Customer Satisfaction management has its final purpose in Customer Satisfaction. It means that the management considers customers first, thinks everything in their position and consistently pursues the improvement of Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has been especially emphasized in the Beauty service industry<BR> This study examines the causal relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The literature shows that these constructs are clearly different. The most common explanation of the difference is that perceived service quality is a form of attitude and customer"s long-run overall evaluation of service, whereas customer satisfaction is a transaction-specific measure and customer"s emotional feeling after purchase.<BR> Therefore, the purpose of the study is to help the beauty service industry to raise the managery outcome and improve the level of Customer Satisfaction by analysing the effect of the service quality estimation determinants affecting.<BR> Meanwhile, customer satisfaction is defined to be judged in the process of comparison between customer"s perception service quality and customer"s expectation service quality of beauty salon characteristics. Examples of which include specialty technique, price, salon location, atmosphere and personal service.<BR> In addition to these study results, another significant point was found which is applicable to retailers. Specialty technician"s service to customers in the Beauty salon influences strongly both perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. Customers have the common opinion that they are most satisfied when they receive warm-hearted service from specialty technician in the beauty salon.
2020년 멜론차트 내 대중가요의 랩 음악 적용 현황과 음악표현 연구

본 논문은 2020년 한 해 동안 국내 주요 음원 사이트 중 하나인 멜론차트에 진입한 음악들 안에서 랩(Rap)의 활용과 기법을 분석한 연구이다. 대중들의 선호가 반영되어 차트에 진입한 곡들 중 힙합음악의 중요 요소인 랩 음악이 사용된 곡들의 트렌드를 분석하고 대표적인 아티스트, 혹은 자주 사용되는 리듬패턴 등 음악적 특징을 분석한다. 본 논문을 통해 요즘의 대중음악에서 대중들과 아티스트들이 선호하는 랩 음악의 음악적 특징을 정리하고 정형화했으며 이를 기반으로 기술 연마를 위한 에튀드 개발의 요소를 정리하였다. 이를 통해 오랜 시간 분석되고 체계화된 보컬과 악기 등의 연주기법들처럼, 다양한 스타일의 랩 음악 역시 이를 배우고 연습하고자 하는 학생들이 체계적이고 단계적으로 기술을 익혀나갈 수 있는 기법의 체계로 발전할 수 있기를 기대한다. This paper is a study that analyzes the use and techniques of rap in music that entered Melon Chart, one of the major music sites in Korea, during 2020. Among the songs that entered the chart, reflecting the public"s preference, the trend of rap music, an important element of hip-hop music, is analyzed and musical features such as representative artists or frequently used rhythm patterns are analyzed. Through this paper, characteristics of rap music favored by the public and artists in recent popular music have been organized and formalized, and based on this, the elements of etude development for technical polishing are summarized. Through this, it is hoped that just like the long-time analyzed and structured performance techniques such as vocals and instruments, various styles of rap music can develop into a systematic and step-by-step technique system for students who want to learn and practice it.

Substantial evidence suggests that behavioral and reinforcing effects of cocaine can be mediated by the mesolimbic dopaminergic system. Injections of cocaine can produce one of the immediate-early gene, c-fos expression in the brain and behavioral activation. Acupuncture as a therapeutic intervention is widely used for the treatment of many mental disorders such as drugs of abuse. In order to investigate whether acupuncture has an influence on cocaine-induced reinforcing and behavioral effects, we examined the effect of acupuncture on cocaine-induced locomotor activity and c-Fos expression in the nucleus accumbens and the striatum using Fos-like-immunoreactivity(FLI). Male SD rats received acupuncture for 1 min after injection of cocaine hydrochloride(1 mg/kg, i.v.). The employed acupuncture point, Shenmen(HT7), has been clinically used to treat mental and psychosomatic disorders. Injections of cocaine produced a marked increase in locomotor activity and FLI in the nucleus accumbens and the striatum. Acupuncture at HT7, but not at control points(PC6, TE4 or tail), significantly attenuated cocaine-induced increase in locomotor activity and Fos-like immunoreactivity. These results demonstrated that reduction in locomotor activity by acupuncture may be reflected by reduction of postsynaptic neuronal activity in the nucleus accumbens and the striatum. Our results suggest that acupuncture may have a therapeutic effect on cocaine addiction.
중풍 한방처방전의 효능비교 연구; 황련해독탕, 거풍지보단, 가미사물탕이 국소 전뇌허혈에 의한 학습과 기억에 미치는 효과

