용호비결은 조선 중기의 문신이던 정렴(1506~1549년) 선생이 저술한 일종의 선도(仙道) 수련서로 매월당 김시습의 용호론의 맥을 잇는 조선시대 가장 중요한 도교문헌의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 정렴 선생과 용호비결 판본에 대하여 소개하고 책의 제목인 용호(龍虎), 책의 내용 중 수단지도(修丹之道), 폐기(閉氣), 호흡법, 단전(丹田), 현빈일규(玄牝一竅)의 연금술적 내용을 분석심리학적 측면에서 살펴보았다. 용호(龍虎)는 정신양(psychoid) 단계에서 작용하는 변환의 요소로 이를 통하여 단(丹)이 만들어지는데 단(丹)은 메르쿠리우스이자 철학자의 돌로 연금술의 적화 단계를 의미하기도 한다. 정렴 선생은 단(丹)을 이루기 위하여 가늘고 긴 호흡을 통한 단전에의 집중을 강조하였는데 이를 폐기(閉氣)라고 한다. 폐기(閉氣)는 능동적으로 니그레도(nigredo)상태로 들어가는 것으로 이때 우리의 정신은 외부로 향한 투사를 거두어들여 단전(丹田)을 향해 집중한다. 니그레도를 통한 지속적인 수련은 알베도(albedo)상태로의 이행을 가능케 하며 이를 통해 투사에 의한 객체의 오염으로부터 정신이 자유로와져 마음의 중심이 자아(ego)로부터 자기(Self)로 옮겨간다. 현빈일규(玄牝一竅)란 노자가 곡신(谷神)으로 표현한 우주의 여성적 원리를 경험하고 이를 체화하는 것이다. The article is about Yong-Ho-Bi-Gyeol(龍虎秘訣), which is one of the most important Taoist text in Korea written by Jeong-Ryum, a Taoist and alchemist in the Chosun Dynasty. The article deals with the alchemical and psychological meanings of Yong-Ho (龍虎, Dragon-Tiger), the way of nurturing cinnabar (修丹之道), the closing of the qi (閉氣), the method of alchemical breathing, the Dantian (丹田, cinnabar-field), and the Mysterious Female’s One Opening (玄牝一竅), in addition to the brief introduction of the life of Jeong-Ryum and the bibliography of the book. The Yong-Ho (龍虎) meaning the dragon and tiger is the archetype of transformation in the form of their opposites, rooted in the psychoid system of the human psyche. The unified Yong-Ho makes Dan and the Dan, literally indicating cinnabar, has many alchemical connotations such as Mercurius, the rubedo state of the alchemical process, and the philosopher’s stone. In the book, Jeong-Ryum emphasized the slow and subtle way of breathing in and out of Dantian to develop neidan (內丹, inner cinnabar or inner alchemy). The refining of neidan begins by the closing of the qi, which symbolizes the radical introversion and withdrawal of all the projections on the outer objects. The Dantian located at the lower part of the abdomen has been known to preserve jing (精), the vital essence of life, which can be refined into qi and spirit (神). In Jungian perspective, the Dantian is a mandala where an individual’s mind can stay and focus at the center of psyche detached from ego and related to the Self. The long-nurtured introverted energy makes the Mysterious Female’s One Opening (玄牝一竅), a pit or cavity in the transcendental space, through which the meditator can have a relationship with the great female principle of the universe. The current article has introduced the contents of the Yong-Ho-Bi-Gyeol in the perspective of analytical psychology. However, it has not dealth with the remaining topics including Taesik (胎息, embryonic breathing) and Juchenhwahu (周天火候, the great Celestial circuit firing), due to the lack of author’s sufficient knowledge and experience. The unexplored areas of Yong-Ho-Bi-Gyeol will be studied in the future.

지역연고사업(RIS)을 통한 지역 중소기업 생태계의 네트워크 구조변화 연구

최근 기업경영에 기업생태계(business ecosystem)의 중요성에 대한 인식은 점점 높아지고 있다. 오늘날 기업이 급변하는 환경변화와 경쟁의 심화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 특정 한기업의 경쟁력보다는 연관된 산업의 경쟁력이 더 중요하기 때문이다. 경쟁력 있는 기업생태계에서 창의적 기술 혁신이 더 많이 이루어지며, 특히 개방형 혁신(open innovation)체계의 구축은 기업생태계의 경쟁력과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 하지만 이러한 활동은 대기업이나 중견기업 또는 수도권 소재 기업들에 주로 이루어지며, 지방의 중소기업들은 개방형 혁신활동에 적극적으로 참여하기에는 보유 자원과 네트워크 측면에서 장애가 존재한다. 이러한 측면에서 산업통상자원부에서 주관하고 있는 지역연고사업(RIS, Regional Innovation System)은 지방의 기업생태계구축에 초점을 두고 있다. 지역연고사업이 기술개발, 인력양성, 네트워킹, 마케팅 등 소프트웨어를 연계, 지원하는 사업을 추진하여 지역특화산업의 경쟁력 제고 및 자립형 지방화 기반을 마련하는데 목적을 두고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 2010년부터 경남과학기술대학교에서 추진하는 지역연고사업을 통해 대학과 지역중소기업의 생태계에 어떤 변화를 가져오게 되었는가에 대한 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. In this paper, we focus the changing role of universities of University-Industry Collaboration (UIC) for enriching the regional business ecosystem network. For this research, we analyze 'Regional Innovation System(RIS)' - a specific UIC program- which provides a marketing service for firms, especially, SMEs with a specific problem by a group of consultants including CEOs, professors, and heads of regional public or private service providers. Then we have analyzed using network analysis how the business network was changed from RIS. Moreover, we will interview the participants in the important position of the network and investigate the reason for bringing a change in the network structure by using this program. This study illustrates that various types of network are formed between university and SMEs. Furthermore, the networks surrounding SMEs are extended to the other people connected to them. This means that the business network of SMEs had been diversified via the facilitation of university. This study throws new highlights on the new role for the university as a network promoter in addition to the partner as a technology-provider in the regional business ecosystem. Moreover, the network analysis between before-and-after can be used for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various UIC programs.

