대학병원의 내분비내과 외래에는 늘 당뇨병 환자들로 붐빈다. 그렇다면 당뇨병 다음으로 많은 환자들이 내분비내과를 찾는 이유는 무엇일까? 다름 아닌 갑상선 질환 때문이다. 그런데 '갑상선' 이라고 하면 생소해 하는 분들이 많다. 방패 모양으로 생겼다고 해서 갑상선이라고이름이 붙은 이 기관은 목 앞쪽에 마치 바위에 살포시 앉은 나비처럼 자리하고 있다. 20g을 넘지 않은 작은 기관이라고 얕잡아 봐서는 안된다. 갑상선이 우리 몸에서 차지하는 비중은 몸집 이상이기 때문이다.

당뇨병으로 인해 핏 속의 포도당인 혈당이 오랜 기간 높게 지속되면 우리 몸의 콩팥, 눈, 신경, 혈관은 손상을 입는다. 그 결과로 투석을 하게 되거나 시력을 잃을 수도 있다. 또한 신경 합병증으로 손과 발이 저리고 따끔거려 잠을 잘 이루지 못하거나 별안간 가슴에 심한 통증을 느끼기도 하고, 뇌졸중으로 쓰러질 수도 있다. 그런데, 더 무서운 것은 당뇨병이 심한 합병증을 일으킬 때까지 별다른 증상이 없기 때문에 대부분 대수롭지 않게 여기는 데에 있다. 당뇨병환자의 건강한 삶을 위해서 무엇보다 중요한 혈당조절, 왜 어려운지를 살펴보자.

현대인들은 매일매일 반복된 나날을 보낸다. 일을 하다보면 몸은 천근만근이고 어느새 또 하루가 저문다. 그렇게 일상에서의 스트레스와 피로를 쌓아가 결국에는 아침이 와도 눈을 뜨고 자리에서 일어나는게 힘들어진다. 풀리지 않는 피로, 어떻게 하면 좋아질 수 있을까 하고 영양제도 챙겨 먹어 보지만 기대만큼 쉽게 달라지지 않는다. 만성피로, 과연 무엇이 문제일까?

자율주행자동차와 관련된 책임법제와 보험제도에 대한 고찰

국토교통부는2020년3단계자율주행자동차상용화를목표로, 2017. 3. 31. “자율주행자동차의안전운행요건및시험운행등에관한규정”을개정하여자동차손해배상보장법의적용및자동차보험의무가입을규정하였다. 3단계자율주행자동차의경우에는, 자동차손해배상보장법에 의해 규율하는 것이 법리상 가능하고 피해자 보호를 위한 입법취지에 부합한다. 다만, 제조사에 대한구상을위해, 자율주행프로그램을제조물책임법상 제조물의 정의에 포함시키고, 제조물 자체의 결함에 대하여도 입증책임 완화 내지 전환의 법리를 적용하며, 자율주행프로그램에 의한 주행시 발생한 사고에 대하여는 제조물의 결함을 추정하는 근거 규정을 마련하여야 한다. 자동차손해배상보장법과 자동차보험 약관의 정비를 통하여, 자동차보험사와 자동차 제조사간 구상 절차를 마련하여 둘 필요도 있다. 같은 취지에서, 자동차보험이제조물배상책임보다자율주행자동차교통사고로인한피해자보상에있어더 적절하고 효율적이다. 다만, 자율주행프로그램에 따라 자동차가 운행되고 있는 동안에 발생한사고에서는, 운전자를타인으로보아보상하거나, 제조사에전부구상하는내용으로약관 개정이 필요하다. 제조사로 하여금자율주행자동차 출고시 강제적으로제조물책임보험에 가입하도록 하는 제도도 시행되어야 할 것이다. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) revised the “Act on Autonomous Vehicles Driving Safety Requirements and Trial Operations”on 31 March 2017, which there is a mandatory obligation to being applied of Automobile Compensation Guarantee Act and obtain Car insurance, aiming for the commercial use of 3rd stage autonomous vehicles in 2020. The 3rd stage autonomous vehicles could be regulated under the Automobile Compensation Guarantee Act, and further in accordance with its legislative purpose to protect victims. However, providing for the right of recourse against car manufacture, the autonomous driving program is necessary to be included in the definition of “products”, legal rules such as “relief of responsibility for proof” or “shift the burden of proof”shall be applied to the defects of products themselves, and the defect detection provision for accidents during autonomous driving have to be established, on Product Liability Act. It is also necessary to prepare procedures of recourse between the car insurance company and the car manufacturer, through amendments to the Automobile Compensation Guarantee Act or the Terms of Car Insurance. For the same reason, Car insurance is more appropriate and effective in compensating victims of autonomous vehicles accidents than Product liability insurance. However, it is necessary to revise the terms of Car insurance to compensate the driver as a third party or to claim full recourse against the manufacturer, for accidents during autonomous driving. It is also necessary for car manufacturers to compulsorily purchase Product liability insurance when they release autonomous vehicles.

