This study was conducted to gain the basic data on the preservation and utilization of the traditional landscape of Geuman and Dorae villages of Naju city, Jeollanam-do. We have also investigated the current status and landscape, and the factors that hinder the landscape. Geuman village in Naju city was formed at the foot of Geumseongsan mountain in 1400s, consists of 12 small villages, and has a resident population of about 480. Dorae village was formed 700 years ago and has about 100 Hanoks in harmony with a population of 200 residents. The landscape resources of Geuman village had included Shin, Suk-ju"s birthplace, Hanok village, about 20 temples and pavilions, 8 scenic views of Geuman-dong, and Geuman Stonewall Walkway. Dorae village had old houses, stonewall walkway, small streams, village school in the Joseon Dynasty period and village pavilions designated as Folklore cultural properties. In the case of Geuman village, there were information facilities and sculptures of excessive size and design that did not match the landscape, the incongruity of old houses, modern facilities and village halls, the iron gates on stone walls and modern road pavement, and the murals that did not go well with the surroundings. In Dorae village, the modern simplified buildings at the entrance of the village, the primary color simplified water tank on the roadside of the village, the agricultural materials piled up along the roadside and alleys of the village, the information board for excessive facilities and design, the iron gates installed in stone walls, the modern simple facilities placed around the old house were causing incongruity. Therefore, in order to preserve the traditional landscape, revitalize a village tourism, and increase the brand value of the village, it was necessary to improve the factors pointed out as that damage the landscape.

본 연구는 강원도와 18개 시·군을 대상으로 지역별 경관계획 수립현황 및 형성조례와 경관조례등에 대하여 경관 유형별 개발 인. 허가 운영지침에 대한 문제점을 분석하고 고찰함으로써 강원도의 경관심의제도에 대하여 보다 효율적 추진 방안으로 개선하는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. This study starred with a view of helping Gangweon-do Landscape Deliberation System for Gangweon-do and 18 cities. The findings revealed that the landscape deliberation system itself needs to be improved through the revision of the landscape act to facilitate the effective operation of the landscape deliberation system. However, it is noted that Chuncheon and Weonju cities enforce the deliberation procedure based on the landscape act, and landscape regulations. It is judged to be worthy of paying attention to some efforts in policy. Any landscape deliberation standards should be established to landscape deliberation more effectively and systematically by coming up with them in division into r general guidelines and detailed guidelines or a more effective implementation.

The present study observed temperature, wind direction and wind velocity in order to identify factors affecting the climatic environment by land use and their intensity, and the results of analysis using the observed data are as follows. 1) According to the distribution of temperature, low temperature was observed usually around parks and greens, rivers, and roadside trees, and high temperature around main roads and areas crowded with artificial structures. 2) Temperature grew lower and wind velocity grew higher as it came closer to the Musim-cheon River from the outside, and the wind direction was opposite to the direction of water flow. 3) The increase in the ratio of green coverage was effective in lowering temperature, and as to its efficiency and the affected area, the highest temperature was high in order of commercial areas, industrial areas and residential areas, and the lowest temperature was high in order of industrial areas, commercial areas and residential areas. 4) According to the percentages of land uses, cooling sources were effective in order of planted areas, grassy areas and water surfaces, and heat sources were effective in order of paved roads, building areas and vacant areas.

According to tourism resources in Kyonggi province, tourist behavior was dramatically different in that tourists utilizing natural resources were mainly interested in static tourism activities and sight seeing activities while tourist using socio-cultural resources preferred with dynamic tourism activities and relaxation tourism. Therefore, the objectives of reconstruction should be adjusted depending on types of tourism resources (i.e. natural and socio-cultural resources) or natural intensity as well as the development goal of recreational tourism. In contrast, historic and cultural resources surrounded with natural resources showed higher revisit rate, and was conceived as better touring site than individual resource because of historical people, traditional custom, natural sight seeing, etc. Therefore, it is believed that proper utilization of natural resources will increase revisit rate and create new conception as a famous touring site.
