are similar to previous studies. Second, Each of the post-image, involvement, and trust are abstracted into its own factor. Third, the moderating effect of involvement was significant. Fourth, empirical analysis showed that while trust have partial mediating effect on the relationship of visitors’ motivation(novelty and event) and post-images of an event. Significant validations of all indirect effect on the parameters were statistically significant.

영성문화자원으로서 남양성모성지의 가치를 통한 지역관광활성화 연구

This study has been done for the purpose of activating local tourism by utilizing resources that hold attraction as spirituality cultural resources. These include holy and religious sites as well as healing tourism. Furthermore, if religious facilities are included to develop various programs, these will be great resources for activating local tourism. Therefore, this research tries to suggest strategies for linking The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Namyang, located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi do, with local tourism; this has been done by estimating its value as a religious facility and spirituality cultural resource, and considering its preservation value as a tourism resource. In the case of this area, a cathedral and peace cultural sharing center are being built by a global architec and these areas will be used not only as religious facilities but also as a concert hall, library, and exhibition hall. What is more, these will be social and cultural facilities for local residents. The value of this structure, The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Namyang, has been estimated through the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). For this contingent valuation, a survey was conducted from January 15, 2018 to February 28, 2018. This survey identified locals here and visitors illingness to make a donation for establishing The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Namyang and analyzed the responses empirically. Based on the result from CVM, WTP truncated mean of the value of The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Namyang is approximately 329,273 Korean Won per house. The total preservation value is expected to be 102.5 billion Korean Won. Such a value may show major donation willingness from Catholics, as this is a religious facility. However, as a result of estimation based on a logit model, main variables affecting donation intention include suggested price, level of support for facility establishment, and local identity. This implies that enhanced local identity may influence payment value of local spirituality cultural resources; also, level of support for establishing a cathedral and peace cultural center affected its payment value as well. The value of The Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Namyang as a spirituality cultural resource is confirmed through this research. If its image as a local tourism resource is promoted through development of various programs, it will lay a strong foundation for activating local tourism. 본 연구는 영성문화자원으로서 관광적 매력을 지닌 자원의 활용을 통해 지역관광의 활성화를 위한 관점에서 진행되었다. 영성문화자원은 성지관광, 종교관광, 치유관광의 개념을 포함한 보다 넓은 범위의 활동을 위한 자원이 될 수 있으며, 종교적 시설을 이용하여 다양한 프로그램을 활용한다면 지역관광 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 자원이 될 수 있다. 따라서 경기도 화성시에 위치한 남양성모성지를 대상으로 종교적 시설인 영성문화자원의 가치를 추정하여 단순한 시설적 가치 외에 관광자원으로서의 보존가치를 파악해 봄으로써 지역관광과 연계할 수 있는 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 남양성모성지의 경우 세계적인 건축가에 의해 대성당과 평화문화나눔센터가 건립중이며, 이러한 시설은 단순 종교시설이 아닌 콘서트홀, 도서관, 북카페, 상설 및 기획전시관 등으로 이용될 예정이며, 지역주민을 위한 사회 문화적 시설로 활용될 예정이다. 이에 가상가치추정법(CVM)을 통해 남양성모성지의 건축물 건립에 대한 가치를 추정하였다. 가치추정을 위해 2018년 1월 15일부터 2월 28일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 374명의 의견을 토대로 남양성모성지의 건축물 건립에 대한 개발기부금의 명목으로 지불의사를 파악하여 실증분석에 활용하였다. CVM을 통해 추정된 남양성모성지의 가치는 절단된 평균값(WTP truncated mean)을 기준으로 할 경우 가구당 329,273원으로 추정되었으며, 총 보존가치는 약 1,025억 원으로 추정되었다. 이는 종교적 시설이라는 특성 상 천주교 신도 여부가 지불의사에 많이 반영되긴 하였으나, 로짓모델 추정 결과 지불의사에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수로 제시금액, 시설 건립에 대한 지지도, 지역의 정체성 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 결과적으로 지역에 대한 정체성의 향상이 지역 내 영성문화자원에 대한 지불가치에도 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 대성당과 평화문화나눔센터 등의 건립에 대한 지지도 역시 영성문화자원에 대한 지불가치에도 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 영성문화자원으로서 남양성모성지의 가치를 확인하였으므로, 향후 이러한 시설을 기반으로 다양한 프로그램의 개발을 통해 지역관광자원으로의 이미지를 부각시키고 발전시키면 지역관광 활성화를 위한 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

