관계형 다차원모델에 기반한 온라인 고객리뷰 분석시스템의 설계 및 구현

오피니언마이닝 기법은 대량의 고개리뷰들에 나타나는 핵심개체 또는 속성들에 대하여 고객들이 느끼는 긍정 또는 부정의 정도를 계산할 수 있지만, 그 분석능력이 단순하다는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 고객리뷰들에 대하여 다차원적으로 분석할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 기존의 OLAP기법을 텍스트 데이터형에 적용할 수 있도록 수정하였다. 다차원 분석모델은 명사축과 형용사축, 문서축으로 구성되는 3차원 공간 개념을 4개의 관계형 테이블로 실체화 한 것이다. 다차원 분석모델은 기존의 오피니언마이닝, 정보요약, 클러스터링 알고리즘들을 융합할 수 있는 새로운 틀이라는 점에서 그 가치가 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 다차원 분석모델과 알고리즘들을 실제로 구현하여 온라인 고객리뷰에 대한 복잡한 분석을 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Through opinion mining, we can analyze the degree of positive or negative sentiments that customers feel about important entities or attributes in online customer reviews. But, the limit of the opinion mining techniques is to provide only simple functions in analyzing the reviews. In this paper, we proposed novel techniques that can analyze the online customer reviews multi-dimensionally. The novel technique is to modify the existing OLAP techniques so that they can be applied to text data. The novel technique, that is, multi-dimensional analytic model consists of noun, adjective and document axes which are converted into four relational tables in relational database. The multi-dimensional analysis model would be new framework which can converge the existing opinion mining, information summarization and clustering algorithms. In this paper, we implemented the multi-dimensional analysis model and algorithms. we recognized that the system would enable us to analyze the online customer reviews more complexly.

현재 모바일 기술이 발달함에 따라 휴대폰을 이용한 인터넷 사용이 크게 증가 하고 있다. 대부분의 휴대폰 사용자의 인터넷 사용은 아바타 및 게임 컨텐츠가 주를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 아바타 및 사용자 정보 관리를 위한 DB 모듈과 메일 관리 모듈을 구현한 서버와 아바타 이미지를 애니메이션으로 재구성하여 메일 내용을 보여주는 클라이언트 모듈을 설계 하여 클라이언트의 부하를 줄이게 하였다. 휴대폰의 그래픽 및 CPU, 메모리 하드웨어 성능의 한계 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 방식이 앞으로 많이 사용될 것으로 기대 되며 SK-VM 기반의 Application에 애니메이션 아바타와 E-Mail을 적용시킴으로써 기존에 아바타 서비스가 아닌 새로운 방향으로 아바타를 접목시킨 서비스를 할 수 있다. Today, mobile technology is developing very fast and people use internet through mobile phones. Using mobile phones, people use games, email, avatar and other services. We designed client/server modules in order to join email and avatar together. First two major server modules were designed, one of them is DB management module for avatar user information and the other is email management module. One the client side, we designed avatar image animation module and a module for showing the email contents. The purpose of the design is to reduce the performance overhead on the client side as mobile phones cannot be used as a high performance device. We propose and implement a new avatar based service using the SK-VM environment, that is different from the current avatar services.

Recently, network management technology by delegation has been studied as a kind of network management technology to satisfy the user's requirements. Mobile Agent in the technology issues in the distributed network system. Mobile Agent is a software program which is able to move on network with mission for managing a NE(Network Element). Therefore, We have studied the efficient network management technology which is the network management system based upon Mobile Agent Using JNDI(Java Naming Directory Interface). JNDI is API(Application Program Interface) to support interface which make user's application program to be used the naming & directory service. We have designed and implemented the mobile agent network management system using JNDI. This Mobile Agent system is expected to provide a solution for the conventional centralized network system.
