        나일론66/탄소필러 복합체의 가공조제에 따른 물성 및 용융흐름특성 연구

        고함량 탄소필러의 첨가로 인해 고분자/탄소필러 복합체의 용융흐름특성이 불량하여 기존의 압출공정 또는 사출공정을 통해 제품으로 제조하는 것이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체의 용융흐름특성과 물성에 대한 가공조제의 영향을 고찰하고자 하였다. 탄소필러 종류로는 카본블랙(CB), 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(MWCNT), 니켈코팅 탄소섬유(Ni-CF) 등이 사용되었다. 가공조제 종류로는 폴리에틸렌 왁스(L-C102N, L-C121N)와 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl(BIS)을 사용하였다. 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체는 이축압출기(twin screw extruder)를 이용하여 가공조제 종류와 함량을 다르게 하여 다이온도 기준으로 280℃에서 제조하였다. BIS가 첨가된 나일론 66/CB/CNT/Ni-CF 복합체의 경우, 용융흐름특성에 대한 개선이 복소점도 및 용융유동지수로부터 확인되었고, 표면저항과 같은 전기적 특성 변화가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. It is difficult to fabricate the product of the polymer/carbon filler composites with high carbon filler content through the conventional extrusion or injection process due to poor melt flow properties. In this study, the effect of processing aid on the melt flow and physical properties of the nylon66/carbon filer composites was discussed. The carbon fillers such as carbon black (CB), multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), nickel coated carbon fiber (Ni-CF) were used. Polyethylene-wax (L-C102N, L-C121N) and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl (BIS) were used as the processing aids. The nylon66/carbon filler composites with different processing aid types and content were fabricated by using a twin-screw extruder at 280℃ of die temperature. In case of nylon66/CB/CNT/CF composites with BIS processing aid, an improvement of melt flow properties was certified by the complex viscosities and melt flow index, and there was little change in electrical properties such as surface resistivity.

        나일론66 복합체의 전자파 차폐 성능 및 물성에 미치는 탄소 필러의 영향

        본 연구에서는 탄소필러의 종류 및 함량에 따라 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체를 제조하였고, 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체의 표면저항, 전자파 차폐 성능, 기계적 물성 그리고 복소점도 등을 고찰하였다. 탄소필러 종류로는 카본블랙(CB), 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(MWCNT), 니켈코팅 탄소섬유(Ni-CF) 등이 사용되었다. 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체는 이축압출기(twin screw extruder)를 이용하여 탄소필러 종류와 함량을 다르게 하여 다이온도 기준으로 280℃에서 제조하였다. CNT와 CB를 혼합사용할 때 상승효과가 나타남을 표면저항을 이용하여 확인하였다. 전자파 차폐 성능을 기준으로, 40 dB 이상을 만족하는 Ni-CF의 최소 함량은 20 wt%였으며, 나일론66/CNT/CB/Ni-CF 복합체의 가공성 고찰을 위해 동적유변학측정기를 이용하여 복소점도를 측정하였다. 또한 SEM을 이용하여 복합체의 형태학적 특성을 고찰하였다. In this study, nylon66/carbon filler composites were prepared according to the type and content of carbon filler, the surface resistivity, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance, and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The carbon fillers such as carbon black (CB), multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), nickel coated carbon fiber (Ni-CF) were used. The nylon66/carbon filler composites with different filler types and filler content were fabricated by using a twin-screw extruder at 280℃ reference of die temperature. Double percolation was certified by surface resistivity when CNT and CB were compounded together in nylon66 matrix. Based on EMI shielding effectiveness, the minimum content of NI-CF was 20 wt% when the EMI shielding effective value has over 40 dB. The complex viscosities of the nylon66/CNT/CB/Ni-CF composites were measured by using a dynamic rheometer to determine the processability of the composite. Also, the morphological properties were investigated by using SEM.

        비상용성 PC/ABS 블렌드의 물성에 미치는 ABS 함량과 GO의 영향

        본 연구에서는 비상용성 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC)/아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, ABS)의 ABS 함량에 따른 분산상의 변화와 그래핀 옥사이드(graphene oxide, GO)의 첨가에 따른 물성 변화를 고찰하였다. ABS 함량을 30, 50, 70 wt%로 변화시켜 PC-GO/ABS 복합체를 이축압출기(twin screw extruder)를 이용하여 다음과 같이 2단계로 제조하였다. 1단계에서 PC/GO 예비 복합체를 260 ℃ 압출온도로 제조한 후, 2단계에서 GO의 함량이 0.5 wt%가 되도록 1단계에서 제조한 PC/GO 예비 복합체를 이용하여 PC-GO/ABS 복합체를 압출온도 240 ℃에서 제조하였다. ABS 함량에 따른 PC-GO/ABS 복합체 내의 ABS 상의 구조가 ABS 함량에 따라 sea-island, co-continuous, 그리고 역 sea-island 구조로 변화는 것을 SEM과 TEM 사진을 통해 확인하였다. PC-GO/ABS 복합체의 충격강도는 ABS 함량이 30 wt%와 50 wt%일 때 증가하였으며, 이는 GO의 계면에서의 상용화 효과와 ABS 상에서의 보강효과에 의한 것으로 해석할 수 있고, GO의 위치는 TEM을 이용하여 확인하였다. 또한 PC-GO/ABS 복합체의 전단박하 현상과 탄성특성 변화로부터 GO의 위치를 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다. In this study the effects of adding GO and the change of ABS phase content on the physical properties of immiscible polycarbonate (PC)/poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) (ABS) blends were discussed. The PC-GO/ABS composites were fabricated by using a twin screw extruder as two steps. PC/ABS blends were set at the weight ratios of 70/30, 50/50, and 30/70. First of all PC/GO composite was fabricated at 260 ℃. And then the PC-GO/ABS composites were manufactured by using an extruder at 240 ℃. The GO of 0.5 wt% was inserted by PC/GO composite for all samples. It was confirmed by SEM and TEM that the ABS phase structures were changed from sea-island to inverse sea-island with increasing ABS content. The izod impact strength increased with adding GO when the contents of ABS were 30 and 50 wt%. It is interpreted by the reinforced ABS phase and compatibilizing effect of GO at the interface between PC and ABS. In the TEM images, most GO were located in the interface and ABS phase. GO location was checked indirectly by shear thinning effect and storage modulus of PC-GO/ABS composites.

