In recent large-scale semiconductor manufacturing cleanrooms, the energy consumption in outdoor air conditioning (OAC) systems to heat, humidify, cool and dehumidify outdoor air(OA) represents about 40~50 % of the total cleanroom power consumption required to maintain cleanroom environment. Therefore, the assessment of energy consumption in outdoor air conditioning systems is essential for reducing the outdoor air conditioning load for a cleanroom. In the present study, an experiment with an outdoor air flow rate of $1,000m^3/h$ was conducted to compare the energy consumption in steam humidification, simple air washer, exhaust air heat recovery type air washer and dry cooling coil(DCC) return water heat recovery type air washer OAC systems. Besides, a numerical analysis was carried out to evaluate the annual energy consumption of the aforementioned four OAC systems. It was shown that the simple air washer, exhaust air heat recovery type air washer and DCC return water heat recovery type air washer OAC systems using water spray humidification were more energy-efficient than the steam humidification OAC system. Furthermore the DCC return water heat recovery type air washer OAC system was the most energy-efficient.
만성 뇌졸중 환자의 감각기능과 상지기능에 따른 일상생활활동 수행능력

본 본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자에서 감각기능이 일상생활활동 수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로서 추후 감각기능 재활의 기초적 자료를 마련하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 뇌졸중으로 진단 받은 후 6개월이 경과된 환자 로 작업치료를 받고 있는 138명이었으며, 우측편마비 환자가 45명(33%), 좌측편마비 환자가 93명(67%) 이었다. 만성 뇌졸중 환자들의 감각기능, 운동기능, 인지기능, 일상생활활동 수행능력을 검사하여 수집한 값을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 우측편마비 환자에서 환측(우측)의 서화지각과 고유수용성 감각은 개인위생기능과 유의한 상관관계, 좌측편마비 환자군에서는 건측 상지의 기능은 여러 일상생활활동 수행영역과 의미 있는 상관관계, 좌·우측 편마비 환자군 모두 에서 건측 상지의 운동 기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between sensory function and performances in the activities of daily living in chronic CVA patients. One-hundred and thirty-eight CVA patients, who experienced their CVA more than 6 months ago, were recruited. Their sensory, motor and cognitive functions, as well as performances in activities of daily living were assessed and analysed. The results indicated that Graphesthesia and proprioception of the affected hand of patients with right hemiplegia showed statistically significant correlation with personal hygiene. The motor functions of the unaffected side in patients with left hemiplegia showed statistically meaningful correlation with ADL performances. The correlation between the motor function of upper limb of the unaffected side and the activities of daily living showed statistical significance in both right and left hemiplegia.

PLA 3D printed capsule of FDM method has advantages of mass production and low cost. However, it has a different strength depending on the direction in witch it is laminated. In this paper, structural design of several capsules, FEM analysis, and Compressive strength tests were conducted. As a result, the proposed capsule has a strong load of up to 217.9% compared to general capsule without a reinforcing structure.
증례 : 소화기 ; 조영제 누출이 있는 고령의 위궤양 천공 환자의 비수술적 치료 1예

여러 문헌을 고찰해 볼 때, 활력 징후가 정상이고, 젊은 환자의 경우에는 비수술적 치료를 고려해 볼 수 있지만 오진의 가능성이나, 비수술적 치료 도중 수술적 치료로 전환되었을때의 부담감 등의 이유로 비수술적 치료를 우선적으로 선택하기에는 여전히 어려움이 있을 것으로 보인다. 본 증례의 환자는 고령이면서, 복막자극 징후를 동반한 위궤양 천공이 진단되어 비수술적 치료의 실패 가능성이 매우 높았지만 이전의 문헌에서 사용했던 소화성 궤양 천공의 보존적 치료 방법을 유지하여 성공적으로 치유되었다. 고령의 소화성 궤양 천공 환자에서 내과적인 치료만을 원하는 경우라도 성급하게 치료 실패를 예단하기보다 적극적인 관리를 통해 성공적인 치유를 기대할 수 있다는 가능성을 보고하고자 증례를 작성하였다. Peptic ulcer remains an important public health concern due to an aging society and the increasing use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Perforated peptic ulcer is a major life-threatening complication of peptic ulcer. While the preferred treatment is surgery, conservative treatment does not result in significantly different outcomes in young, hemodynamically stable patients. However, conservative treatment of perforated peptic ulcer is associated with high failure rates in elderly patients. We report a case of an 87-year-old patient with a perforated peptic ulcer with contrast agent leakage. The patient was treated conservatively without complications; the treatment included non per os (NPO), insertion of a Levin tube, intravenous antibiotics, and a proton pump inhibitor. Typically, the methods of crack detection on concrete structures include some problems, such as a low accuracy and expensive. To solve these problems, we proposed a neural network-based crack search method. The proposed algorithm goes through three convolutions and is classified into crack and non-crack through the softmax layer. As a result of the performance evaluation, cracks can be detected with an accuracy of 99.4 and 99.34 % at the training model and the validation model, respectively.

In high-tech electronic device manufacturing cleanrooms such as semiconductor and display, they use huge amounts of energy to maintain cleanroom environment. Because the energy consumption of outdoor air conditioning system represents about 45% of the total air conditioning load, analysis on total cleanroom energy consumption is much worth from energy saving viewpoint. In the present study, an experiment was carried out to evaluate air conditioning energy in a model cleanroom using an indoor water spray humidification system with an outdoor air volume of 3,000 m3/h, which is located in Ansan, Korea. Therefore we analyze the energy consumption about seasonal energy characteristic to indoor water spray humidification system cleanroom. The experimental results showed that the indoor water spray humidification system was more energy-efficient than the existing steam humidification system.
