According to the Old and New Testament, Christian worship contains festive elements related to salvation. Because basically the character of dance is related with joy and festival, it`s been used as means of celebrating worship. Today, choreographers may reinterpret the characters or personalities in the Bible for their creative works. Expressing the biblical stories as performance, they also can achieve the religious and artistic purpose. Christian dancing is the way and proceed which give a glory to God through dancing. It is also the life in which we devote our talent to God. The bible offers choreographers the chance of choosing the various subjects, and helps their artistic perfection. If dancing is important and meaningful part of worship, it should be understood under more complete dimension, than the physical way. It is choreographers that should symbolize ceremony in modern movement of our life. Also, they should reinterpret and reconstruct the movement successfully. As a result, this is an aspect of Christian mission and the subject of Christian dancing in the future time.

가습기 살균제 사건의 민사적 쟁점

가습기살균제를 사용함으로써 손해를 입은 피해자들은 현재 가습기살균제를 제조 및 판매한 업체를 상대로 손해배상소송을 진행하고 있다. 가습기살균제 사건은 고도의 기술이 집약되어 대량으로 생산되는 제품의 결함으로 인하여 피해자에게 손해가 발생한 사안으로 일반불법행위책임의 특칙이라고 할 수 있는 제조물책임법이 적용된다고 할 것이다. 우리 법원은 제조물책임법 제정 이전부터 제조물책임적 성격을 갖는 일련의 사건들에서 제조물의 결함에 대한 제조자 등의 과실 및 결함과 손해 사이의 인과관계를 추정하여 피해자의 입증책임을 완화함으로써 피해의 구제를 모색해 왔다. 그러나 법원은 일부 사례에서 제조물책임법상, 결함을 ‘제조상의 결함’, ‘설계상의 결함’, ‘표시상의 결함’으로 유형화하고 있다고 하면서 ‘설계상의 결함’ 및 ‘표시상의 결함’의 경우는 과실책임으로 해석된다고 판단하고 있다. 이는 결국 피해자가, 제조자가 결함의 존재를 알았거나 알 수 있었을 것이라는 사실을 입증해야하는 것으로서 일반불법행위책임과 실질적으로 차이가 없는 것이라 할 것이다. 제조물책임법의 영역에서도 사실적 인과관계, 즉 결함으로 인하여 손해가 발생하였다는 사실이 입증되어야 하는 점은 일반불법행위책임에서와 다르지 않다. 그리고 그러한 제조물책임에서는 특히 역학적 인과관계의 적용여부가 문제되고 있다. 우리 대법원은 역학적 관련성이 인정된다고 하더라도 곧바로 개별적 인과관계까지 인정되는 것은 아니라고 하고 있기 때문이다. 또한 대법원은 특이성 질환 혹은 비특이성 질환을 구분하여, 특이성 질환의 경우 역학적 상관관계로 인과관계를 인정할 수 있지만 비특이성 질환의 경우는 역학적 상관관계가 있다는 것만으로는 개별적 인과관계를 인정할 수 없다고 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 법원의 논리는 상당한 비판을 받고 있다. 특이성 질환 및 비특이성 질환의 구분은 학문적 근거가 없는 것이고 법원에서 말하고 있는 ‘하나의 병인에 의하여 발생’하여야 한다는 것과 ‘병인(원인)과 질병 발병(결과)이 명확하게 대응’하여야 한다는 요건을 갖추는 특이성 질환은 존재하지 않는다는 이유 때문이다. 우리 법원은 환경소송 및 제조물소송에 있어서 이른바 인과관계 입증 완화 법리를 채택함으로써 실질적인 피해구제를 시도하고 있다. 가습기살균제 사건에서도 이러한 법리가 적용되어야 한다. 또한, 비록 법원의 인과관계 입증 완화 법리 채택여부와 무관하게 법관의 자유심증에 따라 판결이 내려진다고 하더라도, “감정인의 감정결과가 감정 방법 등이 경험칙에 반하거나 합리성이 없는 등의 현저한 잘못이 없는 한 이를 존중해야 한다”는 대법원의 입장에 비추어, 법원이 당해 사건을 판단함에 있어 역학연구결과 역시 증거로서 부정하지 말고 존중해야 할 것이다.

Traditional Korean art should develop as the Korean people develop Our art should not be allowed to remain frozen in antiquity. A deep understanding of our traditional art forms is vital to our cultural identity and to our self expression in an era in which our future expression of identity must be built. One vital tradition is the Namsadang Poongmool-Noli, a beautiful synthesis of dance, music, and drama. A study of this art form must include a study of the Mamsadang-Pac, the originating artistic group. The Poongmool-Noli of Namsadang is a prime example of the sophistication of traditional dance and music. It is, without a doubt, the most entertaining, dynamic, and elegant of any art form created by peasants. The unique quality of the Namsadang Poongmool-Noli is the Chilche-Jangdan, a kind of rhythm. Though the rhythm is not diverse, it is powerful and dynamic. The most striking feature of any performance of the Namsadang Poongmool-Noli is that it derives its beauty from the harmony of the whole formation, rather than showcasing the skills of individual artists. The Namsadang Poongmool-Noli could be joined by the common people, though it was originally supervised by the ruling class. As time passed, however, the Poongmool-Noli became the people`s art. The Namsadang-Pae goup behaved very differently in terms of the ethics of the time. Members of the goup chose to suffer a certain amount of isolation from the traditional goup consciousness in order to wander the country practicing their art. The Namsadang-Pae`s forsook the secure identity offered thorn by family and nation and derived their identity from their art. The Namsadang Poongmool-Noli of the Namsadang Pac is a unique and intangible cultural asset. It therefore deserves the financial support of the government. The art form should be used to attract tourism and should be promoted abroad in cultural exchanges. In addition traditional artistic groups like the Namsadang-Pae should be preserved and supported by the korean government and people.

