      • H.264/AVC를 위해 inter mode에 적용된 향상된 고속 모드 결정 알고리즘

        The H.264/AVC standard developed by the joint Video Team (JVT) provides better coding efficiency than previous standards. The new emerging H.264/AVC employs variable block size motion estimation using multiple reference frame with 1/4-pel MV(Motion Vector) accuracy. These techniques are a important feature to accomplish higher coding efficiency. However, these techniques are increased overall computational complexity. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes advanced fast mode decision suited for variable block size by classifying inter mode based on Rate Distortion Optimization(RDO) technique. Proposed algorithm is going to use to implement H/W structure for fast mode decision. The experimental results shows that the proposed algorithm provides significant reduction computational complexity without any noticeable coding loss and additional computation. Entire computational complexity is decreased about 30%.

        장기간 수중운동 프로그램이 편마비 지체장애 노인의 건강 체력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of long-term aquatic exercise program on health fitness of the elderly people with hemiplegia disabilities for health promotion by applying the aquatic exercise program to improve the quality of life and prevent falling of thel derly people with hemiplegia disabilities. In this study, six elderly people with hemiplegia disabilities (two maels and four females) living in area C country of G province were selected as study subjects. They were measured (Body composition, Throwing the medicine ball, Grasping power, Isometric endure, Single leg standing, Sitting down and standing up, and Target return) before and after the start of the aquatic exercise program and the following conclusions are obtained. First, long-term aquatic exercise program had no significant differenec in the body composition (p>.05) of the elderly people with hemiplegia disabilities. Second, long-term aquatic exercise program of elderly people with hemiplegia disabilities showed better improvement in medicine ball throwing (p<.01), left grasping power (p<.05), right grasping power (p<.05), one leg stand with eyes closed (p<.05) of health fitness factors. Based on these results, the long-term aquatic exercise program has a positive effect in preventing the daily life of the elderly with hemiplegia disabilities from causing negative changes in body composition. It has been shown an important role in improving the strength and balance ability to improve fall prevention and quality of life. However, the study has not covered changes and difference between male and female. In the future, it is necessary to expand the study based on sexual difference.

        복합 운동 시 운동 실시 순서가 체내 에너지소비량 및 생리적 변인에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 건강한 남자 대학생 8명을 이용해 동일한 상대 운동 강도에서의 유산소(@65%VO2R) 및 저항성(@65%1RM) 운동을 실시 순서를 달리해 수행할 때의 에너지소비량과 관련 생리적 변인의 변화 양상을 비교 분석하였다. 분당 에너지 소비량에서는 운동 실시 순서를 달리함에 따라 통계적 유의한 차를 나타내지 않았으며, 총에너지 소비량에서는 유산소-저항성 운동(526.31±42.28kcal) 순서를 따른 경우에서 저항성-유산소 운동(497.70±50.51kcal) 실시 순서를 따른 경우와 비교해 더 높은 경향을 나타냈을 뿐 통계적으로는 유의한 차를 나타내지 않았다(p<.05). 운동의 실시 순서를 고려하지 않은 경우에서의 에너지 소비량을 비교한 결과에서는 동일 시간의 운동 시 유산소 운동의 경우에서 저항성 운동의 경우에서 보다 더 많은 에너지 소비를 나타냈다(p<.01). 분당 및 운동 시 평균 심박수는 유산소 운동 시가 저항성 운동 시와 비교해 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<.01). 운동 종료 시점에서의 혈압은 운동 형태와 상관없이 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으며(p<.05), 혈중 글루코스 농도 역시 운동 실시 순서를 달리함에 있어 의미 있는 차이를 나타내지 않았다(p>.05). 혈중 젖산 농도의 변화를 살핀 결과, 운동 중에는 운동 실시 순서에 상관없이 매우 유사한 형태를 보였으나, 운동 후 회복시의 수치는 저항성-유산소의 순서를 취한 경우에서 현격하게 빠른 감소를 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 일회성이 운동이 아닌 장기간의 규칙적 운동을 통해 에너지 소비량의 증가를 도모코자 할 때 유산소-저항성 운동의 순서를 따르는 것이 바람직하고, 복합운동 실시 후 빠른 피로 회복을 원하거나 젖산 수치의 신속한 감소를 원할 경우 저항성-유산소 운동의 순서를 따르는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate that the effect of total energy expenditure and factors associated with fatigue (blood pressure, heart rate, glucose and lactate concentration) following different sequence of exercises undertaking by exercise either resistance weight or aerobic running. Although every minute of energy expenditure was not significantly differed, total energy expenditure was noticeably changed (526.3±42.3 kcal, Aerobic-Resistance vs. 497.7±50.5 kcal, Resistance-Aerobic) when exercise order was changed. Regardless of exercise order, energy expenditure was significantly higher during aerobic running exercise compared to resistance weight exercise. Average heart rate was not significantly different when exercise performed by different orders (p>.05), and it was however, maintained much higher values during aerobic running exercise than resistance weight exercise (p<.05). There was no significant different in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure when different order of exercises were adopted (p>.05). The patterns of blood lactate changes were almost identical between two exercise sessions, but it was dramatically higher during resistance weight exercise than aerobic exercise. In addition to this, lactate concentration was also maintained at much higher values throughout the recovery periods when exercise performed by order of aerobic-resistance compared to the order of resistance-aerobic. Based on these results, following two conclusions were drawn. Firstly, there is no different energy expenditure when altered exercise sequences of combined exercises are adopted. Secondly, as far as faster recovery from exercise induced fatigue and/or blood lactate accumulation is concerned, adopting the order of resistance-aerobic exercise would be favorable.
