Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of herbal medication for the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by analyzing randomized controlled trials conducted in China. Methods We searched literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure published up to 19 January, 2018. Selected literatures were collected and analyzed in order of publication year, and then demographic information, treatment method, duration of illness, duration of treatment, follow-up period, outcome measurement and adverse events. Results A total of 34 studies were selected for the analysis. In most studies, the total efficacy of the treatment group was reported to be higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate and complete cure rate were also found to be more effective in the herbal medicine treatment group. The most frequently used medical herb was Alpiniae Fructus (益智仁), and the use of medical herbs belong to tonifying yang (補陽藥), tonifying qi (補氣藥), and astringing essence strengthening collapse medicine (澁精縮尿止帶藥) were relatively high. The adverse events rate for the herbal medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group. Conclusions This study showed that a herbal medicine treatment can be effective and safe option for treating pediatric nocturnal enuresis. However, additional well-designed clinical studies need to be performed to establish a basis.

학교모래놀이 집단상담이 자해행동 초등학생의 우울, 불안에 미치는 효과 : 예비연구

본 연구는 자해행동을 한 초등학생들에게 학교모래놀이 집단상담을 실시하여 우울, 불안에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상으로는 천안시에 소재한 A, B초등학교 6학년에 재학 중인 8명의 학생들로 구성되었으며 학교모래놀이 집단상담은 주 1회, 40분씩 총 10회로 실시하였다. 학교모래놀이 집단상담의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 우울척도(CDI), 상태불안척도(SAIC), 특성불안척도(TAIC)를 측정도구로 사용하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 wilcoxon’ s signed-ranks test를 실시했다. 학교모래놀이 집단상담은 내담자의 불안과 심리적인 긴장감을 해소하고 정서적인 안정을 찾을 수 있도록 도와주기 때문에 사전검사에 비해 종합적으로 유의한 감소가 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 학교모래놀이 집단상담이 자해행동을 한 초등학생들에게 우울, 불안을 감소시키는 효과가 있다는 것을 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on depression and anxiety by conducting a group counseling on school sand play to elementary school students who were self-harmful. The subjects of this study consisted of 8 students enrolled in the 6th grade of A and B elementary school located in Cheonan City, and group counseling was conducted once a week, for a total of 10 40 minutes. In order to verify the effectiveness of school sandplay group counseling, the Depression Scale (CDI), State Anxiety Scale (SAIC), and Characteristic Anxiety Scale (TAIC) were used as measurement tools, and the collected data were signed using SPSS 25.0. Ranks test was conducted. The school sand play group counseling showed a significant reduction in overall compared to the pre-test because it relieves the client s dissatisfaction, anxiety, and psychological tension and helps them to be more emotionally stable. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it revealed that group counseling at school sand play has the effect of reducing depression and anxiety in elementary school students who have been self-harmful.

