베트남인 한국어 학습자의 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음 오류 분석

이 본 연구는 베트남인 한국어 학습자들의 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음 오류를 분석하고 그 분석을 통하여 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음의 교수 방법을 설계하는 데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 다양한 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음 환경에서 베트남인 한국어 학습자들이 어떤 발음 오류를 보이는지 알아보기 위하여 5가지 유형의 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음 분석 실험을 진행하였다. 초급·중급·고급 각각 500개의 실험 단어 중에서 초급이 81%, 중급이 68.2% 고급 27.6%의 오류율을 보였다. 실험 내용을 분석한 결과 가장 많은 오류를 보인 유형은 종성 유음+종성 유음 유형이다. 이 유형의 오류율은 초급이 91%, 중급이 87%, 고급이 42%로 나타났다. 다음으로 많은 오류를 보인 유형은 어말 종성 유음 유형이다. 이 유형은 초급이 90%, 중급이 86%, 고급이 29%의 오류율을 보였다. 가장 낮은 오류를 보인 유형은 종성 유음+후행 모음 유형이다. 초급이 66%, 중급이 36%, 고급이 17%였다. 초급 학습자들이 중급·고급으로 갈수록 연음 규칙에 익숙해져서 오류가 낮게 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 발음 오류를 분석한 결과 모든 실험 유형에서 초급과 중급 사이에 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 초급 과정에서 베트남인 한국어 학습자들을 위한 체계적인 종성 유음 교육이 이루어지지 않으면 중급 과정에서도 오류가 수정되지 않음을 알 수 있다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지속적인 종성 유음 /ㄹ/ 발음 교육을 진행한다면 베트남인 한국어 학습자들이 종성 유음 /ㄹ/을 정확하게 익히는 데 도움이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the errors in pronunciation of the syllable-final liquid /ㄹ/ by Vietnamese learners of Korean, and to provide basic data necessary to design a teaching method for the proper pronunciation of the syllable-final /ㄹ/ based on the analysis. In order to find out what kind of pronunciation errors Vietnamese Korean learners made in the pronunciation of the syllable-final /ㄹ/, five types of syllable-final /ㄹ/ sounds were analyzed in our experiment. Upon the 500 experimental words, the error rate of the syllable-final /ㄹ/ for the beginners group was 81%, 68.2% for the intermediate group, and 27.6% for the advanced group. The experiment result showed that the type being mispronounced most frequently was syllable-final liquid /ㄹ/ + syllable-final liquid /ㄹ/. The error rate of this type was 91% for the beginners, 87% for the intermediate, and 42% for the advanced. The next most-frequent type of mispronunciation was sole syllable-final liquid /ㄹ/. This type had an error rate of 90% for the beginners, 86% for the intermediate and 29% for the advanced. The type with the lowest error rate was syllable-final liquid /ㄹ/ + syllable-initial vowel. Th error rate was 66% for the beginners, 36% for the intermediate, and 17% for the advanced. Our experiment result showed that there were no significant differences between the beginners and the intermediate groups in all types. This outcome seems to show that the errors might not be corrected easily up to intermediate level unless systematic and continuous speech training for Korean final liquid /ㄹ/ is provided to Vietnamese learners of Korean through the beginners and intermediate levels.
충북지역 헬스클럽 이용 남성들의 영양지식 수준 및 식품섭취빈도 실태

The purpose of this study wat to investigate the status of nutrition knowledge and food frequency of male users of health clubs in Chungbuk area. The subjects were 184 males using the helath clubs in Cheongju city, Chungbuk Province. The period of survey was from June 24 to July 23, 2008. For the study the researcher visited first hand 13 health clubs downtown Cheongju, distributing questionnaires, which were filled up and collected on the spot. Majority of the respondents were age 20-29(75.0%) and university students(55.4%). The purposes of using health clubs were ‘keeping fit’ (47.8%), followed by ‘getting in shape’(33.7%) and ‘promotion of health’(8.7%). The interest score in health averaged 3.6 on a 5-point scale, and the interest score in physical development averaged 3.4. Nutrition knowledge score averaged 13.5 on a 20-point scale. Respondents who had no experience to take nutritional education accounted for 57.0% of the total respondents and those who wanted to take nutrition education represented 59.8%. Food groups that taken 1-2 times or less weekly among the kinds of foods were sea weeds(42.9%), followed by fishes and eggs(41.9%), legumes(40.8%) and dairy products(33.2%), comparing with the food groups frequently taken 5 times or over weekly that includes carbonated drinks and coffee (40.8%), midnight snacks (12.0%) and liquors (11.4%). In conclusion, while the interest score in health ranked high, nutrition knowledge score of the subjects were low and they had unbalanced diet. Therefore, nutrition education for grownup males in the community should be required for their health.

The purpose of this study is to analyze what the space of acoustic image is and how Le Corbusier's acoustical thought was constructed as a space in his late architecture. Through the painting and sculpture, Le Corbusier experimented the visualization of acoustic thought, which is connected to the acoustical space. With the synthesis of major arts, Le Corbusier's acoustical thought is considered as an important concept in his late art and architectural work. To analyze the space of acoustic image, his two major architectural works are investigated Ronchamp and La Tourette. In conclusion, It is found that Le Corbusier's space of acoustic image is revealed by the concordance between clement and element in architecture.
家兎眼 망막 색소상피세포 Acid phosphatase : 정제 및 활성에 미치는 인자들에 관한 연구 Purification and Characterization

Acid phosphatase [Orthophosphoric monoester phosphohydrolase(acid optimum), EC 3.1.3.2, ACPase] was purified from the retinal pigment epithelium of rabbit eyes near homogeneity. The purification procedure included lysosomal fractionation, acid treatment, ammonium sulfate fractionation, gel filtration chromatography on sephadex G-100 and ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. ACPase was purified about 47 fold and it is mollecular weight was estimated to be approximately 126 kDa, and consists of two identical subunits(54 kDa) by Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The optimum temperature of ACPase activity determined with p-nitirophenyl phosphate was 60℃. ACPase was inhibited by L-(+)-tartarate, fluoride, cupric ion, zinc ion and mercuric ion, whereas activated by magnesium ion, reducing agents(cystein, 2-mercaptoethanol or ascorbic acid) and EDTA. Although the enzyme appears to be the most activity toward P-nitrophenyl phosphate, marked activity was observed with Glucose-1-phosphate. ATP, ADP and AMP were not hydrolyzed by ACPase.