체감형 스포츠 게임의 운동 효과 비교 평가

체감형 스포츠 게임은 모션 센서나 카메라 등을 활용하여 신체 움직임을 기반으로 운동하는 게임으로 게임을 즐기면서 체력 향상 등 운동 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 기존 연구에서 체감형 스포츠 게임 관련하여 사용성 평가 등 다양한 분야의 연구들이 진행되었다. 하지만 아직까지 체감형 스포츠 게임을 개인플레이 또는 팀플레이 할 때 사용자들에게 어떻게 운동 효과를 미치는 지 논의가 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개인플레이와 팀플레이가 가능한 닌텐도 스위치 게임을 이용하여 사용자의 ECG(Electrocardiogram) 심전도 정보와 키넥트 센서의 골격 정보를 측정하여 사용자의 운동 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 실험 설계와 방법 그리고 심전도와 키넥트 기반의 정량적 측정 결과와 실험 후 주관적인 설문조사에 대한 분석 결과를 토론한다. A motion-based sports game uses a motion sensor or a camera to exercise based on body movements, and it is possible to obtain exercise effects such as improving physical strength while enjoying the game. In prior works, various studies such as usability evaluation has been conducted on motion-based sports games. However, there has been no discussion about how the exercise effect is exerted on users when experiencing motion-based sports games as individual or team play. This study compared the user's exercise effects by analyzing the user's ECG (Electrocardiogram) sensor and the Kinect sensor's skeletal information using Nintendo Switch game that is played individually and as a team. In this paper, the experimental design and method, the quantitative measurement results based on ECG and Kinect, and the results of the post-test subjective measurement are discussed.

2019년 코로나 19의 영향으로 지역경제의 일자리창출이나 제품 생산 및 유통 등 경제적 성과 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 사회혁신기업의 피해는 매우 심각한 상태이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 비대면 환경하에서 새로운 콘텐츠와 기술이 융합되는 AR(Augmented Reality) 및 최근 AR과 VR(Virtual Reality), MR(Mixted Reality)등을 포괄하여 다양한 기술로 현실과 비슷한 가상공간에서 시공간 제약 없이 소통하고 생활할 수 있는 기술인 XR(eXpende Reality)기술을 적용한 마케팅 요소가 사회혁신기업의 기업이미지와 경제적성과 및 사회적 가치의 실현에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증하고자 하였다. 가설검증 결과 AR VR의 실재적 몰입감은 신뢰이미지와 공헌이미지에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 AR VR의 접근의 용이성은 신뢰이미지와 공헌이미지에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 신뢰이미지도 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 가치 실현에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 기업의 공헌이미지도 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 가치 실현에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 주의깊게 살펴볼 수 있는 것은 바로 AR VR의 마케팅 요소가 사회혁신기업에게 새로운 대안으로 활용될 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. The damage of socially innovative companies, which has a direct impact on economic performance, such as job creation or product production and distribution, in the local economy due to the impact of Corona 19 in 2019 is in a very serious state. In this situation, this study covers AR (Augmented Reality) where new contents and technologies are fused under non-face-to-face environments, and recently AR, VR (Virtual Reality), and MR (Mixted Reality). The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the impact of marketing activities applying XR (eXpende Reality) technology, a technology that enables people to communicate and live without time and space constraints, on the corporate identity, economic performance, and realization of social values of socially innovative companies. In addition, the ease of access to AR and VR was found to have a significant effect on both the trust image and the contribution image. The trust image of a company was found to have a significant effect on both the economic performance and the realization of social value, and the contribution image of the company was also found to have a significant effect on both the economic performance and social value of the company. Therefore, what can be carefully examined in this study suggests that the marketing plan of AR and VR can be used as a new alternative for socially innovative companies.The results of the study suggested the following. First, since village enterprises are also enterprises, they should be able to develop and sell differentiated business models that consumers want if minimum profits (labor costs) are not guaranteed even if management performance is insufficient. Second, it is urgent to take measures to raise operating costs as the project is completed this year, as it is operating public utility projects that meet the needs of local residents rather than profit projects and the proportion of project costs for living and cultural communities is also seen.
