        This study aimed to investigate whether postural sway was decreased or not by the external input of cutaneous sense. To achieve this purpose we provided very weak stimulation of the nonmechanically supportive force levels at lateral arms of subjects. 10 men & 10 women, who were healthy in their twenties, participated. Modified Rhomberg's test was performed for them with no control(the contrast group), cutaneous sensory input on bared skin & on shaved skin respectively. subsequently postural sway was measured temporary & quantitatively on the active balancer manufactured by Sakai, Japan. T-tests were carried out to compare statistical differences among the groups(p < .05). consequently there was significant temporal difference between the sensory provided group and the contrast group, but no difference on the other comparisos.

        The 39 items were examined four times about the groundwater at Daebul University 72 beongi, san-ho ri, sam-ho myun, young-arm gun, jeollanam-do, Korea. That items have 4 categories, that are microbes, harmful minerals and organic substances, and esthetic factors. Sampled groundwaters had been satisfied that 4 categories. But the ecological conditions of the Daebul university are very rapidly changes, which have a contamination possibility. So, we have to scane the groundwater of Daebul University.

        The study on the water treatment plant of Jikok, Sangkwan, and Daeseong for one year showed that items, such as hydrogen ion concentration, Dissolved Oxygen, Suspended Solid and nitrate, etc., varied respectively, but all items coincide with the standard values. But in Jikok water treatment plant, coliform bacteria increased rapidly, and the value of BOD also increased. The study on treated water seemed that all items except nitrate and sulfonate properly treated and agreed to the standard values. In case of chlorine residues, they were found much during winter, so it needs shortening the input during winter season.

        토양미생물 생태계의 발달지표에 관한 연구

        To determine the successional level of soil ecosystem, microbial population was examined and environmental factors were measured. Sampling site were evergreen forests area. Among the environmental factors, total organic matter was ranged 11.880(Yesong-Ri, Wando-Gun, Jeoranam-Do)∼66.20㎎/g dried soil(Ggamak Island, Kangjin-Gun, Jeoranam-Do) in surface soil and 4.500(Mok Island, Uljoo-Kun Kyungsangbuk-Do)∼17.000㎎/g dried soi(Ggamak Island, Kangjin-Gun, Jeoranam-Do) in deep soil. Average total organic matter were 23.940 in surface soil and 11.988㎎/g dried soil in 15㎝ depth of soil. Soluble sugar content were measured from 0.045(Maengsun-ri, Wando-Gun, Jeoranam-Do) to 0.172㎎/g dried soil(Mira-ri, Wando-Gun, Jeoranam-Do) and average was 0.103㎎/g dried soil in surface. In 15㎝ depth of soil, it was ranged 0.019 (Maengwun-Ri, Wando-Gun, Jeoranam-Do)∼10.131㎎/g dried soil and average was 0.065㎎/g dried soil. On the basis of these experimental data, S/O value, the ratio of soluble sugar against total organic matter, in surface soil was ranged 0.002(Ggamak Island, Kangjin-Gun, Jeoranam-Do)∼0.095 (Jindo-Gun. Jeoranam-Do), and average was 0.005. And also it was ranged 0.001 (Maengsun-Ri, Wando-Gun. Jeoranam-Do) in lower depth of soil and average was 0.006. And all of S/O value were higher than 0.00371 in Mt. Palwang, 0.0018 in Mt. Weolchul and 0.0005 in Mt. Jukyeop. However, they were much lower than 0.0252 in Mt. Jiri and 0.16 in Mt. Kyebang. From the above result, it can be concluded that S/O value, the ratio of soluble sugar against total organic matter, in soil, was useful parameters for soil environment of climax forest in ecosystem.

        The excessive microflora biomass was caused stock breedings sewage and the less contaminated one with chemicals. It is difficult that increase of microflora in the 'Daebul Industrial Complex', for the deficiency of degradable nutrient materials. and It is the decrease of biomass that Complex's soil contamination with chemicals. The recovery of Young-San river is possible only in the condition which that keep the contamination from upstreems. It is possible that monitering of the river contamination with colon counting of adjacent soil. The more contaminate of the river the more danger a health of residents.

