        The significance implied in Kim, Ji-Ha"s discourse in 『Samcheonri』 looks narrow but is wide. It is because the "political nature of non-political nature" pursued by the magazine was melted in there. 『Samcheonri』 should have liked the position of Kim, Ji-Ha as an obscure poet, i. e. a man of culture but the result he would yield should have been known to be sufficiently political. Most part of the effect of the Kim, Ji-Ha"s discourse on the community of Korean residents in Japan should have been forecastable. Kim, Ji-Ha"s idea on democracy and the dictatorship had been displayed as a desirable shape of home country hoped by the community of Korean residents in Japan. Also Kim, Ji-Ha"s grand attitude against advanced countries (U. S. A., Russia and Japan) has been greatly encouraging the Korean public in Japan and also gave generated the recognition that the future of home country was not so dark. In addition, in the situation that only the stories of oppressed Korean public had been introduced in Japan and other countries by the superficial articles of Japanese press, introducing the aspect of Korean public that was like grass-roots was an important thing to the Korean public in Japan. Together with the aspect that it would provide proper perception on Korean public to make the life of Korean public in Japan positive, it is imaginable there should have been the pleasure of themselves that it might enhance the grade of their life by one stair. Although Kim, Ji-Ha"s theory on unification was deficient of reality, it suggested the way of Korean public to go forward criticizing both of the systems thus the Korean public in Japan accommodated it as the blueprint for the future in the times of separation and spared the space of 『Samcheonri』. 『Samcheonri』 has fulfilled the role as a special magazine for the Korean public in Japan. It gave a deep consideration on how the community of Korean public in Japan would accommodate the reality of Korean politics and the movement of democratization and tried to deliver the opinion of Korean public in Japan on home country by an appropriate mixture of politics and culture. The expression of their will on democratization and unification through the window termed Kim, Ji-Ha was one of the few "cultural" way of 『Samcheonri』 and Korean public in Japan to participate in the future of home country.

        테니스선수의 성별과 수준에 따른 경쟁불안의 변화

        The purpose of this study is to help players give full play to their game competency by timely adjusting it before the play, after examining change of competitive anxiety level by sex and technical level of tennis player, and time-to-even. This study selected 90 male and female players (male 40, female 50 / Superior group 44, Inferior group 46 persons) who participated in the 54th Student Championships, Korea as the subject, and used CSAI-2 questionnaires developed by Martens to measure cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence. After then, this study checked them by 5-step time-to-even paradigm including one-week, 2days, a day, 2 hours, and 30 minutes before play, which was applied by Jones, Swain, and Cale. This study carried out repetitive analysis of variance by using SPSS statistical program to test the difference of competitive anxiety by sex, technical level, and time. The results are as follows: 1. There wasn't any significant difference between male and female players at the level of cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence by sex. 2. There wasn't any significant difference between superior players and inferior players at cognitive anxiety by technical level. But superior player showed higher self-confidence and lower somatic anxiety in comparison with inferior players. 3. The cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety by time were increased to all the players including male and female players, superior and inferior player when the game was pressing, while the level of self-confidence was gradually reduced to them when the game was pressing. In conclusion, their competitive anxiety supported the theory called by multi-dimensional, so to lower the level of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety and to raise the level of self-confidence appeared to be a device which can promote game competency. Accordingly it is necessary to apply different technique to reduce anxiety by level of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety with developing a training program which can raise self-confidence.

        병원 간호사의 정서적 소진에 대한 주관성: Q방법론 적용

        본 연구는 병원간호사의 정서적 소진에 대한 주관성과 그 특성을 비교 분석하여 병원간호사의 정서적 소진감소 전략에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. Q 방법론을 이용하여 병원간호사 40명을 P표본으로 하여, 이들이 증상, 원인, 대처의 3개 범주로 이루어진 38개의 Q표본을 9점 척도Q 분포도상에 강제분포 하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 병원간호사의 정서적 소진은 4개 유형으로 분류되었으며 1유형은 ‘전문성 지향형’, 2유형은 ‘에너지 고갈형’, 3유형은 ‘관계지향형’, 4유형은 ‘마인드 컨트롤형’으로 나타났다. 공통적으로 지각한 정서적 소진의 원인은 업무와 관련하여 좋지 않은 상황이나 결과였으며 정서적 소진감소를 위해서는 환자안전을 위한 시스템 개선이 동반되어야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 소진의 핵심적인 영역인 정서적 소진에 초점을 맞추어 병원간호사의 주관적 인식구조를 분류하여 확인하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the emotional exhaustion strategies of hospital nurses by comparing the subjective characteristics and the characteristics of emotional exhaustion of hospital nurse. Forty health care providers classified 38 selected Q-statements into 9 points standard. The obtained data were analyzed by using a pc-QUANAL program. Principal Component Analysis identified 4 types of the attitudes toward Emotional Exhaustion among the Hospital Nurses and named by researcher. Type Ⅰ is ‘Expertise’, type Ⅱ is ‘Energy depletion’, type Ⅲ is ‘Oriented relationship’, and type Ⅳ is ‘Mind control’. The consensus cause of perceived emotional exhaustion was a bad situation or result in relation to work. So, suggesting that system improvement for patient safety should be accompanied by reduced emotional exhaustion.