        Hot tub lung is a lung disorder associated with exposure to hot tub water contaminated with Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC). Although its pathogenesis remains unclear, it may be considered hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) rather than an infectious disease. We report a case which fulfilled the current diagnostic criteria of hot tub lung. A patient had worked as a cleaner in the public bath for approximately one year and presented with dyspnea for over one month. The computed tomographic finding of bilateral ground glass attenuation and pathologic finding of granulomatous inflammation were consistent with HP. MAC was isolated from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and hot tub water. After corticosteroid treatment without antimycobacterial medication, the patient improved and there has been no recurrence. The patient has since discontinued working in the public bath.

        자하거 약침의 천식 환자에 대한 연속증례보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Hominis Placenta Pharmacopuncture(HPP) for patients with asthma. Methods We treated three patients who have asthma with HPP. To check the effect of HPP we used CAMSOM-V. To check the satisfaction of HPP we used Five-point Likert scale. Results After treatment symptoms were improved. CAMSOM-V decreased in all cases. The Likert scale points were checked 5 and 4 and 4. Conclusions In this study, we have found the meaning of the research that HPP, in the future will be efficacious against asthma.

        나일론66/탄소필러 복합체의 물리적 성질에 대한 제조방법의 영향

        본 연구에서는 나일론66/탄소필러 복합체의 기초 물성 및 전자파 차폐 성능에 대한 제조방법의 영향을 고찰하였다. 탄소필러 종류로는 카본블랙(CB), 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(MWCNT), 니켈코팅 탄소섬유(Ni-CF)가 사용되었다. 제조방법으로는 CB/MWCNT에 대한 마스터배치(master-batch, MB)와 Ni-CF 투입방법을 고려하였다. MB의 CB와 MWCNT 함량은 20 wt%로 고정하여 다이 온도 기준으로 280 ℃의 이축압출기(twin screw extruder)에서 제조하였다. 또한 Ni-CF 투입방법은 주 투입구(main feeder)와 부 투입구(side feeder)로 달리하여 복합체를 제조하였다. MB를 적용한 나일론 66/CB/CNT/Ni-CF 복합체의 경우, 용융 흐름성과 전기적 특성이 개선됨을 복소점도 및 표면저항으로부터 확인하였고, Ni-CF가 부 투입구에 투입되는 경우 전자파 차폐 성능이 큰 폭으로 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. In this study, the effect of fabrication method on the basic properties and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance of the nylon66/carbon filler composites was discussed. The carbon fillers such as carbon black (CB), multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), and nickel coated carbon fiber (Ni-CF) were used. The master-batch (MB) of CB/MWCNT and feeding method of Ni-CF were used as fabrication methods. The concentration of CB and MWCNT in MB was fixed at 20 wt% and MBs were fabricated by using a twin screw extruder at die temperature of 280 ℃. The composites were prepared with two different feeding methods that Ni-CFs were fed separately at main and side feeder. The improvements of melt flow and electrical properties were confirmed from complex viscosity and surface resistance in the case of nylon 66/CB/CNT/Ni-CF composites fabricated through MB, and EMI shielding performance increased largely when Ni-CF was fed into the composites at side feeder.

        In the present study, effects of essential oils isolated from various plants have been evaluated on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced release of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) by the macrophage RAW 264.7 cells. Among the tested essential oils, essential oil of Lingularia fischeri var. spiciformis (LF-oil) signifcantly inhibited the LPS-induced generation of NO, PGE2 and TNF-αIn Raw 264.7 cells. Consistent with these observations, the expression of inducible NO synthase (Inos) and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 enzyme was inhibited by LF-oil in a concentration- dependent manner Thus, this study suggests that inhibition of release of Inos, COX-2 expression, and TNF-α By the essential oil of Lingularia fischer may be one of the mechanisms responsible for the anti-inflammatory effects of this medicinal plant.

        Objectives Clinical pathway (CP), is management plans that display goals for patients and have led to improve outcomes for many diseases. In Korea, Interest in Korean medicine's stabilization (Clinical pathway, Clinical Practice Guideline) is increasing, But the number of studies is scare. Method and Analysis This trials composes nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design to conduct clincal pathway trial for the acute pain after back surgery. The subjects were 10 control patients with back surgery, and 10 experimental patients with application of integrative CP. Each group patient will observed 6 weeks. We check validation of CP. Also we compared the patient's status using the pain, function, Quality of life index between the two groups. Discussion This trial is the first CP for the acute pain after back surgery using integrative medicine concepts. Aim of this trial is to find the effectiveness and validity of clincal pathway for acute pain after back surgery.