Kupunggibodan(KU), Gamisamul-tang(GA) and Whangryunhaedok-tang(WH) are clinically the most popular prescriptions as an herbal medicine in the treatment of ischemia. In order to compare and evaluate their protective effects on the ischema-induced cognitive deficits by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), we examined its ability to improve ischemia-induced cell loss and impairements of learning and memory in the Morris water maze and eight-arm radial arm maze. Focal cerebral ischemia produced a marked cell loss, decrease in acetylcholinesterase(AchE) reactivity in the hippocampus, and learning and memory deficits in two behavioral tasks. Pretreatment with WH (100 mg/kg, p.o.) produced a substantial increase in acquisition in the Morris water maze. Pretreatment with KU increased the perfomance of the resention test in the Morris water maze. WH, KU and GA caused a significant improvement in choice accuracy in radial arm maze test. WH was superior to KU and GA in perfomance of the radial arm maze test. Consistent with behavioral data, staining with cresyl violet showed that pretreatments with WH, but not KU and GA significantly recovered the ischemia-induced cell loss in the hippcampal CA1 area. In addition, pretreatments with WH and KU recovered the ischemia-induced reduction of AchE reactivity in the hippocampal CA1 area. These results demonstrated that KU, GA and WH have protective effects against ischimea-induced learning and memory impairments and that the efficacy was the order of WH>KU>GA in tratment of ischemia induced memory deficits. The present studies provide an evidence of KU, GA and WH as putative treatment of vascular dementia. Depression is associated with a dysfunctional serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine; 5-HT) system. More recently, several lines of evidence suggest that an important factor in the development of depression may be a deficit in the function and expression of 5-HT_(1A) receptors. The present study assessed if Nelumbinis Semen (N. s.) had an anti-depression effect through reversing a decrease in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding in rats with depression-like symptoms induced by chronic mild stress. Using a 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding assay, with a specific 5-HT_(1A) receptor agonist, 8-OH-DPAT (8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino) tetralin), the mechanism of the anti-depression effect of N. s. on rats was investigated, and the effects compared with two well-known antidepressants, Hyperium Perforatum (St. Johns Wort) and fluoxetine (Prozac). Animals were divided into live groups: the normal (N) group without chronic mild stress (CMS), the control (C) group under CMS for 8 weeks, the Nelumbinis Semen (N. s.) treatment group under CMS for 8 weeks, the Hyperium Perforatum (H. p.) treatment group under CMS for 8 weeks and finally, the fluoxetine (F) treatment group under CMS for 8 weeks. Each treatment was administered to rats during the last 4 weeks of the 8-week CMS. A sucrose intake test was performed to test the anti-depression effect of N. s. The N. s. treatment significantly reversed the decreased sucrose intake under CMS (P<0.05 compared to control group under CMS). In the CA2 and CA3 regions of the hippocampus, both N. s. and H. p. reversed the CMS-induced decrease in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding. In the Ⅰ to II regions of the frontal cortex, N. s. and H. p. also reversed the CMS-induced decrease in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding, and even showed a significant increase in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding compared to the F treatment group (N. s. vs. P₁ p<0.05, H. p. vs. P₁ p<0.05). However, in the hypothalamus, all treatments reversed the CMS-induced decrease in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding. This reversal effect of N. s. on the decrease in 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding in the frontal cortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus of rat brains was very similar to that of H. p, but different from that of F. It is concluded that N. s. presents an anti-depression effect through enhancing 5-HT_(1A) receptor binding.
