The effects of thermal cycle, aging heat treatment and Boron addition on the phase transformation characteristics and mechanical properties of the shape memory alloys of Cu-Zn-Al system, which was designed to operate about 80℃ by this research group, were studied. From the view point of the effects of thermal cycle on the phase transformation temperature change, it was found that up to 100 cycles Ms and Af points increased by 3-7℃ and Mf decreased a little bit and after that all of them were remain constant, and As point was not affected. All of the phase transformation temperatures were decreased 5-7℃ by aging heat treatment, at 140℃ for 24h however the effects of thermal cycle on aged allays were same as on unaged alloys. As the thermal cycle increased the shape memory ability decreased a little up to 20 cycles, but above that it kept almost same ability. By Boron addition, grain size was refined from 1500㎛ to about 330㎛ and the hardness, fatigue property were improved but shape memory ability was lowered.

간호대학생의 전공 만족도가 전공몰입에 미치는 영향과 전공선택 동기의 매개역할

이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입을 파악하고, 전공몰입의 영향요인 그리고 전공선택 동기의 매개역할을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 대구·경북지역에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 228명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2020년 11월 7일부터 11월 16일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공몰입 영향요인으로는 전공만족도와 전공선택 동기가 예측되었다. 전공 만족도와 전공몰입의 간에 전공선택 동기는 부분매개역할을 하였고, 구체적인 분석에서는 개인적 동기가 부분매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 전공몰입도를 향상시키는 기초정보를 제공하게 되며, 간호학 선택과정의 중요성을 시사하였다. This study involves descriptive research designed to understand the level of major satisfaction, the motivation for major selection, and major commitment of undergraduate nursing students, as well as the factors influencing major commitment and the mediating role of major selection motives. Data collection was conducted with 228 people enrolled in nursing colleges located in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province, and proceeded from November 7th to November 16th, 2020. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The analysis found that the level of major satisfaction was high and that the motivation for major selection and the major commitment were strong. Major satisfaction and motivation for major selection were predicted as factors influencing major commitment. Major satisfaction and major commitment were partially mediated by the motive for major selection, and specifically, they were partially mediated by personal motives. These results provide basic information to improve the undergraduate nursing students' major commitment, and suggests the importance of the process in which nursing is selected as a major.

Freak Wave 특성 파악을 위한 파랑관측 자료의 분석

This study is carried out the investigation of nonlinear characteristics of the field wave observation data acquired in the western sea area in Jeju island during one year. It is aimed to offer the fundamental data for Freak wave forecasting in real sea. For this, the nonlinear parameters of ocean waves, which are Skewness, Atiltness, Kurtosis and Spectrum band width parameter et al., are introduced, and the parameters are compared and discussed with some characteristics wave components, ie, significant wave height, maximum wave height, and so on. As a results, we know that the parameters describe nonlinear characteristics of observed wave spectrum broadly, are feebly related with occurrence of abnormal maximum wave height, namely freak event, however the Kurtosis, $K_t$ which is a degree of peakness of mode of surface elevation distribution, has better relationship than others. 본 연구는 제주도 서측 해역의 현지 파랑관측 자료를 기초로 해양파의 비선형 특성을 조사한 것으로서, 실제 해역에서 Freak wave 예보의 토대를 마련하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 관측된 파랑자료의 비선형 특성을 조사하기 위해 파형의 상하 비대칭성, 전후 비대칭성, 빈도 분포의 첨예도, 파랑 스펙트럼의 대역폭 파라미터 등을 추출하고 이들 자료를 유의파고 최대파고 등의 파랑 특성치들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 제시된 파랑의 비선형 파라미터들은 계측된 파랑 스펙트럼의 전반적인 비선형적 특징을 묘사하긴 하지만, 돌발적 고파랑이라고 할 수 있는 $H_{max}$와의 상관은 미약하여 Freak wave 의 발생을 단적으로 예측하기에는 부족한 것으로 나타났으나, 스펙트럼의 첨예도를 나타내는 $K_t$의 경우는 타 비선형 파라미터에 비해 다소 개선된 상관을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

