      • 슬괵근 스트레칭운동이 만성요통 환자의 요부 굴곡각도와 통증감소에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this research is to study how the stretching exercise along with heat and electric therapy can effect on Angle of Lumbar Flexion and Reduction of Pain against the Hamstring Construction Symptom that can be found in the Chronic Low Back Patients. The target of research was 28 person selected out of the patients diagnosed as Lumbar Sprain and Lumbar Syndrome, who have positive from the active test of Hamstring construction and passive test. Their age range is 20 to 60 years old, 14 male and 14 female. As a research method, simple heat and electric therapy was applied to counter part while Hamstring Stretching Exercise including simple heat and electric therapy was applied to the experimental part. After 6 weeks treatment for each part, the results of effect on Angle of Lumbar Flexion and Pain Reduction was compared and analysed on the basis of the gravity angle meter and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The outcome of research is as follows: 1. Angle of Lumbar Flextion increased effectively not in the conventional counter group but the experimental group to which Hamstring Stretching was applied simultaneously. 2. remarkable effect was shown in the experimental part applied Hamstring Stretching. Consequently from the results of this study, we could find out the fact that the therapy combined preserve treatment and hamstring stretching not only produced increasing Lumbar Flexion Angle but also was more effective on reducing pain of the patients according to it than the conventional or preserve therapy.

      • 작업대 높이가 승모근의 근긴장도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Many kinds of musculoskeletal disease and symptom are caused by the longtime computer works. However, trapezius muscle tonus has not been established in regarding to keyboard height during typing. Therefore, this study is to evaluate the relationship between trapezius muscle tonus and the height of keyboard while typing, controling for the postures of neck, Lumbar, cervical vertebra. Methods: The experimental height of keyboard was set at elbow height, 3cm higher, 6cm higher, 9cm higher, than elbow. We studied trapezius tonus with the mean value for 2 minutes by EMG in 15 males and 15 females worker of hospital in seoul, who did not have a history of muscle disease, neurological signs, nerve damage. Results: In this experimental, as the height of the keyboard went up, the trapezius tonus significantly increased with shoulder abduction of brachium. Second, right and left trapezius tonus appeared similar while typing. Third, the best height that release the trapezius tonus the was as high as elbow and 3cm higher than elbow. Conclusion: With these above results, we suggest that the appropriate height of keyboard during typing to release the trapezius tonus most is the height of the elbow and 3cm higher than elbow. The study has important implications for focusing on the height of VDT worktable and complaining of a pain by oneself which are useful to establish a method of prevention of musculoskeletal disorder in work in the future.

        20대 정상 성인의 남.여 보행분석 연구

        The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specipic gait parameters for Korean Adult. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 20 Adult, 10 men and 10 women, 21 to 24 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The temporal gait parameters and kinematic parameters of Korean Adult similar to other western reference data. The results were as follows: 1) The mean Cadence of the male to the female were 113.5 steps/min to 117.6 steps/min. 2) The mean Walking Speed of the male to the female were 1.30 m/s, to 1.27 m/s. 3) The mean Stride Length of the male to the female were 1.35 m, to 1.30 m. 4) The mean maximal angles of pint on the pelvic tilt motion for different male to the female were $9.80^{\circ}$ to $7.75^{\circ}$. (p<0.05) 5) The mean maximal angles of pint on the hip flexion motion for different male to the female were $22.62^{\circ}$ to $27.65^{\circ}$. (p<0.05) 6) The mean maximal angles of pint on the knee flexion motion for different male to the female were $55.78^{\circ}$ to $55.49^{\circ}$. (p>0.05) 7) The mean maximal angles of pint on the ankle dorsiflexion motion for different male to the female were $12.47^{\circ}$ to $13.39^{\circ}$. (p>0.05).

