        SNA(Social Network Analysis)를 활용한 코로나19 전후의 가정과교육 유튜브 콘텐츠 변화 분석

        This paper presents a social network analysis of changes in Home Economics education content loaded on YouTube before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. From January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2021, a basic analysis was conducted of 761 Home Economics education videos loaded on YouTube, using NetMiner 4.3 to analyze important keywords and the centrality of video titles and full texts. Before COVID-19, there were 164 Home Economics education videos posted on YouTube, increasing significantly to 597 following the emergence of the pandemic. In both periods, there was more middle school content than high school content. The content in the child-family field was the most, and the main keywords were youth and family. Before COVID-19, a performance evaluation indicated that the proportion of student content was high, whereas after the outbreak of the disease, teacher content increased significantly due to the effect of distance learning. However, compared with video use, the self-expression and participation of users were lower in both periods. The centrality analysis indicated that in the title, 'family' exhibited a high degree of both centrality and eigenvector centrality over the entire period. Degree centrality of the video title was found to be high in the order of class, online, family, management, etc. after the outbreak of COVID-19, and the connection of keywords was strong overall. Eigenvector centrality indicated that career, search, life, and design were influential keywords before COVID-19, while class, youth, online, and development were influential keywords after COVID-19.

        초등교육의 사교육비 절감을 위한 개방형 학습 플랫폼 활용에 관한 연구

        공교육의 STEAM과 S/W 교육은 융합 인재와 4차산업혁명 시대의 인재 양성에 효과적이며 이를 위한 전담교사의 확충과 다양한 학습자료의 발굴 및 적용, 융합인재 교육을 위한 교육환경 개선이 필요하다. 그리고, 개방형 학습 플랫폼은 사교육비 절감과 공교육의 보완에 효과적이다. 특히 교실 수업(오프라인)과 결합된 플립러닝에 유용하며 이럴 경우 교사의 역할이 능동적인 교수활동과 연구 활동으로 전환되어 공교육의 정상화를 앞당기고 사교육을 줄일 수 있다. 특히, 초등교육을 위한 MOOC 플랫폼 운영의 핵심 기능으로 '창의적 교수설계와 콘텐츠 개발 기능', '디지털 교수 학습 큐레이션 기능', '빅데이터 기반 학습자 맞춤화 기능', '학습 참여 촉진 플립러닝 및 소셜러닝 기능'을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 초등교육을 포함한 청소년의 진로 및 입시교육 MOOC의 도입에 대한 논의의 장이 마련되고 한국형 청소년 MOOC 플랫폼이 구축되어 교육민주화의 세계적 선진 모델로 발전될 수 있기를 기대한다. STEAM and S / W education in public education are effective in fostering talented people and the talents of the 4th industrial revolution era. It is necessary to expand the teachers for this purpose, to find out and apply various learning materials, and to improve education environment for fusion talent education. An open learning platform is effective in reducing private education costs and supplementing public education. Especially, it is useful for flip learning combined with classroom (off-line). In this case, teacher's role can be transformed into active teaching activities and research activities, which can speed up normalization of public education and reduce private education.In particular, the core functions of the MOOC platform for elementary education are 'creative instructional design and contents development function', 'digital teaching and learning curation', 'big data based learner customization', 'learning participation' flip learning and social Learning function.Through this study, it is expected that discussion on the introduction of MOOC for career and admission education for adolescents including elementary education will be established and the Korean youth MOOC platform will be developed and developed as a global advanced model of education democratization.

        과학 영재의 진로의식 변화 연구

        본 연구의 목적은「과학 영재의 진로의식 조사」를 통해 대학에 입학한 과학 영재들의 올바른 진로 선택을 위해 제공해야 할 교육적 지원 사항들을 살펴보고자 함이다. 연구 대상은 1996년부터 2003학년도까지 8년간 KAIST에 입학한 신입생들이며, 전체 응답자의 수는 3,613명으로 입학생의 90%이상이 응답하였다. 조사 내용은 크게 3가지로 대학 입학에 관련된 사항이 5문항, 대학 생활 계획과 관련된 사항이 2문항, 대학 졸업 후의 계획과 관련된 사항이 2문항으로 총 9문항이다. 연구 결과, 과학 영재들은 자신의 흥미와 적성 및 관심 분야를 일찍 파악하고 개척하며, 일반 학생들에 비해 상당히 일찍 진로를 선택함을 알 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 과학 영재들 또한 장래의 진로에 관해 가장 많이 고민하고 있다. 그러나 평소의 의논 상대로는 교사나 전문 상담가 보다는 친구나 선배, 혹은 부모님에게 의존함으로써 과학 영재들을 위한 체계적인 진로 지도 및 진로 상담의 부재를 여실히 드러내고 있다. 따라서 대학교 교육과정 속에 반드시 진로 선택 및 계획을 도와주는 과목이 포함되어야 하며, 학업뿐만 아니라 학생 생활 전반의 문제점에 관한 지속적인 상담과 생활 지도 체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to look into various educational supports for the gifted students in science to decide proper career planning through Research of Career Consciousness of the Gifted Students in Science. The subject of this study is new students entered into KAIST from the year of 1996 to 2003. They are approximately 500 students yearly and 3,613 totally and more than 90% of students have answered. The questions are largely 3 items. One is 5 Q's of entering universities, second is 2 Q's of life plans in the university and the last is 2 Q's of career plans after graduation. As a result, the gifted students in science tend to find out and develop their interest and aptitude early and decide their future much earlier than other students. Nevertheless the gifted students in science worry about their future a lot as well. However they ask their problems to friends, seniors, and parents rather than teachers, professional consultants in general it could say no sufficient systematic guidance and consulting available for them. So it does require that some subjects such as guidance for career planning should be included in university curriculum and furthermore not only schooling but also the systematic structure of persistent consulting about gifted student's general life should be planned as well.

      • SEA 성과정보의 보고에 관한 연구

        이 논문에서는 SEA(Service Efforts and Accomplishments) 성과 정보를 일반목적외부재무보고의 범위에 포함시키는 문제를 다룬다. SEA정보는 서비스노력 측정치, 서비스달성 측정치, 서비스노력과 서비스달성 관련 측정치의 세 가지 범주로 구분된다. 회계기준제정기관 간에 다소의 차이는 있지만 서비스노력 측정치에는 투입, 과정, 품질이, 서비스달성 측정치에는 산출과 결과, 서비스노력과 서비스달성 관련 측정치에는 효율성과 유효성을 포함시키고 있다. SEA 정보의 일반목적외부재무보고의 범위에 포함시키는 문제는 찬반양론이 있으나 회계기준제정기관들의 대부분 포함시키는 방향으로 가고 있다. 그것은 재무보고목적의 양대 축인 회계책임과 의사결정에 필요한 정보이기 때문이다. SEA정보에는 비재무적 정보가 포함되어 있어서 객관적이고 원가-효익적인 측정이 필요한데 현재보다 더 세련된 측정기법을 개발할 필요가 있다. This paper provides framework for reporting service efforts and accomplishments (SEA). SEA information is divided into three categories: service efforts measures, service accomplishments measures, and measures that relate service efforts to accomplishments. There is a slight difference between the accounting standards setters, but service efforts measures include inputs, processes, and quality, and service accomplishments measures include outputs and outcomes, and measures that relate service efforts to accomplishments include efficiency and effectiveness. Inclusion of SEA information in general purpose external financial reporting is an unsolved problem. Accounting standards setters are moving to include SEA in the GPEFR. SEA information contains nonfinancial measures. Therefore more sophisticated measurement methods need to be developed.
