        지역 기업체의 여성인력 채용수요 특성에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 기업체가 어떤 인적자원 특성을 가진 여성인력을 선호하고 채용하는가라는 물음에서 시작하였다. 연구는 충남 서북부권에 있는 기업체를 대상으로 1)선호하는 여성인력특성, 2)채용조건 고려도, 3)여성고용지원제도 활용 변수를 통해 기업체의 여성인력 채용수요 특성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면, 기업이 선호하는 여성인력 특성 중에서 연령, 학력, 채용직종, 채용형태, 제시임금은 업종 간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 직업훈련 필요성과 채용경로는 업종 간 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 기업은 선발요건으로 거주지와 경력을 중요하게 여겼고 채용조건 가운데 업종별 차이를 보이는 변수는 연령과 학력으로 서비스업체가 젊고 고학력인 여성을 채용하는 경향을 보였다. 반면 거주지, 경력(근무경험), 업무 기능·기술 및 자격증은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 여성고용지원제도는 활용 비율이 낮아 기업의 고용현 장에서 제대로 정착되지 못하고 있었다. 연구 결과가 기업체의 여성인력 채용 활성화에 제시하는 시사점과 과제는 업종에 따른 취업지원체계 세분화, 인턴쉽 확대와 회사생활 적응교육을 중심으로 한 직업훈련과정의 재편, 지역사회 단위에서 공공취업지원기관의 역할과 기능 확대, 일자리 중심의 그리고 근로 시간을 지지하는 보육시스템 마련, 젠더 친화적인 채용수요 증가를 위한 기업의 적극적 노동시장정책 추진이다. This study began with the question, "Female workers with what characteristics of human resources are preferred and recruited by enterprises?". An empirical analysis was carried out on characteristics of recruitment of female workers by enterprises, targeted at enterprises in northwestern region of Chungcheongnam-do, with the variables such as 1) preferred characteristics of female workers, 2) consideration of conditions of recruitment, 3) female employment support system, using quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The summarized result of the analysis showed that significant differences existed among types of businesses in age, level of education, types of occupation for which recruitment was conducted, forms of employment, and proposed wages, from among all the characteristics of female workers that are preferred by enterprises. However, necessity of vocational training and channel of recruitment did not show any differences among types of businesses. Variables in conditions of recruitment that showed differences among types of businesses were age and level of education; service providers displayed a tendency to hire young and highly educated female workers. On the other hand, place of residence, employment history (work experience), business skills and technique as well as certificates did not demonstrate significant differences; however, enterprises gave great consideration to ``place of residence`` and ``employment history``. Female employment support system had a low ratio of utilization, which proved that it was not properly established in the field of employment by enterprises. The implications and tasks that are suggested by the result of the study in regard to the vitalization of recruitment of female workers by enterprises are subdivision of employment support system by types of businesses, reorganization of vocational training course focused on training for adaptation to work environment and internship, expansion of roles and functions of public institutes for employment support, provision of child-care system which supports the idea of laying emphasis on occupation and working hours, and promotion of active labor-market policy by enterprises for the sake of growth of demand for female-friendly recruitment.

        음운변화의 점진성과 비약성

        The gradualness or abruptness of a sound change has long been under heated controversy. In this study various approaches have been surveyed to make all of us realize that it is such a slippery business that there can be no decisive evidence of the dispute. Some allegations in previous literature as a rule have been based on simple statistics or one-sided views. It is concluded that a metric system for measuring the degree of sound changes, prior to the controversy, is needed. It is also necessary that future investigations must be focused on explaining the ``first actuation`` of linguistic changes.

        대전 지역 결혼이민자의 일 경험 영향요인 분석

        본 연구는 대전 지역에 거주하는 결혼이민자의 일 경험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인이 무엇인지를 인구·사회적 배경, 인적자본 특성, 배우자 취업상태로 나누어 로지스틱 회귀분석하였다. 일 경험과 정(+)인 인과관계를 갖는 인구?사회적 배경 변수는 연령, 혼인기간, 지역주민모임 참여활동이고 부(-)적인 관계를 가지는 변수는 자녀수, 가족의 경제적수준이다. 인적자본 특성은 교육수준을 제외한 한국어능력, 한국국적 취득 여부, 본국에서의 일 경험, 향후 취업의사, 직업훈련 참여가 일 경험과 정(+)적인 인과관계를 보였다. 반면 배우자의 취업상태는 결혼이민자의 경제활동참여에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. The purpose of this statistical study is to analyze variables related to work-experiences of women marriage immigrants in Daejeon metropolitan city. What are the variables that have significant explanatory power? This analysis was divided into three parts : Socio-Demographic Attribute, human capital characteristics, Spouse`s employment status. 1) Socio-Demographic Attribute : The results showed that age, length of a marriage and local activities have a positive(+) effect on the work experiences of women marriage immigrants. On the contrary, number of children and economic level of families have a negative(-) effect on the working experiences of them. 2) Human capital characteristics : Except for education level, Korean language-level, South Korea citizenship status, work experience in their home country, employment needs, and vocational training have a positive(+) effect on the work experiences of women marriage immigrants. 3) Spouse`s employment status : It did not affect work experience of women marriage immigrants. The findings of this study suggest that the infrastructure of human capital development on women marriage immigrants should be established and Policies should be developed to find ways for the women marriage immigrants to fully make use of their human capital. In addition, the expansion of immigrant women`s social network is required.