        의료인과 일반인의 연명치료에 대한 태도

        본 연구는 Q방법론을 이용해 연명치료에 대한 의료인과 일반인의 태도의 주관적 구조를 확인하고 상호지향성(Co-orientation) 시각으로 접근하여 분석함으로써 상호간 이해의 폭을 확장시키고자 하였다. 연구대상은 의료인 29명과 일반인 25명을 P표본으로 하여 33개의 Q-표본을 자신의 입장과 상대방의 입장에서 각각 7점 척도상에 강제분포 하도록 하였다. 의료인은 3개 유형(연명치료 반대형, 사전의사결정 중시형, 객관적 판단중시형), 의료인이 지각한 일반인의 태도 또한 3개 유형(무의미한 연명치료 거부형, 합리적 상황판단형, 주체적 존엄성 강조형)이 발견되었다. 일반인은 3개 유형(삶의 애착형, 연명치료 거부형, 종교적 신념형), 일반인이 지각한 의료인의 태도 3개 유형(생명 중시형, 연명치료 반대형, 사전의사결정 중시형)이 발견되었다. 이를 상호지향성 시각에서 분석한 결과 의료인은 일반인의 ‘삶의 애착형’과 ‘종교적 신념형’을 이해하지 못하였다. 일반인은 의료인의 ‘객관적 판단 중시형’에 대한 이해가 부족하였으며 실제 의료인에게 발견되지 않은 ‘생명중시형’이 존재할 것으로 생각하였다. 의료인과 일반인의 연명치료에 대한 공통적인 의견은 ‘본인의 사전의사결정에 따라 연명치료를 결정해야 한다’는 것이었다. 연명치료에 대한 태도의 차이를 좁히기 위해서 의료인은 임상현장에서 일반인의 생명에 대한 애착과 종교적 신념 등을 고려해야 하며, 우리의 사회문화적 맥락을 고려한 사전의료의향서(advance directive, AD)작성을 정착시키기 위한 여건의 조성과 정책적 도입이 시급하다. This study identified the subjectivity of health professionals and the general public about the Life Sustaining Treatment (LST) by using Q-methodology, and was intended to expand the mutual understand by analyzing the co-orientation look. A convenience sample of 29 health professionals and 25 general public classified 33 selected Q statements into 7 point grid. Health professionals had three (LST opposite, pre-decision oriented, objective judgment adherent) types. It showed that the attitude of the general public by health professionals perception had three (meaningless LST rejecting, rational situation assessing, subjective dignity highlighting) types. The general public had three (life attached, LST rejecting, religion dependent) types. It indicated that the attitude of health professionals by the general public cognition had three (life cherished, LST opposite, pre-decision oriented) types. As a result of the analysis of these relations in the co-orientational look, health professionals did not understand the general public’s life attached and religion dependent types. The general public had a lack of understanding about ‘the objective judgment adherent type’ of health professionals and thought that there is a ‘life weighty type" not founded actually. A consensus view of the health professionals and the general public revealed that was "according to patient’s pre-decision making, LST must be determined". To narrow the difference of attitude for LST, health professionals should consider the life attached and religion dependent types of general public in clinical practice. Developing a system to generate the advance directive (AD) considering Korean socio-cultural context, we should try to create the environment and it is urgent to introduce policies.

        간호사의 이직의도 영향요인

        본 연구는 내부마케팅, 간호 전문직관, 정서적 소진과 개인적 성취감을 이용하여 병원 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고, 설명력을 확인하기 위해 수행한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 서울과 충북지역의 2개 대학병원 간호사 270명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 5월부터 6월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 단계적 다중회귀분석(Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 간호사 이직의도의 평균값은 3.91±0.53, 내부마케팅은 2.58±0.48, 간호전문직관은 3.30±0.64, 정서적 소진은 3.23±0.64, 개인적 성취감은 3.24±0.41이었다. 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인은 정서적 소진(ß= .28, p<.001), 내부마케팅(ß= -.22, p<.001), 간호 전문직관(ß= .19, p=.010), 근무부서-외래(ß= .22, p=.021), 직위-책임간호사(ß= -.303, p=.007), 학력-석사이상(ß= .28, p=.031)이었다. 이들은 이직의도를 25.1% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호사 이직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 정서적 소진이므로 정서적 소진을 감소시키는 중재는 이직의도를 감소시키는데 중요한 전략이 될 것이다. 아울러 내부마케팅과 간호전문직관을 증가시키기 위한 활동 또한 이직의도를 감소시킬 것이다. 본 연구결과는 구체적인 이직의도 감소프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으므로 맞춤형 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 추후 그 효과를 분석할 것을 제언한다. Purpose: This study was to identify internal marketing, nursing professionalism, emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment that influence turnover intention among hospital nurses and to predict in turnover intention. Methods: A cross-sectional sample of 270 hospital nurses from 2 university hospitals in Seoul and Chungbuk, South Korea. The data were collected from May to June, 2013 and using analyzed with t-test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS 19.0 program. Results: The mean score for nurse turnover was 3.91±0.53, internal marketing 2.58±0.48, nursing professionalism 3.30±0.64, emotional exhaustion 3.23±0.64, and personal accomplishment 3.24±0.41. The significant factors of turnover intention were emotional exhaustion, internal marketing, nursing professionalism, work unit, nurse position, and education. And these factors explained 25.1% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: The results from this study indicated a need to develop the intervention program to prevent turnover intention. These findings establish a baseline that will lead to further research.