한류의 지속을 위한 국제공동제작의 필요성

한류가 지속적으로 확산되고 문화적 파급력이 높아지면서 한류 수용자들의 반응도 더욱 다양해지고 있다. 본 연구는 향후 한류의 확산의 거점역할을 할 수 있는 베트남을 중심으로 한국과 한류 수용국가 간의 공동제작의 필요성 및 글로벌 미디어 기업의 역할을 강조한다. 주요 조사자료는 국제공동제작에 대한 문헌과 신문 자료이며, 이 외에 집단심층토론 조사의 일부 자료도 포함하였다. 한국과 한류 수용국가 간의 국제 공동제작은 한류문화콘텐츠의 다양화와 한류 수용자들과의 소통할 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 CJE&M의 사례를 중심으로 글로벌 문화콘텐츠로서 한류 콘텐츠의 발전방향을 고려하고 한류 거점지역으로서 영향력이 높은 베트남 문화산업과의 상호관계형성을 강조한다. 나아가 보다 많은 국내 미디어 그룹이 글로벌 미디어 시장에 진출할 수 있도록 콘텐츠 개발 및 네트워크 형성을 위한 협력적 지원이 필요하다. As Hallyu has been spreading and influencing on global pop culture, the Hallyu audiences respond more diverse to Hallyu. This research focuses on the importance of international co-production between Korea and the countries receiving Hallyu and highlights on the roles of global media companies. To do so, this research introduces the international co-production cases in Vietnam which can be the center of spreading Hallyu in Southeast Asia countries. The research resources are journal articles, newspapers, and the parts of the Focus Group Discussion in Vietnam. The international co-productions between Korea and the countries can provide the opportunity for diversifying Hallyu contents and for communicating with Hallyu receivers better. This research considers the development trends of Hallyu contents based on the cases of CJ E&M in Vietnam and emphasizes building cooperative relationships with Vietnam cultural industry. Furthermore, it is necessary to support the number of Korean media companies to create contents and build networks so that the companies can advance to global media market.

웹툰의 확산이 한류의 발전에 미치는 영향

드라마, 영화, K-Pop을 중심으로 한류가 확산되면서 한류 수용자들은 다양한 한국의 문화콘텐츠를 접하고 있다. 한국에서 제작한 게임과 만화의 수출도 증가하고 있는데, 인터넷 만화인 웹툰은 국내외에서 장르적 친숙성, 일상성, 접근성 등의 이유로 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국문화콘텐츠인 웹툰의 해외 진출이 한류에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보고 웹툰의 발전방안을 모색할 것이다. 최근 빠르게 진행되고 있는 웹툰의 해외 진출 동향을 파악하기 위해 웹툰에 대한 문헌과 신문 자료를 바탕으로 조사하였다. 이 외에 인도네시아 내에 실시된 초점토론조사의 일부 자료도 포함하였다. 본 연구는 웹툰의 경제적 효과 외에 사회적, 문화적 효과를 고려하고 한류 문화콘텐츠로서 웹툰의 해외 현지화와 발전방향을 강조한다. 이와 함께 웹툰의 발전으로 인하여 한류의 핵심적 콘텐츠인 드라마와 영화가 발전을 지속할 수 있는 방안을 제시하려 한다. Hallyu has spread based on Korean drama, movie, K-Pop, and the recipients of Hallyu have been meeting diverse contents. The exports of the Korean computer games and cartoons increase, and the webtoon, Internet cartoon, rapidly develops due to the familarity, everydayness, and accessibility of the genre. This study explores the impact of spread of webtoon on Hallyu and considers the ways of fostering webtoon. Recently, the webtoon industry goes abroad. In order to understand the trend of webtoon industry, this study uses document research including news papers. In addition, this research refers the parts of the FGD research conducted in Indonesia. This research also understands the economic, social, and cultural impact of webtoon and focuses on the localization and development of webtoon as one of the Hallyu contents. In addition, this research suggests the ways of increasing sustainability of Korean dramas and movies, which is the core contents of Hallyu, through the development of webtoon.