        고대영어 반복동사에 관하여

        On the Old English Reduplicating Verbs Ahn, Soo Young(Dongshin Univ.) As Old English is seen to have evolved the Germanic principle with such consistency that virtually all its primary verbs came to be arranged in rigid ablaut series, traditionally OE strong verbs have been classified into seven classes according to the vocalism of their four principal parts, i. e., the present, the preterit singular, the preterit plural and the past participle. The most particular among the criteria for the classification is reduplication. The analysis of the so-called ‘reduplicating verbs’ has been such a slippery business that the origin of the OE preterite formation has been much disputed. The long-standing problem is approached by some linguists including Lehman. According to him, the OE reduplicating verbs and the Gothic counterparts have no genetic relationship within Germanic. Rather, he has attempted to explain these data with the 'mysterious' laryngeals. In other words, the Indo-European antecedents of OE past forms had once the laryngeal in the verbal stem which were later deleted after providing the conditioning for the changes. But by some reason this explanation has fallen into disfavor because of some shortcomings. On the other hand, Voyles have maintained that The OE verbs could be derived from originally reduplicating ones in Germanic. This involved a series of rules had been inherited from Indo-European into early Germanic. According to him, the change of stress has caused the formation of preterite forms in the North-West Germanic languages including OE while during Gothic period the change has never occurred and there was no feeding for the subsequent conditioned changes.

        협동조합 일자리 확대 가능성 영향요인 탐색: 충남 지역 협동조합 경영진 조사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 협동조합 일자리 확대 가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 지자체의 협동조합 일자리 확대방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 협동조합 특성, 일자리 질,일자리 정책 협력도로 연구모형을 구성하고 인과관계를 계량적으로 분석하였다. 충남 지역 협동조합 경영진을 대상으로 한 다중회귀분석 결과, 일자리 확대 가능성을 정적(+)으로 설명하는 예측변수는 조합 유형, 일자리 안정성, 경영진의 직원의견 수용도, 직원의 주인의식, 지역인재 발굴과 성장 역할, 시간제 일자리 연계이고 조합원 수만 부적(-)인 인과관계를 나타냈다. 연구를 통해 젊고 학력이 높은 인력 계층의 협동조합 유입 가능성과 협동조합 설립 잠재수요군 발굴의 필요성을 제시하였고 시간제 일자리와의 연계, 협동조합 노동가치 마케팅과 노무관리사업의 강화를 제언하였다. This study aims at analyzing the factors affecting the possibility of a job creation of cooperatives, and presenting how to support their the possibility of a job creation of cooperatives. This paper analyzed them according to the characteristics of cooperatives, the quality of a job, and the level of a policy cooperation. As a result of a multiple regression analysis whose subjects are cooperatives management in the Chungnam area, the predicted variables positively explaining a job creation possibility were the types of a cooperative, a job stability, management``s accepting the opinion of workers, a sense of employee ownership, finding and growing local talents, and the connection with a part-time job. Only the number of a union showed a negative correlation. Through the research, the possibility that young and high-quality human resources could be flown into a cooperative was suggested, and so was the need for the connection with a part-time job and finding a potential demand for a cooperative. Furthermore, other suggestions that the labor value marketing business of a cooperative should be push forward and a labor management should be also enforced were proposed.

        고대영어 모읍 삽입 규칙에 관하여

        This study is to cover vowel changes in Old English in which a vowel is inserted, as can be seen in such phenomena as breaking where a back vowel is added, diphthongization caused by back umlaut, and palatal diphthongization. It is unique that only the high vowels including /i/ and /u/ are inserted in the phenomea. This can be described as ~{a} insertion in dependency phonology. It is further suggested that this feature may be observable not just in Old English but throughout the history of the English language and let us make some predictions abut the trend of language change.