      • 정상 성인과 편마비 환자의 보행분석 연구

        The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specipic gait parameters for Hemiplegia Patients. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 30 Adult Hemiplegia Patients and 30 normal adult, 50 to 60 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The results were as follows; 1) The mean Cadence of the adult to the hemiplegia were $108.50\pm11.67$ steps/min, to $77.57\pm22.71$ steps/min. 2) The mean Walking Speed of the adult to the hemiplegia were $1.07\pm0.18m/s$, to $0.44\pm0.14m/s.$. 3) The mean Stride Length of the adult to the hemiplegia were $1.17\pm0.12m$, to $0.69\pm0.21m.$ 4) The mean maximal angles of joint on the pelvic tilt for different adult or hemiplegia Were $7.60\pm3.91.,\;to\;9.63\pm4.94.\;(P<0.05)$ 5) The mean maximal angles of joint on the hip flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were $29.53\pm5.03.,\;to\;25.30\pm9.94.\;(p<0.05)$ 6) The mean maximal angles of joint on the knee flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were $56.36\pm5.81.,\;to\; 41.64\pm17.21.(P<0.05)$ 7) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle dorsiflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were $16.65\pm2.72.,\;to\;16.53\pm7.45$(P>0.05) 8) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle plantarflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were $7.11\pm5.42.,\;to\;2.81\pm6.14.$(p<0.05)

        대학 골프선수의 등속성 근력 트레이닝과 심상훈련이 경기력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 대학 골프선수의 등속성 근력 트레이닝과 심상훈련이 경기력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구 대상자는 최근 근·골격계와 정신적으로 이상이 없는 대학 골프 우수 및 비우수 선수 20명이 참가 하였다. 등속성 트레이닝은 Isomed2000 등속성 근력장비를 이용하여, 각속도 60, 180, 240의 강도로 손목, 어깨, 주관절 부위를 실시하였으며, 심상훈련은 점진적 근육이완 훈련기법과 Binaural-beat 훈련을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 페어웨이 안착수는 두 그룹 모두에서 트레이닝 전에 비해 후가 높게 나타났다(p<.01). 둘째, 그린 적중률은 두그룹 모두에서 트레이닝 전에 비해 후가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 퍼팅수는 모든 그룹에서 트레이닝 전에 비해 후가 다소 높은 결과를 나타내었다(p<.01). 넷째, 파 세이브률은 우수집단이 비우수 집단에 비해 높은 결과를 나타내었다. 다섯째, 타수는 집단과 전·후 반복 측정에서 상호작용 효과를 나타내었다(p<.05). 여섯째, 비거리는 두집단 모두 트레이닝 후에 높은 결과를 나타내었다(p<.01). 따라서 등속성 근력 트레이닝과 심상훈련을 실시한 것은 비거리와 같은 골프경기력과 관련된 세부적인 기술요인들을 발전시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 트레이닝을 장기적으로 병행한다면, 경쟁 상태에서의 불안을 감소시키고 근기능을 향상시켜 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of isokinetic muscle training and binaural beat training of college golf players on their performance. The subjects are composed of 20 superior and inferior college golf players with normal skeletomuscular and psychological functions. Isokinetic muscle training was done on the wrist, shoulder and other major joints at angular velocities of 60, 180 and 240 using the IsoMed 2000 equipment, and a gradual muscle relaxing exercise. According to this study, driving accuracy after training was significantly higher (p<0.01) in both groups compared to that before training. Greens in regulation was higher in both groups after training compared to that before training. The standard of putting was also higher in both groups after training compared to that before training (p<0.01). The par save rate was higher in the superior group than that of the inferior group. Repeated measurements made for each group`s game score before and after training showed to have an interacting effect. Driving distance was higher after training compared to that before training in both groups (p<0.01). In conclusion, it is assumed that Isokinetic muscle training and binaural beat training can enhance detailed technical factors. Moreover, if carried out for a significant period of time, they will have positive effects on all groups, independent of their skill level, and reduce anxiety caused by competitive situations and improve muscle functions.