디스플레이용 SiO<sub>2</sub>/ITO 투명전도막의 반사특성

CRT의 전면에 전자파차폐, 정전기 방지 및 저반사 효과를 위해 코팅되는 $SiO_2$/ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) 이층박막의 반사특성에 관하여 연구하였다. 실리카층 및 ITO층의 두께를 변화시키며 나타나는 반사율의 경향을 고찰하고, 이론적인 2층, 3층 저반사코팅의 디자인에 적용시켜 보았다. 입자 상으로 코팅된 ITO는 두께가 증가할수록 기공에 의해 박막의 불균일성이 증가하면서 이론적인 반사모델과의 차이가 커졌다. 실리카와 ITO의 계면에 존재하는 혼합층의 영향으로 인하여 실제측정반사율은 2층으로 디자인한 이론반사율보다 $SiO_2$/$SiO_2$+ITO/ITO의 3층으로 디자인한 반사모델에 보다 잘 적용되었다. 이론적인 저반사 디자인은 근거로 $SiO_2$/ITO 박막의 두께를 90, 65 nm로 조절한 이층막은 기준파장에서 2.5%의 반사율을 나타내었고, 가시광선 영역에서 이론반사율과 유사한 거동을 보였다. Reflection properties of $SiO_2$/ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) thin films coated for electromagnetic shielding, anti-static and anti-reflection on the front surface in CRT were studied. The behavior of reflectance as a function of thickness of $SiO_2$/ITO was investigated and applied to theoretical anti0reflection model of double layers and three layers. As the thickness of ITO layer increased, the deviation from theoretical value increased because uniformity of film deteriorated by pore. Because of the effect of mixed layer of $SiO_2$ and ITO, experimental reflectance showed better acceptance to the three layer antireflection model of $SiO_2$/$SiO_2$+ITO/ITO than the two layer model. Based on the theoretical antireflection design, the double layer whose thickness of $SiO_2$ and ITO were 90, 65 nm, respectively appear 2.5% in reflectance at standard wavelength, 550 nm. This phenomenon was similar to theoretical reflectance in visual range.

Objectives : To investigate terminology of Herbal drug discrimination commonly used in China, and it was translated into Korean. It also has been modified to fit the circumstances of the Korean for easier understand for Korean student. Methods : First,Terminology for Identification of the Chinese Herbal Materia Medica (TICHMM) was classified by the appearance, cut surface, material, processing and storage of Herb. Chinese commentary of TICHMM was translated into Korean. Comparative Study was performed based on the Pharmacopoeia of Korea and China. Depending on the meaning of the word, TICHMM was modified to revised Korean expression or remain chinese expression or suggest new Korean expression Result : In the 28 TICHMM terms that describes the shape properties of herbal medicine, 5 was remained in Chinese expression, 22 was modified to revised Korean expression and 1 was suggested in new Korean expression. 8 terms that describes the Section properties of herbal medicine, 6 was modified to revised Korean expression and 2 was suggested in new Korean expression. 3 terms that describes the Material properties of herbal medicine, 1 was remained in Chinese expression, 2 was modified to revised Korean expression. 3 terms that describes the processing and storage properties of herbal medicine, 2 was modified to revised Korean expression and 1 was suggested in new Korean expression. Conclusion : By comparative Study of TICHMM, commonly used in China, it will contribute new guideline on the Visual Examination of Herbal Medicine for Korean student.

Objectives : The present study was undertaken to determine whether the ethanol extact of Citri Pericarpium (CP, Pericarp of Citrus unshiu Markovich, Rutaceae) is effective against atopic dermatitis according to it`s storage period. Methods : To evaluate antiallergic effect of CP and OCP (Old Citri Pericarpium) evaluated in vivo their inhibitory effects against passive cutaenous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction induced by IgE-antigen complex and scratching behaviors by compound 48/80. The Anti-atopic effects were measured by contact dermatitis, prurient animal model and PCA reaction. Contact dermatitis in mice as a model of the Type IV reaction caused by Oxazolone. Results : The results showed that anti-pruritus effects, analgesic effects of CP was depends on its hesperetin contents. And It also showed that keep longer in storage appeared to be higher in hesperetin contents. Both CP and OCP(Old CP) have a dose-dependent analgesic action in acetic acid induced writhing syndrome. OCP Potently inhibited PCA reaction in mice, although OCP weakly inhibited in long term contact dermatitis model in mice. Conclusions : These results suggest that the Proportional to the storage period, Citri Pericarpium possesses analgesic effects and anti-allergic effects.
