High concentration PV system gives us reduction of solar cell cost and would become more profitable than any other PV system. PV concentrator system will have become one of the most efficient and profitable solar power system in the world market. In this paper , we will treat several kind of secondary optics using high concentration primary fresnel lens in the CPV system. In case of tracking error of solar incident normal irradiation, CPV system would reduce its power due to low concentration in the focal area. Focal length of primary lens is set up for size of 5mm by 5mm triple junction solar cell. Tilted angle of incident sun light causes focal point of primary fresnel lens away from its original position. Secondary optics is built on corrected version of its tilted angle tolerance of ±0.5°∼±?1° We analyze both solar ray distributions of focal point region in case of no secondary optics and secondary optics. Secondary optics for our design are the most important issue for off axis from sun light. We analyze solar ray beam contours in the PV receiver using several case of secondary optics.

HCPV(High Concentrated PV) systems have wellknown for CPV market all over the world. Low concentration type silicon based modules have been introduced in the market. But low cost of standard flat silicon modules made them useless nowadays. High cost of compound semiconductor solar cell reduced cost effective cpv module production than that of recently silicon solar cell. In order to overcome increasing cost of CPV module, we study middle concentration type fresnel lens simulation using concentrated type silicon based solar cell. Linear type fresnel lens made production of CPV module without secondary optics such as light pipe or light tunnel.This type of fresnel lens design makes more cost effective solution for cpv niche market.
