급성염증성 발열 모델에서의 항염증성 약재 혼합 추출물(YG-1)의 효과

YG-1의 항염증 및 해열 치료 약물로서의 가능성을 검증하기 위하여 대식세포와 동물모델에서 염증성 사이토카인 활성 및 해열 관련 인자들을 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. YG-1은 염증성 사이토카인 인자인 IL-1β의 발현을 효과적으로 억제하였으며, iNOS 및 COX-2의 발현을 억제시킴으로써 염증인자인 NO 및 PGE2 생성을 유의적으로 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 YG-1은 LPS 유도성 발열모델에서 염증을 완화시키고 해열의 효과를 보여 주었다. 이상의 실험 결과로부터 본 실험에 사용된 YG-1은 염증에의해 유발되는 인후염과 같은 질환을 예방 및 치료할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Traditional herbs, such as Lonicera japonica, Arctii Fructus, and Scutellariae Radix have been used as traditional drug due to their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activities. The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of extract mixture (YG-1) in a model of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute inflammation in both macrophage (RAW 264.7) cells and Sprague-Dawley rats. YG-1 did not show specific cellular toxicity in RAW 264.7 cells until a concentration of 100 μg/mL. YG-1 reduced various markers related to inflammation such as IL-1β, COX-2, and iNOS caused by LPS in RAW 264.7 cells. Consistent with these results, YG-1 exerted significant anti-inflammatory effects in an acute inflammation rat model. Acute fever and high concentration of IL-1β in serum induced by LPS were significantly reduced by YG-1. These results were similar to flubiprofen, a commercial anti-inflammatory and anti-febrile drug. Therefore, these results indicate that YG-1 has beneficial effects on LPS-induced acute inflammation and suggest that YG-1 can serve as an effective anti-inflammatory and anti-febrile drug.

As the Three-level ZVS-PWM DC-DC converter operates likewise full-bridge ZVS-PWM DC-DC converter nod the blocking voltage of each switching device is a half of the DC-Iink voltage, it is suitable foc the high input voltage applications. However, it has some problems as follows, The blocking voltage of each devices is unbalanced and it causes the power losses of the inner switching devices to be increased. Also, It has narrow load range so that the switching losses nod the efficiency are reduced as it goes to the light load. This paper presents a novel Three-Ievel ZVS-PWM DC-DC converter, which can reduce the overvoltage of the outer switches, eliminate the unbalance of the voltage sharing between the switches at turn-off doe to the stray inductances, and operate from no load to full load. The characteristics nod the performances of the proposed Three-level ZVS-PWM DC-DC converter are verified by simulation and experimental results.

사이버 보안의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 국가는 소프트웨어 개발보안 가이드를 배포하여 개발자들이 안전한 소프트웨어를 개발하도록 제시하고 있다. 하지만 이런 조치에도 불구하고 많은 개발자들이 시큐어 프로그래밍을 제대로 수행하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 시큐어 프로그래밍 학습 플랫폼은 개발자들의 시큐어 프로그래밍 습관화를 목표로, 개발자들이 본인의 개발 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 취약점을 인지하고 이를 개선하도록 하여 시큐어 프로그래밍의 학습을 유도한다. As the importance of cyber-security emerges, the state is encouraging developers to develop safe software by distributing software development security guidelines. However, despite this measures, the reality is that many developers are not properly performing secure programming. The secure programming learning platform introduced in this paper aims to make it a habit of secure programming for developers, and induces learning of secure programming by allowing developers to recognize and improve various vulnerabilities that occur in their own development process.