탈식민주의 여성주의로 본 한국적 신학의 과제 : 일본군 ‘위안부’ 피해자의 증언, 존재, 주체 보기

이 연구는 한국 기독교가 가져온 정체성과 사회를 보는 시각에 대하여 다시 묻고, 그 해답의 과정을 찾는 시도로서 사회 현상을 분석하여 새로운 접근 방법을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 한국 사회의 정치-경제-역사적 현안에 놓여있는 일본군 위안부 문제를 다루면서 탈식민주의 여성주의라는 렌즈를 사용하여 사회를 보는 거리와 시야를 확보하고, 그 방법론을 통해 국가적 위력과 억압의 문제를 다룬다. 이때 두드러지는 사회적 특징과 대상, 그리고 그 대상에 대한 해석 과정을 통해서 기독교 신학이 한국 역사와 사회에 어떻게 접근할 수 있는지 보고자 하는 것이다. 역사 속에서 제국주의와 가부장제에 의하여 이중적 억압을 당했던 피해자 여성들의 내러티브와 실천적 행위를 통해, 증인의 주체성과 증언의 실천성이 시민 사회에 어떤 영향을 주었는가 살펴본다. 이러한 한국역사와 시민 사회를 공유하고 있는 한국 기독교는 앞으로 어떤 자세로 대사회적 공헌을 할 수 있는가를 묻고, 그 대안을 찾아보고자 하는 것이다. 새로워지는 사회 변화와 사회적 정의 문제, 인간 본질에 대하여 기독교 신학은 어떤 통찰력을 가지고 대안적 시각을 제시할 수 있는지, 그 정체성을 모색하는 한국적 신학의 틀은 무엇을 갖추어야 하는지를 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 여성신학적 주체와 더불어 다양한 주체를 연결할 수 있는 담론의 장이 확장되는 데 보탬이 되고자 한다. This paper asks what is the identity of the Korean Church and what is its role in Korean Society. The narratives of Korean Women’s narratives who were Japanese Military Sexual Slavery and their testimony through the lens of Postcolonial Feminism are closely examined. I undermine the account of neocolonialism which seeks to justify the brutal force of colonialism and the logic of domination and patriarchy. The focus of the paper is on the witness and agency which enables citizens to participate in protest against Japanese Colonialism. This agency is key, not only to their dignity, but also to universal human right for women who have also experienced oppression in other country. I argue that the witness process that maintains the autonomy of the subject and the integrity of the community of interpretation supports the relationship between the weak and society, and that encouraging the witness process can be a role of religion. I offer the imaginative theology for the Korean Community and Christianity as Reunification-Peace-Theology.

[미발표]전동차용 보조전원장치(SIV) 유지보수 향상을 통한 신뢰성 연구

현재 서울메트로 3호선 전동차에 장착되어 있는 보조전원정치(SIV, Static Inverter)는 공기압축기, 조명, 냉난방장치, 열차의 제어전원 등에 안정적이고 일정한 전압과 주파수를 출력하는 전원공급 장치고 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 매년 증가하고 있는 보조전원장치 고장 원인을 줄이과 주로 GTO Thyristor & Power Transistor방식의 SIV에서 고장이 집중되고 있어 보조전원장치 고장을 장치별, 원인별로 분석하였고, 신형 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)방식으로 교체하여 타 유니트와의 호환성 확보 및 교체시 취거된 부품은 예비품으로 활용하여 고장 유발 가능한 부품을 미리 교환, 운영하면서 객관적인 데이터와 자료를 수집하여 사전 점검방법 및 고장 시 조치방법에 대해 연구하였다. Currently, Seoul Metro subway line 3 is equipped with SIV(Static Inverter) that supplies stable voltage and frequency which is usually used at air compressor, lighting, heating and cooling device, indictor for constantly increasing SIV failure by comparing three types of SIV Specifically, this study not only categorized SIV failures based on device and causation but also examined replacement cycle for decrepit device that has high failure rate. Based on these results, experiment employing IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) was conducted. Ultimately, this study sought for precautionary inspection method and solution for malfunction in SIV that adopts GTO Thyristor & Power Transistor method which has the highest failure rate.

Results:6RCTswith595womenand4CCTswith2,852womenwereincludedfor analysis.4outof10studiescomparedtherapeuticeffectsofHordeiFructusGerminatusto estrogenmedication,andtheoverallefficacyoftreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigher thanthatofcontrolgroup(p<0.05).Inaddition,thesafetyofHordeiFructusGerminatus treatmentgroupwasremarkablyhigh,andtherewasnoseriousadverseeventsreported. Thequalityofincludedstudieswasgenerallyunclearorlow. Conclusion:Maltcanbeeffectiveandsafeoptionfordelactationwithoutpainordiscomfort. However,additionalwell-designed controlled clinicalstudiesneed to be performed to establishafundamentalclinicalapproach.