        필라테스 지도자의 수업내용 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze instructional contents Pilates instructors, characteristics of instructional content composition, and provide basic data for efficient Pilates instruction.<br/> The results from the analysis of instructional contents can be summarized as follows: First, instruction consisted of warm-up, main exercise, modification, and cool-down, which varied by instructors: some instructors implemented it in the order of warm-up → main exercise → warm-up and other instructors conducted it in that, without cool-down. Second, for warm-up instruction, Pilates instructors added stretching or yoga that they developed for themselves to relieve muscular tension and then entered warm-up instruction in some cases. Third, as for 10-session instruction, the same program was used for warm-up and cool-down while main exercise and modifications varied by sessions. Fourth, since the instruction was at the early stage for beginners with repetitive contents and thus could make members bored, such instruments as gymball, circle, band, and dumbbells were used to arouse their interest. Fifth, many kinds of music were used in Pilates instruction. Several instructors provided characteristic Pilates instruction with different atmospheres of music. In conclusion, in order to implement Pilates instruction efficiently, it is necessary for an instructor to use the time for supervising, lecturing and structuralization of instructional management efficiently through sufficient instructional plans before instruction in consideration of properties of Pilates to allow learners to spend much time in task-based physical activities and to implement learning tasks clearly and accurately by providing the teaching clue of correctional technique feedback.

        근대 5종 선수의 글루타민 섭취가 혈중 글루타민과 근피로 생체지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of intake of glutamine on changes in glutamine, ammonia, lactic acid and creatin kinase(CK) in the blood after prolonged exercises with sub-maximal intensities targeting modern pentathlon athletes. 14 male modern pentathlon athletes were selected randomly as subjects of this study and were divided into a group of treatment with glutamine(Glu-G) and a group of no treatment(Con-G). The treadmill exercise was carried out at 75% VO₂max for 90 min. Incase of Glu-G, 100mg · kg-1 of glutamine was given in a day for 7 days and the following conclusions were obtained. The level of glutamine in the blood after the treadmill exercise was significantly higher in Glu-G than that in Con-G(p<.01) and ammonia in the blood after treadmill exercise was significantly lower in Glu-G compared with that in Con-G(p<.001). The level of lactic acid and creatine kinase in the blood was significantly lower in Glu-G compared with that in Con-G(p<.001 and p<.01, respectively). The conclusion was drawn in which intake of glutamine gave the positive effect on reduction of muscle fatigue. Since it was confirmed that intake of glutamine gave the positive effect on reduction of CK in the blood, it was thought to consider the intake of glutamine in order to reduce the muscle damage.

        골프선수들의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 재현성 훈련이 퍼팅 시 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study to investigate a effects of muscle activation on reproducibility training using computer simulation during putting in university. Subjects were participated twenty and divided ten people as each group. Results as follow. First, brachioradialis activation of program group who did reproducibility training using computer simulation was significantly decrease than control group. Second, Flexor carpi radialis activation of program group was significantly decrease than control group. Third, Flexor carpi ulnaris activation of program group who did reproducibility training using computer simulation was much decrease than control group, Fourth, Erector spinae activation of program group was significantly decrease than control group. Thus, there was positive effect on muscle relax from reproducibility training using computer simulation. Therefore, if it will apply long period to perform reproducibility training in cyber-space, that can be useful function for improving golf performance in golfer.

        점진적 과제지향 집단 운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행능력에 미치는 효과

        Objective : This study was conducted to examine the effect of the progressive task-oriented exercise remedy on the balance and gait of stroke patients. Method : 15 patients were treated only with conventional physical remedy, whereas the other group of 15 patients was treated with conventional physical remedy and progressive task-oriented group exercise remedy. Each training was conducted for 8 weeks, 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Fugl-Meyer test, Time Up & Go test, Gait speed test, and the Berg balance test were conducted for every patient, and the following are the results of the study. using SPSS (ver. 12.0). Results : The balance and gait of the study group significantly improved (p<.05). As for the balance and gait of the patients, the changes in the study group significantly increased in the FMA, TUG, and GST except in the BBS(p<.05). Conclusion : From this study, it was found that the progressive task-oriented group exercise remedy can effectively improve the balance and gait of stroke patients.
