        노인학대 사례개입의 연계체계 문제점 : 인식, 실행, 제도체계 중심으로

        본 연구는 노인학대 사례개입의 연계체계 문제점을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 노인학대 관련 학계전문가와 현장전문가 15인을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하고 내용분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노인학대 사례개입 연계의 문제점은 인식체계, 실행체계, 제도체계 3개의 범주로 분류되어 도출되었다. 인식체계에서는 학대개념의 차이, 역할이해 부족, 개입목적 이해부족, 실행체계에서는 담당업무 과중 및 자체역량 부족, 유관기관 협력부족, 지자체 협의 미비 그리고 제도체계에서는 노인보호전문기관 수 부족, 유관기관 인프라 부족, 법률적 장치 미비의 범주가 구성되었다. 연구결과를 근거로 노인학대 사례개입 연계체계 구축을 위한 정책적ㆍ실천적 제언을 하였다. This study explores the problems of the inter-agency networking in the intervention of elder mistreatment (EM) cases. For this purpose, focus group interview was conducted for 15 academic and field experts on elder mistreatment and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis methods. Results indicate that the problems of the inter-agency networking in this area were derived and they were classified into three categories: 1) Perceptions (difference in EM concept, unclearly defined roles of elder protective service agencies, and lack of understanding the purpose of intervention); 2) Performance (social workers’ work overload and lack of competence, lack of inter-agency cooperation, and lack of consultation from local governments), 3) Structural system (the small number of elder protective service agencies, lack of infrastructure, and legal issues). Based on the results, we suggest policy and practice implications to elaborate inter-agency networking in the intervention of elder mistreatment (EM) cases.

        강인성이 건강증진행위, 신체증상에 미치는 효과-여대생을 대상으로-

        This study was undertaken in order to examine the relationship of hardiness and health-promoting behavior and the effects of hardiness on stress-related physical symptoms. The subjects were 104 female nursing students of one college in Kongju. The instruments used for this study were a survey of general characteristics, hardiness(25 items), health-promoting behavior(44 items), and physical symptoms(35 items), Analysis of data was done by use of mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and a hierarchical multiple regression with an SAS program. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Significant correlations between health -promoting behavior and subscales of hardiness, that is, control(r=-.35, P<.00l), commitment(r= -.29, P<.0l), and challenge(r= -.23, p<.05) were found. 2) Control was the highest factor predicting health -promoting behavior. 3) Main and buffering effects of hardiness on current physical symptoms were not found.

      • 도시형 자기부상열차 적용을 위한 추진제어장치의 개발

        In this paper, traction system for urban transit maglev system is proposed. Using vector control strategy to control magnitude and frequency of output voltage transiently is general. But in case of traction system for railway vehicle, it is impossible that adapt vector control because there is one-pulse mode in a high speed region. So this paper proposes the control strategy using vector control in a low speed region and slip frequency control in a high speed region. And also proposes overmodulation method that makes to change in one-pulse mode softly. The performance of traction system will be verified by simulation results using ACSL.

        Urban regeneration in Korea has been developed as a new paradigm for integrated improvement of the urban environment, focusing on existing development projects, for more than 10 years since the 「Special Act on Urban Revitalization and Support」 was enacted in 2013. In a diversified society, in order to satisfy the desire for the improvement of the quality of life of citizens residing in the city, it is inevitable to change the declining city, such as the aging residential environment and outdated infrastructure. Since urban regeneration has different conditions depending on the region, an appropriate plan should be established accordingly and various techniques should be applied. And based on the established plan, various business entities and stakeholders in the region go through a difficult process in the urban regeneration project promotion stage. Even after the completion of the project, continuous efforts are needed to maintain the improved environment and local community. In this study, recognizing the importance of the entire process of urban regeneration, and examining the system and progress of first-generation urban regeneration that has been carried out in Korea, cases in the field, and cases of urban regeneration that have already been carried out abroad, this study examines the future urban regeneration in Korea. We intend to suggest the direction of future urban regeneration by identifying the key elements for the sustainability of the regeneration project.

      • 서울 지역의 집먼지진드기의 계절별 서식현황 및 거주자의 건강에 미치는 영향

        Background: Exposure to aeroallergens is a critical factor for sensitization of allergens and provocation of respiratory allergic symptoms. Objective: We investigated the seasonal variation of the infestation of house dust mites in the domestic environment of Seoul and its vicinities and its influences on the health of inhabitants. Method: The study was performed from April 2000 through January 2001, comprised 63 houses. The dust samples were collected from bedclothes, bedroom, kitchen, and living room floors by vacuum cleaner in April, July, October, and January. Group 1 major allergen of D. farinae (Der f 1) was measured by two-site ELISA. Specific IgE of enrolled subjects was measured by ELISA. The status of health was evaluated by the questionnaire comprising 5 domains and 26 items. Result: House dust mite (HDM) was detected in 85% houses. Concentration of Der f 1 in the bedclothes dust was highest in October, followed by January, July, and April. The seasonal variation of Der f 1 was prominent in the floor dust. The prevalence of specific IgE to HDM is higher in subjects with high Der f 1 in bedclothes dust (>2μg/g dust). There was no difference in eye and nasal symptoms between inhabitants with low (Der f 1<2μg/g dust) and high Der f 1 (Der f 1≥2μg/g dust) group in bedclothes dust. However, in the high Der f 1 group, inhabitants more frequently had complained of the difficulty in breathing at day and night during recent 1 year. Conclusion: Marked seasonal variation of HDM infestation is found in domestic environments of Seoul citizens and exposure to HDM can affect the health of the inhabitants.       • 폴전압을 이용한 SVPWM 인버터의 과변조 기법

        In this paper, a novel overmodulation strategy for space-vector PWM(SVPWM) inverters to utilize dc link voltage fully is presented. The proposed strategy uses the concept of SVPWM based on the zero sequence signal(offset voltage) injection principle. So, by modifying the pole voltage simply, the linear control of inverter output voltage over the whole overmodulation range can be achieved easily. The validity of the proposed strategy is confirmed by the experimental results.<br/> <br/>
