        참여정부 재건축규제의 주택시장 영향분석

        This research assesses the policies of the ‘Participatory Government' on reconstruction regulations and examine what are the desirable policies for the future reconstruction regulations. Empirical work had been done in order to verify the effect of the regulations on the housing prices, on the relationship between the reconstruction-apartment prices and the general-apartment prices and to examine what are the appropriate reconstruction regulations for the stable housing market and the advanced housing environment. The result of the analysis is as follows: First, it suggests that tightening up the reconstruction regulation has a short-run effect on the housing price stability and there is a possibility of continuous housing price increase caused by housing supply contraction. Second, the research cannot find the evidence that there is a relationship between the reconstruction-apartment prices and the general-apartment prices even though these two have similar time series movements. Third, it concludes that the necessary conditions and standards of the regulation are needed but the regulations such as direct control of consumers' needs should be deregulated.

        탈유당 탈지분유의 입자구조 특성에 관한 연구

        Calcium caseinate와 비교했을 때 탈유당 탈지분유는 입자가 더 크고 집단밀도도 더 큰 것으로 나타났는데 이 결과는 성분분석과 물리적 구조의 차이를 의미하는 것이다. 탈유당 탈지분유의 입자는 탈지분유의 입자 보다 더 큰데 그것은 팽윤과 덩이리 형성 때문으로 생각된다. 입자크기는 집단밀도와 상관이 없었으며 두 입자 특성이 다른 것은 유당제거 때문에 생긴 다공 구조 때문으로 해석된다. 탈유당 탈지 분유의 입자들은 용매처리로 매우 불규칙하고, 거칠고, 패인 곳이 많았으며 부서지기 쉬운, 부푼상태를 가지고 있었다. In comparison with calcium caseinate, delactosed nonfat dry milk has a greater particle size but also a higher bulk density, reflecting the differences in their composition and physical structure. Particles of delactosed nonfat dry milk were bigger than those of nonfat dry milk as a result of swelling and aggregation. The particle size was shown not to be correlated with the bulk density. The differences in particle characteristics between delactosed nonfat dry milk and nonfat dry milk were caused by the removal of lactose producing highly porous particles. The particles of delactosed nonfat dry milk were observed to be much more irregular, rough, hollow, fragile, and swelling as a result of solvent treatment.

        To investigate on the characteristics of muscle, the main raw material for meat products, myofibrillar proteins were prepared with muscle from various animals and their physico-chemical charateristics were compared one another, and also the fatty acid composition of muscle fats were compared. In addition, discussion on the carcinogencity of nitrite as food additive was made. 1. Although the morphological characteristics of myofibril did not vary from muscle to muscle, differences in the degree of actin-myosin interaction, ATPase activity, trypsin digestibility, and solubility curve to salt solution were observed. 2. Fatty acid composition of muscle fat varied from muscle to muscle. The percentage of arachidonic acid, precursor of biologically active prostaglandins, was higher in porcine muscle than in bovine muscle. It was considered to be a characteristics of chicken muscle that the percentage of linolcic acid is remarkably higher. 3. It became apparant that the inhibitory capadility of nitrite to botuiinum toxin biosynthesis and antioxidation capability of nitrite were of great advantage over the carcinogenicity of nitrite in the field of meat science.
