Regulatory systems for decommissioning of nuclear power plants in several countries, such as Japan, United States of America, Germany, United Kingdom, France, and Republic of Korea, are surveyed. In the survey, regulatory policies, legislations, licensing process, inspection and public involvements for decommissioning are identified and compared. Afterwards, the survey results will be utilized as a reference to establish the improvement directions of domestic regulatory system.

본 연구의 목적은 건물의 냉난방에 이용되는 현열이용형 축열조의 축열특성을 규명하는데 있었다. 실험에 사용된 축열재는 자갈이었으며 일정한 온도조건하에서 축열재 사이를 통과하는 유체의 유동속도와 자갈의 크기별로 실험을 하였다. 자갈의 크기와 유속을 변화시켜 축열량과 축열효율을 실험적으로 구한 결과 축열재의 충진율이 72.5%이고 유속이 0.14m/s일 때가 최단시간 내에 최대축열량에 도달하였으며, 축열효율도 가장 높았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the fluid flow characteristics of heat storage in sensible heat storage system for use in cooling and heating of buildings.<br/> Heat storage material was gravels and experiments were performed in the condition of constant temperature. The experimental parameters were fluid velocity and size of gravels.<br/> The experimental results of the heat storage quantity and the heat storage efficiency by the variation of packing size and fluid velocity were as the follows:<br/> The maximum value of the heat storage capacity and heat storage efficiency and the minimum arriving time for maximum heat storage were observed when the packing ratio was 72.5 % and the fluid velocity was 0.14m/s.
