This paper proposed a winding method of multi-output transformers for improving the output voltage regulation of multi-output flyback converters. Because of the difference of the number of turns and wire sizes, couplings of windings are low, the building of multi-output transformers is difficult. The proposed multi-output transformer is designed for maximum placement in the width of the bobbin by the multiple parallel strands of wire or the regular interval for each windings. As applied the proposed multi-output transformer to the circuit, they can build the multi-output power supply without additional cost with the improved output voltage regulation. The 20[W] flyback converter of two outputs in the input AC 85∼265[V] is designed and built. The output voltage regulation at the load variation of each is confirmed with the superiority by experiment.
