        보험사기 유발요인이 보험사기 의도에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 설문조사를 통하여 수집한 자료를 바탕으로, 20대 대학생이 인지하는 연성사기 의도에 영향을 미치는 보험사기 유발요인을 도출하였다. 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 통해 도출된 보험사기 유발요인인 판매채널, 사기주체, 경영정책요인이 연성사기 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 구조방정식 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 연성사기의도의 집단간 차이분석을 추가로 실시하였다. 표본 집단의 연성사기의도에 미치는 요인을 검증하기 위해 제시한 연구가설은 변수들 간의 직접영향에 관한 것과, 매개변수를 통한 간접영향에 관한 것으로 분류하였으며 주요 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 판매채널과 사기주체요인은 연성사기의도에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 관계는 독립대리점과 전속대리점 이 두 판매채널이 연성사기행위 의도의 증가에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 판매채널에 따라 사기주체에 영향을 미치는가의 직접효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 판매채널과 연성사기의도와의 관계 그리고 경영정책과 연성사기의도와의 관계에서 사기주체요인의 간접적 효과의 추정 결과, 연성사기의도와 주요 영향변수 (판매채널, 사기주체, 경영정책)와의 총 효과는 통계적으로 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며 표본 집단의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 연성사기의도의 집단 간 차이를 분석한 결과 성별, 부모의 교육 및 소득수준에 따른 연성사기 의도의 유의한 차이는 없었으며 다만 진로에 있어서 금융업을 포함한 회사원을 지망하는 학생들이 자영업 및 기타 집단보다 연성사기의도에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. This study primarily analyzes the insurance fraud causing factors of specific age group through survey. The data was collected from convenient sample of 426 university students in Chung-cheng province. In the survey, the purpose is to establish insurance fraud causing factors and conduct regression analysis on the factors that affect insurance fraud through structural equation model to examine the awareness of particular age group. Our study have two purposes. The first purpose is to verify the factors affecting the soft fraud intention of sample and the second purpose is an analysis on the difference between soft fraud intention groups according to demographical statistical characteristics. The findings are as follows: First, sales channel and fraud subject have direct influences on soft fraud intention. Second, the influence of sales channel on fraud subject also increased and the influence of soft fraud intention also increased according to fraud subject. Third, the estimation result of indirect effect of the fraud subject factor confirms that total effects of main influence factors (sales channel, fraud subject, management policy) on the soft fraud intention all statistically meaningful. Fourth, it is confirmed that no differences are shown in the soft fraud intention according to gender, income and education and there is difference in the soft fraud intention in the case of career path.

      • 데이터 웨어하우징을 이용한 금융기관의 데이터베이스 마케팅 전략 고찰

        In this study, we propose a strategy of database marketing using data warehousing which supports market segmentation and can provide a cost effective marketing channel between the customers and financial institutions. Data warehouse is a database that receives data copies from various external data sources and current legacy systems. Data warehouse is optimized for enterprise decision supports by using data mining or on-line analytical processing. Database marketing based on data warehouse can be a strategic solution in competitive financial industry. This article surveys current database marketing strategies of successful G7 financial institutions and recommends useful data base marketing steps for Korean financial institutions.

      • 아메리칸 옵션의 효율적인 수치해석적 방법론 고찰

        In order to valuate American options, the speed and accuracy are needed as valuation criteria. The purpose of this paper is to present two fundamental considerations in the evaluation of efficient numerical methods which meet the speed and accuracy for American options. Before considering the speed and accuracy, the consistency and stability condition must be checked and satisfied. After that the speed and accuracy can be considered as efficient criteria. This article presents 6 kinds of the numerical computing methods which are commonly used in valuation of American options; Analytic Method Integral Representation Method, Dynamic Programming Method, Finite Difference Method, Method of Lines with Invariant Imbedding and Quadratic Approximation Method The consistency and stability of all the above numerical methods are investigated. The weaknesses and basic characteristics of these 6 numerical methods are also presented In addition an efficient numerical method the method of lines with quadratic approximation which satisfies the consistency and stability condition is proposed.

      • 금융 기관을 위한 서비스 통합 플랫폼 연구

        Most important to financial institutions is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the "e-bank" opportunities in B2Bi and CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ). Such application integrations among systems and "e-bank" services need to be available in the new IT environment. In this article, an IT and service architecture adopting unified e-business services platform is proposed. This architecture is able to achieve application integrations among legacy, affiliated, and e-business systems and services. We derive an architecture in unified services platform by investigating current and future e-business services platforms involved in domestic and global international banks. Several financial interchange standards which are involved in B2B business of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.