라이프스타일특성이 검도수련자의 참여만족에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 생활체육의 일환으로 실시하고 있는 검도수련자들의 라이프스타일특성이 참여만족에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 검도수련자들에 대한 보다 내면적인 정보와 효율적인 검도장 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 대상은 대한체육회에 가맹되어 있는 대한검도회 공인도장으로 서울시에 소재하고 있는 140여개의 사설도장에서 수련하고 있는 검도수련자들을 모집단으로 설정하였다. 서울시 공인도장 목록에서 무작위로 선정된 20개의 도장에서 수련하는 수련생들에게 자기평가기입법으로 설문에 응하도록 요청을 한 후 완성된 설문지 총300부를 수거하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 10.0version의 통계프로그램을 활용하여 자료분석을 하였고, 사용된 통계기법은 빈도와 백분율(%) 등의 기술통계, 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA test), 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression) analysis) 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 검도수련자들은 지도자에 대하여 가장 높은 만족도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 그 뒤를 이었다. 그러나 시설에 대한 만족도는 가장 낮은 수치를 나타냈다. 검도수련자들의 수련특성에 따른 지도자, 프로그램, 시설만족도에 대한 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 그리고 라이프스타일 유형 중 건강지향과 스포츠지향의 수련자들이 지도자, 프로그램, 시설만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 의지박약형은 프로그램과 시설만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 건강지향과 스포츠지향의 검도수련자들에게 도장 관여도를 보다 높여줄 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 이를 통해 수련자들의 리더로서 역할을 할 수 있는 여건과 함께 이들을 통한 검도장 내, 외에서의 구전효과가 발생할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 줄 필요가 있다고 하겠다. 그리고 의지박약형의 수련자들에게는 검도 의 정신적인 측면 등을 강조하는 다양한 지도방식과 서비스의 제공을 통해 이들의 부정적인 태도를 변화시키려고 노력해야 하며, 이들로 하여금 부정적인 구전효과가 발생하지 않도록 세심한 주의가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of lifestyle characteristics on participation satisfaction of kumdo consumers and to offer internal information of Kumdo trainees for effective and efficient management of private kumdo club. The subjects of this study were selected from 20 private kumdo clubs, randomly drawn from the list of 140 officially approved Kumdo club of the city of Seoul under Korea Kumdo Association. Total of 300 subjects including 220 males and 80 females were chosen. Survey method for this study was employed and the following statistical methods were used: that is, frequencies and percentage, one-way ANOVA test, and multiple regression analysis by employing SPSS 10.0 version. The results and conclusions of this study were as follows: First, kumdo trainees of this study showed the highest satisfaction on their masters, the second satisfaction on the programs, and the lowest satisfaction on facilities. Second, significant differences on the satisfaction regarding masters, programs, and facilities were found based on learning characteristics of the trainees. Third, health lifestyle and sports lifestyle of the trainees positively influence to the satisfaction of masters, programs, and facilities. And fourth, weak-willed lifestyle of trainees negatively influence to the satisfaction of programs and facilities. In conclusion, the private kumdo club managers should create an environment to increase club involvement of the trainees who have a health lifestyle and a sports lifestyle and should promote 'mouth to mouth communication' in or/and out of the clubs by the trainees. On the other hand, the club managers should endeavor to change a negative attitude of the trainees who have a weak willed lifestyle through offering various programs and services emphasizing the spiritual aspects of kumdo and should try to cut a negative 'mouth to mouth communication' in or/and out of the clubs by the trainees.

