In order to investigate the effect of Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae on obesity-induced rats, after Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae were administered by mouth, and then body-weight, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, Obese mRNA and TNF-${\alpha}$/ mRNA were measured. The reselts were as follows ; 1. The body-weight was decresed with the statistical significance in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group. 2. The quantitation of serum triglyceride was decresed with the statistical significance in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group. 3. The total cholesterol was slightly decresed in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group, but there was no statistical significance. 4. The manifestation of Obese mRNA and TNF-${\alpha}$/ mRNA in epidymal, retroperitoneal, mesenteric and skeletal muscle tissues were inhibited in Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae group. According to the above results, Taeumjowerang and Herba Ephedrae were recognized to be helpful for the treatment of obesity.

The primary school library make high using convenience of teachers and students and support work of teachers efficiently because of transmission education and information fundamentally. Generally, the main purpose of space composition is economic Lay-out of space and furniture to connect faculty of between space and space. Therefore, to convenient for users and high effect of education, Lay-out of space and furniture, we survey and analyze Lay-out type of faculty space in primary school library. To this aspects, the purpose of this study is to understand state and analyze the occupancy character of space for students that user of primary school library then when we plan primary school library, accomplish more efficient space plan that specialization, pluralistic, individuality of primary school library and cope with environment of education and change of society actively.
부동산개발사업을 위한 토지매수시 한정가격의 성립과 결정요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 민간개발사업자가 부동산개발사업을 진행하기 위하여 토지계약시 토지가격이 상승하는 원인과, 토지매수가격이 경제논리로 설명할 수 없는 원인이 무엇인지에 대한 분석을 하고자 연구하였다. 분석을 위해 부동산개발사업을 위한 총 50개 현장의 토지계약서를 바탕으로 연구하였다. 먼저 민간개발사업자가 부동산개발사업을 진행하고자 토지계약을 체결한 토지매수가격을 분석한 결과, 토지매수가격이 한정가격으로 나타났다. 그러다 보니 개발사업을 위한 토지계약시 가격이 상승하고, 기존 경제논리로 설명할 수 없었던 이유가, 토지가격에 대한 경제논리가 시장부동산과 시장가치를 기준으로 이루어져서, 한정시장부동산 또는 한장부동산이고, 비시장가치인 한정가격이다 보니 경제논리로 설명할 수 없었던 것이다.또한 한정가격에 영향을 미치는 변수가 무엇인지를 헤도닉가격모형으로 분석한 결과, "소유형태, 계약면적, 토지등급, 지목, 잔금기간, ㎡당 단가, 공시지가, 계약률"이 한정가격에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In this paper, we have investigated the reasons why land prices agreed upon by private developers to move their real estate development process forward fail to follow the natural market equilibrium mechanism. (2) RESEARCH METHOD A total of fifty land contract documents were analyzed for this study. The analysis on contracted land prices agreed upon by private developers (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS 1) prices moved along the line of the general market valuation mechanism up until the very closing phase of the contract, 2) there were only a limited number of buyers and sellers involved in the negotiation, 3) a market dynamism very different from that of the broader real estate market was at play, and 4) a price discrepancy was found between the market price and the final contract price of a given land. 2. RESULTS These are the characteristics of a limited-market value which explains why the land price went up upon the closing of the contract. Since the land in question was in fact a limited-market real estate with its price determined by the rule of limited-market or non-market valuation, the sudden jump in value had not been understood nor explained with the rules of general land price economics.