동남아지역의 '경제한류'

동남아시아의 한류는 1990년대 이후 활발해진 한국과 동남아시아 국가들의 경제 및 문화 교류를 바탕으로 시작되었다. 본 연구는 베트남, 태국, 인도네시아에서 한국기업의 현지 진출이 한류의 확산에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 2013년에 3개국의 수도에서 20-50대 남녀를 대상으로 초점토론조사(Focus Group Discussion)를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 초점토론조사 응답내용과 기존 총계자료(aggregate data)를 종합적으로 분석하여 한류와 한국기업의 영향력 간의 상호작용을 분석하였다. 초점토론조사 참여자들은 한류를 현재 유행하고 있는 글로벌 문화로 인식하고 있었으며, 한류가 한국의 국가이미지와 기업의 브랜드 이미지를 향상시키는데 기여하고 있다고 답하였다. 또한 한국의 대표적 기업들은 동남아시아 현지화 전략의 일환으로 한류를 활용한 마케팅 및 사회공헌활동을 통해 친밀감을 상승시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 동남아시아에서 한류와 한국기업의 지속적 성장을 위한 상호협력 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. Hallyu has began in Southeast Asia based on the economic and cultural relationship building activities between its countries and Korea since the 1990s. This study searches the possible impact of localization strategies of the Korean companies on the spread of Hallyu in the three countries of Southeast Asia-Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. In addition, the study will consider the marketing strategies using the Hallyu cultural contents in order to promote the development of both cultural and business Hallyu. To do so, both aggregated data analysis and focus group discussion(FGD) were conducted. The FGD participants were both men and women in the ages of 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s in the capital city of each country. The FGD participants understood Hallyu as the current global cultural trend and thought that Hallyu contributes on both nation branding and corporate branding. Since moving into the local areas, the representative Korean companies have tried to increase the favorability of their brands through the effort of corporate social responsibility and marketing strategies using Hallyu contents. The research results suggest that it is necessary to focus on fostering cooperation between Hallyu industry and Korean companies for the ongoing development of both cultural and business Hallyu in South East Asia.

PLGA/헤스페리딘 함량별 필름에서 염증 완화 효과

헤스페리딘은 혈관 순환계 보호 효과, 항암 효과, 항산화 효과, 항염증 효과 등의 작용이 있다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 헤스페리딘을 함유한 poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) 필름을 조직공학적 세포담체로 이용하고 생체 내/외의 실험을 통하여 헤스페리딘과 염증 반응의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 세포담체에서의 세포의 증식 과 부착을 확인하고자 PLGA/헤스페리딘 필름에 세포(RAW 264.7, NIH/3T3)를 파종하여 1, 3일 후에 MTT와 SEM 을 통하여 분석하였다. 또한 항산화 효과와 염증 완화 효과를 알아보고자 ELISA, RT-PCR, FACS 등을 평가한 결 과 PLGA 필름보다는 헤스페리딘이 첨가된 PLGA 필름에서 염증 반응이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. In vivo 실험 에서도 헤스페리딘이 PLGA에 의해 유도된 염증세포와 섬유피막 축적을 감소시켜 헤스페리딘의 항염증 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 이 실험 결과 PLGA 필름보다는 PLGA/헤스페리딘 필름에서 염증 반응이 감소함을 확인하였다. Hesperidin (Hes) has known to having some functions like protection of blood circulatory system, anti-tumor effect, antioxidant effect and anti-inflammatory effect. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between Hes and inflammatory through in vitro and in vivo studies using poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) film including Hes as a tissue engineered scaffold. To confirm the proliferation of cells on fabricated scaffold, cells (RAW 264.7 and NIH/ 3T3) were seeded on PLGA/Hes film then analyzed with MTT and SEM at 1 and 3 days after seeding. The results from ELISA, RT-PCR, and FACS for anti-oxident and anti-inflammatory effect showed that inflammatory response of PLGA/ Hes film decreased more than that of PLGA film. Also, in vivo result confirmed that inflammatory response by implanted PLGA/Hes film decreased more comparing with PLGA film. This is because of anti-inflammatory effect of Hes reducing induced inflammatory cell and accumulation of fibrous capsule. The results showed that PLGA/Hes film`s capacity on reducing inflammatory is better than PLGA film because of Hes.

EMS장비를 이용한 마이크로트레이닝이 20대 남성의 신체구성, 등속성 근기능 및 체력에 미치는 영향

This study was performed to provide electro muscle stimulation research field with fundamental information by EMS training and to clarify the effects to body composition, isokinetic function, and physical fitness of WB-EMS training with 20’s males. In this study, the effects of micro-training with EMS device on body composition, isokinetic function, and fitness level was examined on healthy 20"s males(10 control and 10 trained). Twenty minutes of micro-training, once a week for 12 weeks were performed on training group and no specific activity was required to control group for the same period. To evaluate body composition, the changes of body weight, body fat ratio, and muscle mass were traced. Morphological measures(on trunk, hip, upper limbs, and lower limbs), isokinetic muscular function (on limbs and trunk), and also flexibility, agility were measured. After 12 weeks of training, body composition and girths of body parts did not show significant change in the contrary to significant increases on torque of leg flexion and trunk extension in trained group. In fitness variables, the trained showed an increase but the controlled showed a decrease in grip strength. According to the results, twelve trials of micro-training with EMS device once a week may effective on the improvements on some limited functional fitness factors even it is considered not sufficient amount of training as compared to our traditional concept of training.