중국 하이난(海南島)의 관광자원 콘텐츠에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중국 하이난의 역사·지리적 배경과 관광자원을 중심으로 관광콘텐츠 특성을 고찰하는데 목적을 두었다. 하이난은 남중국해에 위치하고 있으며, 지리적으로 충저우해협(瓊州海峽)에 의해 광둥의 루이저우반도(雷州半島)와 분리되어 있다. 하이난 성은 총면적 34,290km2에 달하며, 중국에서 가장 남쪽에 위치하고 있다. 하이난은 수세기 동안, 중국 광둥성의 일부였으나, 1988년 하이난 성으로 분리되었고, 중국 최대의 경제특구이다. 하이난은 중국에서 유일하게 열대 기후를 보이는 곳이다. 또한 하이난은 아름다운 비치와 해안경관, 깨끗한 공기와 특유의 자연, 소수민족(리족, 먀오족, 장족)과 결합된 중국의 민속문화를 찾아볼 수 있는 매력적인 관광목적지이다. 하이난의 관광거점은 두 지역, 하이커우와 싼야로 구분할 수 있다. 하이커우는 하이난의 성도로 오공사와 해서묘 같은 흥미 있는 역사적 장소를 갖고 있다. 반면 싼야는 아름다운 남부 해안을 끼고 있는 가장 큰 도시로 아룡만, 대동해, 대소동천, 싼야만 등 많은 비치와 이름난 휴양온천과 그리고 테마파크를 갖춘 관광의 중심지이다. 본 연구는 국제휴양지로 부각된 하이난 관광에 대한 이해와 관심을 높일 수 있는 중요한 자료를 제공하는 것과 함께, 이곳을 찾는 한국 여행자들을 위해 유용한 여행 자료로 활용될 수 있다. The Purpose of this study is to examine contents on its historical and geographical informations, and tourism resources types of Hainan Island in China. Hainan Island is located in the South China Sea, separated from Guangdong`s Leizhou Peninsula to the north by the shallow and narrow Qiongzhou Strait. Hainan County has an area of 34,290 square kilometers and is China`s southernmost province. For centuries, Hainan was part of Guangdong`s province, but in 1988, when hainan was made a separate province, it was designated a Special Economic Zone in an effort to increase investment. Hainan has a tropical moist monsoonal climate. And also, Hainan is an attractive overseas tourists` destination with its beautiful beaches and coastal landscapes, clean air and unique natural environment, and indigenous ethnic groups(the Li, the Miao and the Zhuang) related chinese folks and cultures. The tourism sphere of Hainan Island is divided into two regions; Haikou and Sanya. Haikou is the province`s capital and contains interesting historic sites; The Five Officials Temple and The Tomb of Hai Rui. Also as known as the biggest City, Sanya has many attractions; a number of beaches(Yalong bay, Dadonghai Tourist Resort and Sanya Beach), famous hot springs and several theme parks. This paper provides important data to raise interests in tourism of hainan as one of international recreational islands. Also It seems to be utilized as fundamental materials for koreans visiting Hainan.

관광개발영향에 대한 주민이익 및 애향심과 개발지지도의 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the residents` perception of tourism development impacts and how residents` benefits and attachment for Saemangeum development are related to the development support. A factor analysis was used to delineate underlying dimensions of tourism development impacts and a regression analysis was used to investigate relationship. The result of regression analysis indicated that positive social-cultural impact and positive economic impact had an effect on the residents` benefits and that positive social-cultural impact and positive environmental impact had an effect on the residents` attachment. And the resident` benefit and attachment had an effect on the development support. According to the result, the residents` perception of tourism development impacts is positive in the process of Saemangeum development. Because the higher resident` benefit and attachment are, the higher the development support is, it is necessary that the development planner propose a method of the considering resident` benefit and promote a positive perception through an education and a public relations for social-cultural and environmental impact.
