본 연구는 농업R&D 평가의 중요한 요소인 생산성, 시장성, 지역파급성을 기초로 우수한 농업 R&D의 특성을 분석하여 향후 농업R&D 개발방향의 시사점을 마련하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석대상은 2006년부터 2018년까지 국가연구개발우수성과에 선정된 농촌진흥청의 R&D이며, 우선순위는 계층분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 상위 평가기준의 중요도는 시장성(0.423) > 지역파급성(0.360) > 생산성(0.216)의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 하위 평가기준의 중요도를 분석한 결과, 시장성의 경우 사업화 가능성(0.515)이, 지역파급성의 경우 보급확대 가능성(0.538)이, 생산성의 경우 품질향상(0.464)이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도가 상대적으로 높게 나타난 우수성과는 원예작물의 농업경쟁력 향상과 관련된 기술이 다수 포함되었다. 특히, 원예작물의 품종개발 및 수출, 환경변화에 취약한 원예작물의 병해충 진단 및 친환경 농약 개발, 벌의 대량 생산 및 실용화를 통한 원예작물과의 시너지 효과 창출 등과 관련된 R&D의 순위가 높게 나타났다. 농업R&D는 농업기술혁신을 통해 국민의 삶의 질 향상을 견인해 왔다. 다만, 농업환경이 빠르게 변화되고, 다양한 스마트기술이 농업현장에 접목되고 있는 상황에서 생산성의 향상 보다는 시장성이 요구되고 있다. 또한, ‘지역특화작목 연구개발 및 육성에 관한 법률’의 제정과 함께 지역의 특성에 적합하고, 비교우위 가진 기술의 지역적 보급확대가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구가 농촌진흥기관이 지역특화작목을 육성하고, 경쟁력을 향상하는 과정에서 요구되는 농업R&D의 개발방향을 결정하는 데 도움이 되길 기대한다. This study aimed to suggest implications for the future development of agricultural R&D through a priority analysis of excellent agricultural R&D performance considering productivity, marketability, and effects on region, which are important factors of agricultural R&D evaluation. The subjects of analysis were R&D of Rural Development Administration (RDA), which was selected as national R&D excellent Performance from 2006 to 2018, and the priority was analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results are as follows. First, the relative importance of the criteria decreased in the order of marketability(0.423) > regional impact(0.360) > productivity(0.216). Second, as a result of analyzing the relative importance of the sub-criteria, the possibility of commercialization(0.515) was high in the category of marketability. The possibility of technology expansion(0.538) was high in the category of effects on region and the quality improvement(0.464) was high in the category of productivity. Third, the excellent agricultural R&D performance that had high relative importance was the technologies associated with improving the agricultural competitiveness of horticultural crops.

저자들은 고혈압이 동반된 29세, 45XO/46XX 모자이키즘, Turner 증후군 환자에서 고혈압의 원인이 갈색 세포종인 증례를 경험하였다. 또 문헌 고찰를 통해서 Turner 증후군과 갈색세포종의 연관성을 살펴 보았다. 따라서 Turner증후군 환자에서 고혈압이 발견될 때에는 갈색세포종의 가능성을 확인해야 하겠다. Several congenital anomalies in Turner's syndrome frequently include coarctation of the aorta and urinary tract malformations. These anomalies are occasionally associated with hypertension, but idiopathic hypertension also is common in adult Turner's syndrome. A case of hypertension in 29 year-old female patient with 45XO/46XX mosaic, Turner's syndrome is presented. The hypertension proved to have been to left adrenal gland pheochromocytoma by biochemical tests, computed tomography, and pathologic examination. Through literature review, we recognized that Turner's syndrome among children and young adults has a preponderance of neurogenic tumor and 2 cases of pheochromocytoma associated with Turner's syndrome had been reported. This case illustrates that neurogenic tumor including pheochromocytoma may be more frequently associate with Tuner's syndrome than is expected at present. The possibility of pheochromocytoma should be considered when evaluating hypertensive patient with Turner's syndrome.