통일신학의 재구성 요건 검토 : 활성화 필요성과 논의 조건들

이 논문은 통일신학의 활성화를 목적으로 두고 있다. 이러한 통일신학의 현재화를 위해 이 시대 통일신학이 재조명되고 재분석되고 재구성되어야 함을 주장한다. 그 이유는 본문에서 다음과 같이 두 부분의 내용으로 전개된다. 첫째, 통일신학은 원래 특수 신학이면서 상황 신학으로서 운동성, 현장성, 사건성에 응답하는 형식으로 구성되었다는 사실이다. 따라서 지금 우리 시대를 위해서 현재화될 때에는 그 이론적 재구성 작업을 통해 원래 텍스트가 말하려던 바의 취지와 방향성 또는 지향성, 방법론이 정리될 필요가 있다. 통일신학은 기독교 통일 운동의 결과물인 동시에 한국 역사 안에서 민족사적 정체성에 대한 논의를 담고 있으므로, 그 텍스트 자체는 읽히는 동시에 우리 자신을 다시 읽는 작업이 되는 의의를 가진다. 둘째, 이러한 통일신학이 현재 시점에서 다시 활성화될 때 보다 확장된 논의 구조에서 다루어질 개념들, 예를 들면 ‘통일’, ‘민족’, ‘민중’ 등을 정리할 필요가 있다. 그 작업을 통해 재구성되기 위한 선제 조건들이 있음을 인지하고 이 시대 질문들과 문제의식을 반영할 때 통일신학은 지금 세대와도 원활하게 소통될 수 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 이유로 통일신학의 재구성을 주장하며, 그 결과로서 한국 개신교의 역사적 정체성에 대한 의식이 강화되며 기독교 핵심적 정신에 의한 개개인의 주체성과 더 확장된 범위의 책임 의식이 생성될 것이라 제안한다. This paper aims to revitalize Reunification Theology. Above all, to activate the reunification movement and theology within a larger argument space. This paper claims that the theology of reunification should be established in various aspects, analyzed on different levels, and reconstructed with different dimensions. It contains two parts. The first part is to present the recent importance of Reunification Theology which has some higher ideas. These included the goal to enlarge the responsibility of Christians, the method for independent identity, and the purpose of the movement of reunification. The second part is to establish the use of the terms or themes which have been historically important to the theology deal such as ‘Minjock(people)’, ‘Minjung(public)’, and ‘Tongil(reunification)’, as a preparatory stage to enter into a genuine debate about the Reunification movement and its theology. The reason is that these themes contain the problem of ‘subject’ and connect social issues to the structure of Korean theology. This survey recognizes the significant difference between the text and the reader these days, opens the theology to critical dialogue, and adapts the perspectives of Reunification Theology and its profound insights about the essence of Christianity and the problem of historical and existential ‘evil’.

기업브랜드 활성화를 위한 전시공간특징에 관한 연구

In a strategy for revitalization of companies' brands, an exposition space will deliver companies' images in three dimensions and will play an important role as an agent for a direct communication with consumers. Considering it in the long-term point of view, we can know that it is an effective means. Therefore, its importance is being extended gradually and its number is increasing gradually in reality since companies also recognize its importance. However, Korean exposition industry is still in the process of development as a transition period and its level is still not enough by absence of interest and investment. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to prove that exposition media is more effective means than other media for revitalization of brand and to propose the direction hereafter of domestic preview centers of companies by making its necessity recognized. Therefore, companies recognize importance of exposition media for revitalization of company's brand and so revitalization of exposition will be realized gradually by extending interest and investment.

Since the concept of children’s museum was coined, interest in children’s museum has been growing in Korea. Currently, however, facilities are not sufficient enough to meet demands, both quantitatively and qualitatively. It is highly urgent to build appropriate children’s museum effectively functioning as an educational institution for our younger generation. At this point, the study discusses issues with children’s museum of which exhibition method is dramatically evolving from eyes-on system to hands-on one. The study examines the importance and role of hands-on exhibition method suitably meeting the needs of children and suggests directions for the future.