본 연구는 제주도 서측 해역의 현지 파랑관측 자료를 기초로 해양파의 비선형 특성을 조사한 것으로서, 실제 해역에서의 Freak wave 예보의 토대를 마련하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 관측된 파랑자료의 비선형 특성을 조사하기 위해 파형의 상하 비대칭성, 전후 비대칭성, 빈도 분포의 첨예도, 파랑 스펙트럼의 대역폭 파라미터 등을 추출하고 이를 자료를 유의파고, 최대파고 등의 파랑 특성치들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 검도장의 내ㆍ외 환경 분석을 통한 경영 미션(Mission)소고

과거와는 달리 각종 정보의 공유와 컴퓨터를 포함한 매스미디어의 발달로 검도를 배우는 수련자들의 사회적 상식이나 검도이론 등이 향상되면서 이들의 검도에 대한 기대수준 역시 높아지고 있다. 이제는 검도에 대한 호기심이나 이미지에만 편승하여 과거와 같이 안일하고 주먹구구식의 검도장을 운영한다면 검도인들을 증가시키는 데 한계가 있을 것이며, 또한 다른 종목의 도장들에게도 경쟁력에서 뒤칠 것이다. 이 연구는 검도장운영에 관련한 내적환경과 외적인 환경을 분석하고 이를 토대로 하여 합리적이고 중장기적인 경영 미션(Mission)을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 체육관 경영은 지도자, 시설, 그리고 프로그램이 삼위일체가 되어 생활체육활동을 하려는 사람들에게 즐겁게 참여할 수 있는 장을 제공해주는 것으로 최소한의 투자로 최대한의 효과를 얻기 위한 효율적인 관리가 필요하다. 검도장의 경영환경은 여러 가지 내ㆍ외적인 환경변수들에 의해 끊임없이 영향을 받고 있으며, 검도장의 영세성도 문제지만 도장을 경영하는 지도자들의 도장의 환경을 개선하려는 노력도 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제들은 수련생들의 불만족으로 이어지게 되고, 결국 수련생들의 감소로 나타나게 된다. 검도장을 경영하는데 있어 경쟁상대를 대한검도회 소속의 도장들을 대상으로 할 것이 아니라, 다른 종목의 도장들이나 클럽들을 상대로 하여 경쟁상의 우위를 확보하고 검도인구를 확산시키려는 보다 폭넓은 사명감을 가져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 관장이나 지도자들은 자기 분야에 대해 끊임없이 연구하고 미래를 구상할 수 있는 안목을 가져야 할 것이다. 그리고 세부적으로는 회원들에 대한 체계적인 관리와 회원들의 동기를 부여할 수 있는 내용 있는 지도프로그램의 제공, 광고나 홍보의 효율적인 실시 등 도장을 경영할 수 있는 가치관을 우선적으로 확립하는 것이 중요하다. 비록 도장의 경영 여건이 단시일 내에 개선되기가 쉽지 않겠지만 관장이나 지도자가 경영 미션을 세우고 지속적이고 중장기적인 마케팅활동을 통해 회원의 관리 및 증진 등을 점진적으로 이루어 나가야 할 것이다. Today, the influence of information and mass-media development including computer has brought kumdo trainees to enhance knowledge regarding kumdo principles, and the expectation level of kumdo trainees about kumdo club has been increased. Therefore, any idle management on kumdo club will bring a limitation in expansion of kumdo trainees and will not have any competitive power compared to other martial-arts clubs The purpose of this study was to analyse the internal and external circumstance of kumdo club and to suggest effective and long-term management mission. Club management should offer participation opportunity with an enjoyment to the publics who want various recreational sports activities through forming a trinity of facilities, leaders and programs. The clubs is necessary a rational management to get the maximum effectiveness with the minimum investment. The kumdo clubs have been influenced by internal and external circumstance continuously. In addition, any effort of kumdo managers to improve the circumstance of kumdo clubs has been also shorted. Those problems can cause trainees' dissatisfaction and can bring decrease of trainees. It is necessary to have a management mission expanding kumdo population based on competitive power compared to other sports clubs. Kumdo mangers and leaders should have an appreciative eye for future based on continuous study on the area of kumdo and club management. In detail, it is critical to establish a philosophical sense on kumdo club management including various teaching programs which offer motivation to the trainees. advertising and P.R. and effective marketing.