      • 지하수 미생물과 환경요인의 상호관계

        지하수내의 생물과 환경요인과의 상관관계를 파악하기 위하여 1995년 9월 전라남도내 3개 시, 18개 군에 산재하는 지하관정 59개소의 지하수를 채수하여 조사하였다. 채수시 관정의 깊이는 평균 80.1 m 이었다. 지하수의 물리적 환경요인인 수소이온의 농도와 수온은 각각 6.9, 20.1$^{\circ}C$의 평균값을 나타내었다. 화학적 요인인 평균 용존산소량과 평균 질산성 질소는 각각 6.5 mg/l, 10.7 mg/1으로 존재하였다. 이와 같은 물리화학적 환경하에서의 미생물의 분포양상에 있어, 평균 종속영양세균-NA (HPC-NA)수 1.4$\times$$10^3$CFU/ml으로 나타났고 평균 종속영양세균-YEPD(HPC-YEPD)수는 0.59$\times$$10^3$ CFU/ml으로 종속영양세균-NA수의 42.1% 수준에 달하였다. 대장균군은 전체 59개소 중 27.1%인 16개소에서 검출되었고 평균 6.7 CFU/ml이었고, 일반균류는 23.7%인 14개소에서 검출되었으며 검출 지점에서의 평균은 3.9 CFU/ml이었다. 지하수의 물리화학적 환경요인과 종속영양세균-NA및 종속영양세균-YEPD의 상관분석 결과, 종속영양세균-NA에 대한 용존산소의 상관지수가 0.0872로, 정 상관을 보였으며, 다른 환경요인들은 세균의 생장에는 부 상관을 나타냈다. 종속영양세균-YEPD의 각 환경요인과의 상관지수는 수소이온 농도 0.0957, 수온 0.0019, 질산성 질소 0.0151로 정 상관을 보였다. 종속영양세균-NA수에 영향을 미치는 환경요인의 순서는 수온, 용존산소, 수소이온의 농도, 관정의 깊이 그리고 질산성 질소량이었고, 종속영양세균-YEPD는 수소이온의농도, 용존산소, 질산성 질소, 관정의 깊이, 수온의 순서로 그 영향을 미쳤다. This study was conducted to find out the relationship between microflora in groundwater and its physico-chemical environmental factors at the 59 sites, where distributed at 3 cities and 18 counties in Jeonranam-Do, Korea. The average values of environmental factors were as followings; pH 6.9, temperature 20.1 $^{\circ}C$, dissolved oxygen 6.5 mg/1, the depth of wells 80.1 m, and nitrate 10.7 mg/1. The average value of microbial population size; Heterotrophic bacteria-NA (HPC-NA) and heterotrophic bacteria-YEPD (HPC-YEPD) were 1.4${\times}$10$^3$CFU/ml and 0.59${\times}$10$^3$ CFU/ml respectively HPC-YEPD numbers were 42.1% of HPC-YEPD. Coliform bacteria were detected at 16 sites, and its average numbers were 6.7 CFU/ml. General fungi were detected at 14 sites, and its had average numbers were 3.9 CFU/ml. The correlation coefficient was calculated value as relation index between the microbial population sizes and environmental factors in groundwater. In case of HPC-NA, the correlation coefficient value with dissolved oxygen was 0.087 But it showed negative correlation coefficient with other factors. In case of HPC-YEPD, the correlation coefficient value with pH, temperature and nitrate were 0.0957, 0.0019 and 0.0151 respectively. It was concluded that the population size of HPC-NA were influenced by the order of temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and the depth of wells and that HPC-YEPD were influenced by the order of pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, the depth of wells and temperature.

      • 한양학원 폐수의 미생물학적 처리에 관한 연구

        한강수계인 안양천에서 유출되는 산업페수에서 카드뮴과 납에 내성을 지니며 이들 중금속을 축적하는 균주 HYM 2., HYM 40을 분리하여 동정한 효모인 Torulopsis inconspicua로 밝혀졌다. 납의 경우 180mg/g dried cell, 카드뮴의 경우 147.5mg/g dried cell까지 축적한는 것을 확인하였다. 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 이들 중금속은 주로 세포막에 축적되는 것으로 나타났다. 이 균주를 한양학원 폐수를 재료로 하여 pilot system에 적용한 결과 원폐수만을 적용했을 때보다는 활성슬러지를 첨가했을 때 (MLSS를 2000∼3000mg/ㅣ로 보정), 특히 분리된 균주를 적용시켰을 때 중금속의 제거 효율이 훨씬 더 증가하였다. 이는 환경오염원을 제어하는 균주를 직접 실공정에 적용할 수 있는 가의 가능성을 타진할 수 있었다. Two strains of yeasts, HYM 20 and HYM 40, which have resistance against heavy metals such as cadmium and lead and have ability to accumulate the heavy metal were isolated in the industrial sewage drained from Anyang stream. These strains of yeasts were identified as Torulopsis inconspicua. This yeast accumulated lead upto 180mg/g dried cell and cadmium 147.5mg/g dried cell. In the electron microscopic analysis, it was observed that the heavy metals were accumulated within the cell membrane. In the application of wastewater from Hanyang University to the A₂/0 system, increased accumulation was observed when the original sewage was added with active slvge by comparison with the sewage alone. particulaly, when added with sluge and isolated strains, higher increasemant of accumulation was boserved than in the former cases. These results showed the possibilities for the practical elimination of heavy metal pollutants.

        최근 유비쿼터스 기술이 발달함에 따라 센서 네트워크에서 다양한 하드웨어를 통하여 수집한 상황정보를 도시하는 SWE(Sensor Web Enablement)연구가 OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)를 중심으로 진행된다. 본 논문에서 다양한 센서 네트워크로부터 실시간으로 수집되는 상황 데이터를 통합하고 처리한 정보를 웹 서비스를 통해 제공하기 위해 콘텐츠 지원 도구를 제시한다. 제시된 센서 네트워크 기반의 콘텐츠 지원 도구는 상황 데이터를 효율적으로 웹 서비스를 통해 제공할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 클라이언트의 요구에 따라 상황정보를 제공 할 수 있고, 센서 네트워크의 상황 데이터를 효율적으로 사용자에게 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
